Ukrainians Charged for Starmer Arson Plot

Lavanovich faces extra counts for actually setting two of the fires, with intent or recklessness that could endanger lives. The attacks hit North London spots over five days in May last year. A car once owned by Starmer, torched on a Kentish town street on May 8, flats. He managed burning in Islington on May 11, and the entrance to his rented out Kentish town home, going up on May 12. Several messages recovered from the men show them chatting before and during the time frame, linking back to El Mone's Russian instructions while they stuck to Ukrainian.
