Rainfall came in slightly higher too, and 129 millimeters compared to the normal 106, thanks mostly to that long. Atmospheric river from March 14th to 20th, but the lack of snow in the mountains is hitting hard, and the warmer signal picks up again in the second half of April, carrying into May and June.
