早期阿公就在嘉義仁義潭邊賣烤玉米，傳到父親後時，彩紋七歲時就開始幫忙烤玉米，嫁到台東後，決定用他們家獨家的自製醬汁和烤玉米技術創業。
因為知道品牌的重要性，所以用他小時候的照片註冊品牌，未來也希望能走上開放加盟之路。
夯環妹，從民國80年起始終堅持用台灣龍眼木、香思木，慢火燒烤，玉米本身的甘甜在碳火加持下加上30幾年家傳漢方秘製香料層層塗上，鎖住玉米香甜滋味。一口咬下，香氣直冒，味道一直讓許多客人難以忘懷無法取代。
