1968年出生於臺灣鶯歌。1988年就讀國立藝專美工科陶瓷組，2002年台灣陶瓷金質獎優選、2004年台灣工藝設計獎優選、2005年國家工藝二等獎、2007年台北陶藝獎首獎、2009年臺灣藝術大學工藝設計學系藝術碩士、2012年及2014年台灣國際金壺獎金獎，獲2016年金壺獎永久免審查獎等；擔任國際競賽評審；獲2021 Korean International Ceramic Biennale 金獎；獲聯合國教科文組織邀請於2022年為國際陶藝學會(IAC)會員。
創作理念：
人與器物之間的互動性是卓銘順在創作中最珍視的特點，無論是一個平凡的陶杯或是一把好用的茶壺，都具有很高的互動性。當使用這些器物時，比起一般靜態展示的物件，更顯得具有深刻的溫度與靈魂。如同神話故事中女媧「摶土造人」，陶藝創作的過程就是把看似沒有生命的泥土，透過思想與情感的轉化並塑造成為有生命的物件。
