Summary: 
To entice pizza lovers’ craze for all things pizza, Pizza chains like Pizza Hut and Dominoes are creating special fusion pizzas that blends local signature flavors and pizza. In June, Pizza Hut took an in-season fruit – Durian and created a new pizza. Despite its quirky flavor, it was sold at a record of one pizza every ten seconds. Then came stinky tofu pizza. Following fusion pizzas’ success, many pizzerias began to offer their own versions of fusion.
