Viktor Mikic Returns to Florida Gators

The 6'11 big man has suited up in 21 games over two years, mostly in garbage time during the recent campaign. He joined the team ahead of the 2024-25 year after one standout high school season in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Meekeck brings that international flavor, hailing from Serbia, where he balled out in the junior league with double doubles and solid blocks. Before Florida scooped him up, schools like Rutgers and Hawaii were in the mix, but the Gators won out with their SEC shine. Coach Todd Goldin loves tapping global talent, following up ads like a German center, Aussie forward, Lithuanian guard, and Slovenian shooter. Those moves paid off big-think top SEC forward eyeing the NBA draft and a six-man-of-the-year award winner, who's also returning. Meekeck joins a stack list of returners, including key guards and wings, making him one of the last to commit.
