A couple of hours later, another one maneuvered over a building, with personnel in black descending onto the roof, using ropes from the aircraft. Her and her neighbors felt on edge, freaking out over the eerie side of dark figures atop the structure. With no heads up before or after, they wondered what on earth was going on, especially since everyone's already on high alert these days. The BBC confirmed the helicopters and team were conducting a routine drill, with no actual threat to the public. It was standard practice for Special Forces style operations. These kinds of unannounced exercises highlight the need for clearer notices to keep communities calm, while forces stay sharp.
