They want someone credible and discreet who can earn trust in the high stakes Premier League world. Meanwhile, they're also hiring a sports psychologist for the women's team. Players are feeling the heat, with Defender Mickie van de Ven calling their slump mentally tough and admitting the squad's been suffering after a 1-0 loss as Sunderland on 12 April. That dropped them to 18th place, just two points from safety with five games left. Their last Premier League victory hit on 28th December against Crystal Palace, and they haven't won a home league game in 20.
