On Friday, the United Nations Human Rights Council moved to investigate mass killings in Sudan. That comes after stark new evidence of atrocities in El Fasher, in the Darfur region. The UN’s top aid official, Tom Fletcher, has just returned from Tawila in northern Darfur.
