All right, so we've all seen the viral videos of the California barbecue master, Uncle Mr. Tender Nism on social media, right? Yes. He would barbecue or smoke the meat and then he would test the meat in an over-the-top way to see if it was tender enough and then Tender Nism. There was a major dispute between the owner and Uncle Johnson over the Tender Nism phrase trademark and now the owner of the trademark transferred the ownership to Uncle Johnson.
