Uh-oh, that's so called Trumpapalooza midterm Republican convention that Trump's been boasting about. Well, it's worse than even we expected. And our expectations were pretty damn low, right? People were calling this midterm Republican convention the first of its kind, a Trumpapalooza. And Donald Trump said that all of the Magga Republican Congress members and senators were going to show up and speak. It seems like only about 17 current Republican House members are actually going to be attending and speaking at this so-called midterm convention. And there's only going to be four or maybe possibly five Republican senators speaking at this midterm convention. So that means that there's about 201 Republican Congress members who will not be speaking and most likely not attending. Let me repeat that. There's about 200, 200 and one Republican Congress members who are likely not even going
to be attending this midterm convention. And they are definitely not speaking. So some back of the napkin math, that's about 92% of House Republicans are not speaking at this so-called midterm convention and are probably not going to be attending versus 8% that are actually speaking. Let's look at the Magga Republicans in the United States Senate for a moment. So there are currently 53 Republican senators, not sure what we should refer to Mitch McConnell as. He's perhaps a purgatory Magga Republican Senator based on the current speaking list that the Magga Republicans put out. Five current Republican senators are going to be speaking John Buroso, Tim Scott, Ted Cruz, John Eustid and Dave McCormick. So 48 out of the 53 Republican senators are not going to be speaking. That's about 91% of Republican senators are not speaking at this midterm convention
and probably will not be attending. So overall you do a blended rate. I'll go down 1%. Mitch just say 90% of Republican senators and Congress members not attending this midterm convention, this Trumpapalooza where Donald Trump's going to be speaking on both nights, the first night and the second night Donald Trump will make it about me, me, me, me, me. Did you see he's basically spending like no money from his political action committee Magga Inc. on any of these congressional races or Senate races? But he is cutting an ad not for all that much money, but he is cutting an ad called the toughest guy. That's actually what it's called the toughest guy and the ads like Donald Trump is the toughest guy. And then he goes on to do this like voice over in the ad and he literally sounds like he's crashing out. I'll play it for you in a moment.
But so the RNC released the list of who their speakers are going to be. That's how I got those numbers. And if you even look at the Magga Republicans who will be speaking at this event, I mean, it's people like Maga Mike Johnson, it's Steve Scalice, people in the leadership positions. Anyway, Magga Republican Senator Tim Scott, who's the National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman, Baroso is the Senate majority whip. And then the keynote speakers are Donald Trump, night one, night two, JD Vance, night two keynote address, Scott Besson, Todd Blanche, RFK Jr. Dr. Oz Scott Turner, Caroline Levitt, who's no longer even in the regime. She resigned. Don Jr. No wonder nobody wants to be at this thing. Take a look at the at this drudge report homepage headline right here. Republicans scrub Trump from campaign sites.
The Don tries, Brunette, more Americans identifying as Dems, more Americans identify as Democrats right now. Then really modern midterm history. I mean, you'll have to go back and look at 2008 when former president Obama soared and won that race. That's when more people identified as Democrat to Republican. But right now it's the same or even more than it was in 2008 during Obama's run for the historic White House victory that he had. And just look at this as well. I mean, you know, Donald Trump dying his hair, Brunette, and that's Brown. This is what he looks like now. What the hell's even going on here? Just take a look right here as this mega pollusa Trump a pollusa event is a total disaster. The Guardian reports more voters identify as Democrats and not calling themselves Republican. The latest data from Gallup shows 49% of Americans lean Democrat while 39% lean Republican.
