Very dangerous. They've got the experts. So, uh, no. Toucher and hearty. No. I'm the sports hub. This is the band Phil Perry. No idea who they are, even though he's lived in DC. They know the 930 club. Hold against them for the rest of his life. Not me though, right? Adam, I know Boston's music history now. Well, that remains to be seen. Yeah. Fred, just of interest because we are playing Fugazi. They released the Steve Albini version of Vin on the killtake a couple of weeks ago on Bandcamp Friday. No way. Might be worth it. Yeah. He's even over my head with that. I know Steve Albini. And I know Fugazi. They recorded that album with Albini and then scrapped it. They didn't like how the sessions came out and then went and re-recorded it. But it's cool because it's one of those things that's been bootlegged for years and now it's actually properly released. And now with the internet, like none of that is of any interest to me. Like, it's like, it used to be, you would, like if you told me when I was eight years old

that like every Van Halen concert would be on the YouTube and like all these like unreleased songs would be out. Like I used to, I remember I'd buy like bootleg albums. They were all terrible. It was just all. They're bad. And like the whole rarity argument is gone now, right? Because there's a cool things you found this like, oh, this cool live, you know, show that they did, but it's like, well, there's 800 of those. It's not as cool and it's too much to sift through. And this isn't like the things were better back then. This is just the way it is for me personally. Is this that like things like that no longer really interest me is, well, I don't know if this Fugazi thing ever, I didn't really care that much about Fugazi, but I certainly knew they existed and know the song repeater. But nonetheless, if like there was even like a, my favorite bands of descendants, if there was like some descendants thing, I would have blown my mind, you know, 30 years ago. But now it's just like, I would be like, okay, like I might passively listen to it for a moment. I might have no attention.

I'm like everyone else. I got no attention span. Phone killed it. Oh, yeah. I don't listen to albums. I barely listen to music. I don't, I don't, I don't, if I figured out how I'm spending all the time I have alone, I couldn't, I couldn't tell you. I'm wasting so much time. I get frustrated with that. I don't know about you. I'll pass it. My office said, what did you do today in your day off? Like, I don't know. My daughter, I go to my daughter because we were talking about how I coached her basketball team. And I said, let's watch this episode of always something filled out a few season two. The gang gives back where they coach a youth basketball. It's a fantastic episode. I say, she's looking at her phone, I go, so it's 22 minutes, just watch it. And you know, she's laughing her ass off. I can't, I'm looking at that phone of mine. It's, it's buzzing. And she's looking at me, looking at the phone. And I can't, I'm worse than her, 15 year old girl, and I'm worse than her with the phone. I'm no better than, believe me, I'm no, I don't think I'm better than anyone else.

It's just a shame. So like a lot of this is, you know, oh, like you're like an old guy, like that middle-aged guy. But the thing is, I'm only telling you my own experience, it's just, I don't, I don't care. I've fallen victim to all this, too. But one other thing that I want to address, okay, and put a photo of my son and I up content, you know, for the, you know, I'm a lot of, oh, it drives, oh, it drives, you get, you get a lot of, you got a lot of, you get a lot of the good stuff with that. You can't take a picture with Kendra every day. Oh my God, it's sometimes, and so, and they're always something like you're wearing a flat brim hat. And someone in the comments said, yes, he's wearing a flat brim hat because this is the way that people wore hats for our entire lifetimes. You didn't invent it. I did. This is the way that it was, when I was 16, and then like, and Stussy is back, is a brand

again. I've seen that. That's wild, man. Yeah. And so my daughter is like, I'm going to go to, she's going with her mother to New York City next weekend. She's like, I'm going to the Stussy store and I said, yeah, she goes, I'll FaceTime you there. If you want something. And my, my ex-wife goes, I feel kind of like a poser getting something there. I go, no, no, no, no. When I was 13 years old, there was a Stussy store in Birmingham, Michigan on Main Street. And I would shop there every time I was fortunate enough to have a little bit of money and be in Birmingham. So no. The same thing I don't wear supreme, but the same thing is with supreme is that when it was a store in New York City, it was 1993, I was a senior in high school. No, no, no. I don't wear a supreme, but you don't get to own that. There are things that I would feel I have aged out of many of them. But if it was the style of my era and a brand of my era, my era being teens or 20s,

