Today, Michael welcomes certified intuitive healer, Akashic Records Practitioner and Teacher, and transformation expert, Dr. Josephine Hardman. In 2017, Josephine left a successful career in academia teaching English Literature to do spiritual work full-time. Her life's mission is to help healers, coaches, and spiritual practitioners heal themselves so they can do their most aligned, most impactful, highest-level work with their clients. 

Josephine uses a range of tools including deep self-inquiry, Psychosynthesis, Matrix Energetics, and—primarily—the Akashic Records. She also hosts the weekly podcast "Inner Work: A Spiritual Growth Podcast" in which Michael was a guest.
