0:00From the streets of Lester to the world, this is Lester News today. The UK is in for a surprise this week, as temperatures climb higher than in sunny Benadorm, Spain. Forecasts at the Met Office predict the heat wave with daytime highs reaching 17 degrees Celsius by Wednesday, beating out the Spanish resorts, gray skies, and cooler air. Meanwhile, the rest of the week looks warm, too, with 14 to 16 degrees and plenty of sunshine across much of the country. This comes right after a chilly spell, marking a welcome shift into spring. Holiday makers heading to Benadorm might wish they stayed home, as clouds and rain are forecast there, including just 14 degrees on Sunday, compared to the UK's 15 with clear skies. Nights will still feel wintry, though, dipping to three or four degrees with risks of fog and frost in some spots. Days should stay dry and pleasant, especially away from coastal winds. Starting ahead, the settled weather could hold through late March, with spells of sunshine

1:00and even 20 degrees possible by Monday. Rain might return later, but for now, it's looking bright. Special thanks to our sponsor for supporting this episode. Do not just fall asleep. Drift into what you are listening to, S-O-L-I-SOLYPILO.COM.