no. Bust out those IOU sweatshirts. I never had an IOU sweatshirt. I did have your bows and you know, I do not own a pair of Dungarees. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess where you were growing up. I'm going to guess that the IOU and Cavareechi combo was big with the Calddeans when you were growing up. Cub bone. Yeah. John and I. Well, John lived it, Spencer gifts. All right. I'm trying to find it. I'm trying to find the story. Fascinated. I had one of those. Where is the Shaquille O'Neal story? I am trying to find. Oh, the Shaq. Oh, you put it in. Okay. I have it. All right. All right. All right. So remember when I told Cedric when we had him on the phone and this is, they've done study speaking of the social media that people will consume stuff on social media and know it's not true about a famous person and it sort of doesn't matter because they'll still just associate the person with that lie. You know, if it's something very serious that someone's being accused of, that's a terrible

thing. But this is one of, this is where we've gone as a society just coming up with this. So Shaquille O'Neal, he has a podcast for some reason and he had his guess, you have a podcast of Jim Jones and Bailey Jackson are available. So he's sitting around with them. And there was this internet rumor that Shaq exposed for shooting his shot at Sabrina Carpenter. You know what shooting your shot means? It's not dirty. Do you know what it means? No. It's like hitting on them via DM, okay? So the root of the rumor is a screenshot of a message thread that appears to show a DM exchange between O'Neal and Carpenter. You know Sabrina Carpenter? Yes. That's it. Flat chested young woman. After Jones read the headline, O'Neal proceeded to read the message telling the duo, I want you to tell me if it's me or not me. And one message reporting to be from O'Neal read, Dan, baby, I would keep your farts in a Cologne bottle and spray it on me every day.

Just jokes. O'Neal continued reading, I'm Shaq's, what's your name, baby? The message was met with a response from a fake carbon who wrote, I know who you are. You're a way too famous for sending me messages like that. And according to this message, Shaq wrote, I can't be horny and want some of that snow buddy, Kitty for myself. You're being rude for no reason. You can't handle big diesel anyway. And that's apparently from Shaquille. Shaq was reading it. Yeah, he's reading it because he didn't write it. Because it's a sign that he said that Shaquille O'Neal would say, damn, I want to keep your farts in a Cologne bottle and spray it on me every day while trying to get a famous woman to sleep with him. I would think that Shaquille O'Neal has been through it enough where he would know that that's not a good way to do it. Now we could have many women who are on the internet say, oh, I get my people want my farts in a sealed bag and things like that. We know that they want socks. But that's the problem is that now he's got to address that and he didn't do that.

But you know, when I was at Rollins College, freshman year at Rollins College, when Stussy was a friend and I was wearing a flat brim hat, the Shaquille O'Neal was playing for the Orlando Magic. I believe he was a rookier a second year player. He is going to shoot a commercial in the Rollins gym. Really? Women's basketball practice is ending. Women's team is leaving Shaq in his people or arriving Shaquille O'Neal's probably 22, 21 years old. Girls on the team between the ages of 18 and 22, it's all very appropriate above board. Shaquille O'Neal starts talking to one of the women. I'm within your shot. I'm very interested. He's a large, one of the largest human beings I've ever met. And I'm sitting there and I'm listening to the conversation and she politely tells them that she will not give him her number. And I said, wow, I need to go a little bit. I said, wow, he was hit on you. I'm surprised you didn't go out with him and she's like, he would destroy me.

Like I can't have that on me. On me is not even really the issue, but she turns to me and she goes, are you kidding? He would destroy me. And then I thought, even though he's rich and famous, there's got to be a lot of women that won't sleep with Shaquille O'Neal. I can't overemphasize the size of this man. We went out and I have a picture of my son on Shaquille O'Neal's lap crying his eyes out because he was just like, it's like, he's almost in human in his size. If you've seen his shoe and stuff, do you ever stand next to Shaquille O'Neal? Yeah. Because it's not even like a height thing. He's just massive. It's just massive. There's very few people like that. Gronk is like that kind of size. Yeah, but Gronk is not 70 tall. And I've never really just liked that too. Yeah, I'm sure. But not Trent, the offensive tackle for the Patriots. Trent Brown. Okay. He's like that. Yeah. So there is a certain point where like, I mean, if you're, what was he back then? Seven, one, three, three, twenty, three, ten.

