Victorian Church Conversion Plan Rejected Again

They wanted 12 rooms per floor with shared kitchens and in-sweet bathrooms in the Old Wesley Mission Building. The council planners called it a bad fit right away, saying it would mess with the building's look and her privacy for neighbors next door. The appeal pushed back but inspectors stuck with that view and added more worries. Folks nearby would feel the squeeze from all those residents and future tenants might deal with cramp vibes too.