A sharp reversal from where the country was in 2024. This 10 point spread marks a sharp reversal from the four point from the four point advantage. The GOP held over Democrats in the fourth quarter of 2024 when voters sadly sent Donald Trump back to the White House and destroyed the United States of America. The last time the Democrats had a lead like this, a sizable advantage like this, 2008 and Obama won. And it goes to talk about just how deeply, deeply unpopular Donald Trump is so much so you take a look at this Washington Post article. All of these Maggar Republican Congress members, that all of them, but a lot of them are scrubbing their websites to delete references to Donald Trump. You know, it tells the story of someone by the name of Mike Beltran, a Republican trying to unseat Kathy Kaster, Democratic Congresswoman in Florida, and the website previously said that
Mike Beltran was inspired to get into politics by Donald Trump in 2016, deleted, and you just see that over and over again. All references to being inspired by Trump, being encouraged by Trump, embracing Trump policies. You're seeing Maggar Republican Congress members delete, delete, delete, you know, and then some Maggar Republican Congress members leaked out to Axios. We don't know what to do. We are absolutely stuck. Donald Trump wants to make the midterms all about Donald and Republicans are admitting. We are too scared to bluntly tell Trump how unpopular he is and all he wants to do is talk about himself over and over again and make this midterm convention about himself. So all we can do, all these Maggar Republican Congress members can do is just not show up together. They're in the, did this so-called midterm Trump, a poluza convention because they said,
we have no choice. We're stuck on the boat with him, whether we like it or not. Now a rising tide raises all ships, but the only ones who sound sure about the tide rising is the White House. And then I talked about the ad that Trump caught tough guy is what they call it. They call it the tough guy ad. But you know, you have this Maggar Republican Senator Tim Scott who chairs the Republican Senate committee. So this is what he has to do is go out there and, you know, but he does it in a way that so bootlicking sick of fan tickets ridiculous. And Tim Scott went on state regime media and he said, Donald Trump is a marketing genius. This midterm convention is such a wonderful idea. All right. Well, if it's such a wonderful idea, Tim Scott, then why is it that 201 House Republicans don't want to show up and about 48 Republican senators don't want to show up. 90% of Republicans in Congress will not be showing up.
But go ahead, Tim Scott. Play this clip. And that, but speaking of Texas, we know that there's going to be next week in Dallas a gathering, the first of its kind ever of the GOP, you know, folks for nominations and the people who are ahead of the party for this midterm convention. What are some of the goals for this event and talk about it a little bit because we've never seen something like this before. Well, President Trump is just amazing and the best marketing mind we have in all of the country, especially in our party. Tim Scott then is like when I hear that Donald Trump wants to make this midterm about himself that's music to my ears. Okay weirdo sounds very good. And then he goes he goes and we're going to talk about how the Democrats are the weird ones. The Democrats are the weird ones. And look I'm not I'm not one to glaze politicians in general and be like oh there's something that but like these magas are truly amongst the weirdest people imaginable. Like they're the strangest, most bizarre deranged cult. And I do find it interesting. Have you been seeing all of these like America first Republicans as they call themselves who were a mega like no we're America first now they're doing all these memes of Donald Trump and magas supporters and they're just mocking the hell out of them.
I'll show you one in a moment. But here's Tim Scott saying it's music to my ears here play this clip. Well, and it's so important that people take to heart what you heard the president say at the top of this which was vote like I am on the ballot right because we know that if we want to see this president continue for the next two years to implement his agenda senator, people are going to have to vote for these Republican nominees. But president Trump himself is important. How big a deal do you think it is to have him out there campaigning to turn out the vote because that really is what this is going to come down to. Well, Laura we're facing the most dangerous radical and weird group of Democrats the country has ever seen. So having president Trump on the campaign trail not just music to my ears, but it motivates our base to turn out for president Trump and his agenda. And then Tim Scott warns although don't tempt me with a good time there, Timmy don't
tempt me with a good time. He says if Democrats take control, they're just going to be focused on impeaching Donald Trump here play this clip for president Trump and his agenda. The contrast to that is every single day Democrats will find a way to impeach president Trump his cabinet and frankly even judges. They want to pack the Supreme Court. The one way to stop that from happening is to make sure that we defend the majority that we currently have every person watching your show can go to defend the majority.com and chip in to help us keep this majority. It is the only way we finish the legacy agenda of president Trump that has literally saved this nation from socialism. If you believe in keeping America a free market capitalist society, keeping fairness and the American dream alive and well, you've got to vote for president Trump and his agenda, which means supporting Republicans in the house as well as in the Senate.