I mean, that's, there's, I mean, physical limitations of people. I mean, that's a, that's a large and massive man. It's a massive man. Now if you reversed it and you put Wallach in the situation and there was a seven foot to three hundred and twenty pound woman, who as I said, there's a, that could crush him. And that might be the way to go. That might be open. Very good, Danny. You see that? Yeah. That's just 15. You're saying that's his Disney world. I'm happy. This is all over the place who cares. I'm getting a dental implant and it's Friday, but so Blind Scott emails a thousand times a day. But he's at one of them caught my eye and I don't, blind Scott, I don't read any of your emails. You're really wasting your time. But there was one where he's like, you have to go to this convention. You have to go to this convention.

It's a big boob convention. And I went, oh, I wonder if there's a convention just for women with big boobs. That would be funny thing to send Nick to. And I look at it and I go, there's no way this is just a convention for big boobs because then it would be a convention that's everywhere all the time. And so I looked at it and it's not. It's a convention for people that are obsessed with giants. Like Godzilla sized women like bigger than skyscrapers and it was in it's a movie heavy metal. Yeah. Exactly. So like, first of all, the website was like written in crayons. So like I knew it wasn't like any kind of real thing. Like any, and it wasn't even like a legitimate fetish. But his interpretation, well, he's blind. So what do you want another guy? But his interpretation of this big boob summit was actually, and it's not around here. It's in Portland, Oregon. Because if it was around here, I'd still send Nick, all right, ask Nick to go. But no, there is a sexual fetish of, I guess it's men, generally, that have this fetish

of a giant woman and not giant in any human way, not even in a shakilonil way. Like 20 feet high, you know, the size of a skyscraper. So I'm like demolishing them. Okay. I don't know. We're a complicated species. We're very splintered. The more we look into this, the more scattered things seem to be. Yeah. Like that's something that, because that can't happen, right? Like there's just no way that can happen. So maybe that's something you, rather than, you know, getting with like-minded individuals and hanging out, maybe that's something that you maybe look into. Because it's something that could never happen. Like you're having a fantasy about like a literal, it will never exist on the planet. It's inhuman. It's something that is an unfaithelable fantasy. Very bizarre. And if that is like your, what you need to be sexually satisfied, there could be a problem

in that a human could not do that. It's an unfaithelable fantasy. That's all. You know, Danny? This isn't even dirty. I know. Yeah. You know, I'm not trying to make it uncomfortable. We're having a real conversation. Oh, you're not. All right. Where were you, Dan? Let's get to it. Oh, yes. I got, we got time. That wasn't going to fill the whole thing. I had a nice relaxed vacation. Yeah. You went to Orlando. Your daughter is the Babson softball coach and she's doing a great job and she's coached a lot of games down there. Coach 12 games. So we went to see those games around it. We stayed at Disney, over near, you know, in the Swan Hotel, had a wonderful time. And that on property. Uh, yes. Kind of. What did you hear about Ryan? What did you think of Ryan when you found out at the same time you were staying at the Swan Hotel? Ryan was in Kissimmee, Florida. I know. The poor fella. Well, and it's just on poor. Yeah. I mean, let's be honest. That is called me. I would have come over. I mean, that is, I could have stayed in my place. Kissimmees like a, like a legitimate dump.

This is not class classes, classes, either. It's like, watch the movie about the, with Will and the foe, about the Kissimmee. Oh, the, the hotel. Yeah. The Florida project. Because it's essentially the projects of Orlando is Kissimmee and it's surrounding Disney world. So people that have this dream of going to Disney world and can't quite make it there and go to Kissimmee and then they're confronted with prostitution and crack. All right. But Danny, you're on this one hotel on our final day. Well, well, our own Ryan is with the prostitute and Craig. The prostitute come over. I'd have been fine with that. Yeah. But then he has that crack on him. Go ahead. So we decided we were in Epcot for a bit and my nephew texted me and said, Hey, there's a concert over at the American Pavilion in Epcot once you go over and see. So I went over and watched the concert. It was fun. There was a couple dancing furiously in front of me and I said, you know what? I'm going to tape this and play it for Fred when I come in. Oh. So tell me who this group was that I saw.

