Ukraine strikes two Russian oil refineries

Ukrainian forces have launched a highly coordinated, long-range drone campaign targeting two major oil refineries deep inside Russian territory. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that these "long-range sanctions" are designed to aggressively dry up the oil revenues the Kremlin relies on to bankroll its military operations.