Now this so you can see for yourself, Donald Trump's hoarding still like over $400 million in his MAGA ink pack. And I bet you if I were to bet you, he's not going to spend, he's going to always keep above $400 million in that account. So I don't think there's really any likelihood giving you my opinion that he's going to deploy real money in this upcoming midterm. He's hoarding it as I've always viewed for future legal fights and legal battles and when he gets sued after his term is over, that's what he's holding on to this is a legal war chest in my view. But anyway, he did spend some money cutting an ad called the toughest guy. Watch for yourself the toughest guy. But then I'm going to show you afterwards how the American people really think about him here play this glim. He is the toughest, most resilient person that I've ever met and nothing was going to stop him from fighting so hard for the country he loves.
When the world needs courage, vision and inspiration, it is still turning to America. There is no challenge Americans can not overcome. No frontier to best for us to conquer and our top priority will be to create a nation that is proud, prosperous and free. Okay, well, this is Trump slug, slug knuld, they're calling him Trump as a slug. By the way, this is, I'm not even saying this facetiously. The Democrats should run this as the ad. I mean it. Like, I don't really watch TV anymore so I don't know what's on TV. I just make videos on YouTube and run this network so I don't really know what else is out there. But I truly feel I'm not exaggerating. I'm not saying this. This should be run as an ad because because you watch it, you're like, yeah, because Trump is this creature, right? Like people want to have normal political discussions. What should the Democrats be messaging?
Or do you think the Republicans have a messaging problem? I like, you have a sexual predator lunatic psychopath, a felon, a war criminal. Like, you've got someone there who stole billions of dollars from us. Like, let's not hack like this is some normal political environment of political messaging, right? We literally have a traitor, a treasonous piece of shit in the Oval Office who's out there sending Whitcoff and Kushner to bow down to Putin and it's embarrassing. Like, what are we talking about here? This isn't normal political messaging. Trump the slug, let's play it. What is that? Okay. And then in case you were wondering too, you know, I described, do you know what's happening with Mitch McConnell? I'll give you the latest update right here. James Comer says it's been two months since he spoke with Mitch McConnell.
It seems to hedge on his expectations that McConnell will be back in September. You're listening to what Comer just said here. Play this clip. Mr. Chairman, I want to get your take on another topic a few days ago. You mentioned that you had been in contact with Senator Mitch McConnell's staff and expect the lawmaker to return to Capitol Hill later this month on September 14th after the recess. My question to you, when is the last time you spoke to the Senator yourself? It's probably been two months since I've spoken to Senator McConnell. I certainly haven't spoken to him since he had his accident, but I have spoken to staff. I actually spoke to a staff again today in anticipation of this question because I was asked this question at a press conference last week and I said it and it got a lot of press all over the United States. So I wanted to make sure what I said was right and what I'm going to say now is that they fully expect him to be back in the Senate in September that he's undergoing fiscal
therapy. So I have not spoken to Senator McConnell, but I do speak to a staff, many of whom are from my congressional district. So I certainly hope to see him in the Senate in the next couple of weeks when they come back and hopefully if he's not, there'll be a reason why the Senator will be able to explain that to American people, but hopefully he'll be back in two weeks. He said if not, is there some concern, he will not be coming back to Washington later this month? I've been told by the staff they expect him to be back in the Senate in September. So I sure hope that's an accurate statement. That's what the staff told me. I've worked very closely with him over the past nine and a half years and they've never once lied to me. So I have confidence at that and I'm hopeful the same because he's been a big presence in Kentucky for a long time. He's wrapping it up. He's not going to have many more days left in Congress. So hopefully he'll be back in a few weeks. Chairman James Coleman.
Anyway, there you have it folks. Let me know. Good luck with the Trumpapalooza. Oh, did I want one more point? Democrats are sending Democratic Congress member Garcia, Congress member Jason Crow, Congress member Madeline Dean and Sydney Kamligardov. They're going to be out there. And I'll see maybe Midas Touch will distribute some of the events that they're speaking at, right? Sounds interesting. And though they're all very exciting Congress members to it. We've had them on the show. They're really, they're really people who can energize crowds. Let me know what you think. Hit subscribe. Let's get to seven million subscribers. Thanks everybody.
