UAE Busts Hezbollah-Iran Terror Network, Laundering Money

They arrested all the members on Friday, March 20th. The group was laundering money, funding terror attacks, and putting national security at risk. The network hid behind fake businesses to slip into the UAE economy. Their goal was to mess with the country's financial stability and push outside plots. This bus happens as tensions boil over in the region. Late February saw the start of clashes between the United States, Israel, and Iran. Tehran has since fired hundreds of missiles and drones at Gulf Nations, slamming UAE targets like oil facilities, ports, and spots near big cities. Hezbollah jumped into the fight on March 2nd. They launched strikes on Israel from Lebanon, which led to heavy Israeli air strikes on Hezbollah sites there. UAE has always stood against political Islamist outfits like this. So far, neither Hezbollah nor Iran has commented on the arrests.
