Unity Consciousness, Grounding with Nature & Healing Inter-Generational Trauma with Corben Andrews

Corben is a fella doing his best to leave the world a better place than he found it, in hopes that future generations of life on earth may thrive and prosper. Corben has received multiple degrees in the field of environmental science and wants to give back my growing food, raising animals and creating small scale, regenerative, local communities.

We spoke about religion, the power of perception, being aware of what we pay attention to, the value of grounding ourselves with the earth for our mental and emotional health and healing and tapping into our higher consciousness.

We discussed Corben’s spiritual awakening and journey with depression, discerning what is our own feelings and what we are caring that isn't our own, how he has dealt with the darker side of inter-generational trauma and what we perceive as our reality on this earth.