Okay. Okay. I actually saw a concert. Wow. It's like the Bay City Rollers. He's gone. I'm going to be there in the next two or three days. Of course it's coming up. Two, three, four, a turn to stop. You don't remember the song? How can I remember something that has an exist? Oh. I do. And it's annoying the crap out of me. I can't put my finger on it. Do you know that? I didn't know it and so actually Ryan and I

Slooped in a little bit and figured out but I didn't know Just watching the Listening really sounds familiar. So this is a free concert at Disney. Yes, and you and you and this is an actual recording act that you will Know the name of once you and you had a relative that said hey come to this. Oh go watch it. It's fun He said I'm having fun doing this. He just said if you want have a good time or relax a little bit go watch it Another song by the they're obviously British and they're obviously from the 70 yes, but I I I mean you throw it in a hat. I have no idea. It's not Fugali or whatever, but it's like you know that's right It is not Fugali, but and so it's a it's a British band from the 70s that I'm taking it There's not that's not women singing background. That's just falsetto males Okay, so it's not yes because they'd be far too big and it's not a prog rock band even Because it's not intricate enough. It's just a real garbage band

Do you want another name a song is it status quo? Oh Well, Jeff Lin is dead How can he hello be playing without the guy? I don't know I don't even know what his name is no other bands play without people You've been not the guy. All right. I just thought it was fun I tried to bring a little music into your life Sorry, so how long did you know how long did you stand there? I definitely still alive Believe it or not I didn't think I thought you were correct on that, but no He's so is he the only is that so I guess the thing is he's more Dylan still alive too So he's not even the only traveling will be real. I guess Because Orbison's dead patty is dead patty's dead Harrison's dead. Yeah So I just figured he'd probably be dead too yellow for free at Epcot you just doesn't get any better than was he there

It was was Jeff Lin there was there like a guy with a whitey fro. Yes. Yeah, that's that's no No, I know, but was he gonna be him. Yeah, he was him. It's gotta be him. Yeah, I'll show you the video At what point do you just go? It's not worth it anymore. I think that's what's keeping you alive honestly Like you got it at that age. He's born in 1947. You got to have something to look for. I want to know how much you got paid because yeah, there were performances at 530 645 and 8. Oh my god, I literally played five songs and that was it tight 25 minutes. Yeah, exactly. Yeah Yeah, I wonder how much they got paid and they had to pay them to go to Orlando and pay them like to like put them up at the park and Bring all the equipment in when does it turn into a Frankie Valley situation where he just been propped up He keep going out there. Well, I've never seen anything like Frankie Valley Frankie Valley can't even move. I would to see Sinatra late in his career very late And his son had to sing lyrics along with him to keep him on pace of boy the lyrics. Okay, Frankie Valley They're they're playing his voice and he can't get the microphone to his mouth let alone move his mouth

It's he's in his 90s and he's basically It's like weekend and bernie's with less animation. It's it's cruel What they're doing and all the background singers look like the situation And they're and they're doing like the background singing and I think like nothing weird's going on Yeah, and people are in the people are people show up are in the obvious. I know just to watch this guy good to be true Like like just not die They while they play like his his garbage It was just an honor to see him. You know what I mean? It was just but Sinatra and Elvis in the Beatles are kind of like And so iconic just to be in the room. That's that's the other thing Valley is not in that there are guys But there are guys that age that are still out there like for instance Paul McCartney Paul McCartney just released a new album. He's 83 And he's still he's still out there now is he does he sound the same as he did 20 very good Well, no, he does that's my point. No, he doesn't you tell you can tell he's 83

But he's Paul McCartney and he's functional. He's very good. He's very big venues. No, he's playing it actually Well, he could play anything you want to be playing a theater in LA and he's only doing his own nights. Yes. Oh, don't bring me down Fred, you know Hello, all right If you were to play that song, I would have known it, but I wouldn't have known it's yellow. All right. We'll be back in just a moment Draft King Sportsbook puts you right in the middle of basketball's biggest star-driven moments Bed player props bet live and when a game turns fast Draft Kings has your back with early exit if your player gets injured anytime in the first half your bets days alive And once it settles you still get paid in cash That's built in protection for star-driven bets backed by Draft Kings download the Draft King Sportsbook app and use code New customers bet just five dollars and if your bet wins You'll get two hundred dollars in bonus bets instantly with code nine eight five in partnership with Draft Kings the crown is yours Hope is here eight hundred three two seven fifty fifty or gambling help line ma.org 21 plus

