Patrol car on the Durham Freeway, both men died in the collision. Officials believe Moore was intoxicated and note he had three prior convictions for driving while impaired. A growing memorial of flowers and an American flag draped over a patrol car has formed outside the Kerry Church, where people are paying their respects.
