Undocumented Immigrant Charged with Triple Murder

The crimes involve kidnapping, burglary, and other serious offenses tied to the deaths of the three family members. The victims, 40-year-old Aurelia Chakak, 17-year-old Nierka, and two-year-old Anthony vanish from their Theodore home on January 30th. Their bodies turned up in Somardale on March 11th, hidden in shallow graves wrapped in plastic and bedding. Court filings describe how Argate Aguera allegedly broke into the home, armed and planning to sexually assault the victims. The cases drawn attention, due to the brutality against the child under 14, and the suspect's status as an undocumented immigrant. Autopsies confirmed, sharp-forced trauma as the cause of death, with the mother stabbed in the back and chest, the teen during an abduction attempt, and...