Massachusetts only eligibility and restrictions apply that must win to receive bonus bets Which expire in seven days minimum odds required for additional terms and responsible gaming resources cdkng.co slash audio limited time offer Hey, so it's shaking things up a bit no formal intro. Let's see what Carlo from Auburn has to say the biggest thing that I Received out of this awakened 180 program was that I was able to Get a best friend and when I say that I mean the person that I look to in the mirror every morning I would walk by the mirror and not look now the awakened 180 program has given me the ability to look in the mirror Smile and actually enjoy and appreciate the person. I am I went from you know 301 down to 213 I've lost 84 pounds with awakened 180 84 pounds a carlo didn't just under four months and those results buddy

Are the results you'll get with the wake of 180 do it? Carlo did what I did Greg Bedard Dr. Carmen and everybody else has done it get back to liking the person you see in the mirror and choose a wake of 180 weight loss Online and awaken 180 weight loss calm You know I got an idea for that The email bit we should do the email bit. It's great idea Let's do the email bit All right, uh the email segment is uh from our great friends at Jeffrey Glassman injury lawyers If you've been hurting a car or a car accident you got to get a glassman Don't just send an email you do fists Call all sevens like a honk at six one seven seven seven seven seven seven seven Or visit got to get glassman dot com ringo. That's right ringo uh Four one paper equal four coin Jackrat Mike uh hello Hey guys, uh, so real quick on the baseball and pending strike. I think my past

To to not having a strike and and uh, it would be service time And it out of the four major sports baseball is by far the hardest to become a free agent Uh, you look at jaren dorin. He's not going to be a free agent until his age 32 season So I think if mlb We did something similar to football whether it's four or five year contract entry level and didn't like get around with service time Keeping people down in the minors before they come up. I think that's a path Okay, yeah, I mean there listen. There's a lot of incentive to an agreement There's a lot of incentive for the rank and file to to get in line and agree to this and not incentive just in that You're telling them they're gonna lose money if they don't do it incentive in that you could make more money if they do do it I have yet to hear a real argument That that is swung me and and I'm open. I'm not a Master of finance or anything like I am ready to hear a intriguing argument about why there should not be a different kind of

Salary structure major league baseball and I've yet to hear anything to even remotely sway me Not even something that I feel requires a response. Right. There's the Andrew callians of the world that just say the owners Need to spend more money and then you go. Yeah. Yeah, wait a solve a problem Just reiterate the problem, right? You have to force these owners to spend money and the way to force them to spend money is to institute a floor Of course if I was a player I would not agree to a cap without any kind of possibility of this affecting me in a positive way You know, I wouldn't do it just for the good of the game and quotations But a union you need a majority You don't need the top two earners. You need the majority. I'm cautiously optimistic But baseball has gone through this before and I I'm worried that they're gonna get their own way And you're talking about Dan Scott Boris getting in the way that's definitely going to happen because he's gonna lose a lot of money If this goes through Because he only deals at high end players So I'm worried that everyone's gonna get their own way and this time next year we won't have baseball

Well, it would be a bad time to be doing it because I don't think baseball has been this Popular in about 20 years. I agree. So it would be they're riding a little bit of momentum It would be a shame if they've lost it. It would hurt Um, imagine what it would do to Dan. I know well I have an email that pertains to Dan, but it is addressed to me Don't worry. Don't worry. It's not one not one you're gonna get uncomfortable about It says John. I was driving through north and over yesterday Which is the town at Dan Roach lives in and I saw a couple of political yard signs for a candidate named Brian Roach Is that someone related to Dan so much and asking while he's in the studio today? No No, not at all. No, no No, right. No, no relative of yours has ever run for office. No. Well, he lets his daughter marry someone named Roach too Yeah, what's going on about that? Huh? Yeah, if you don't know Dan's daughter who's of course her last name is roach married a man with the same last name But you did say they did a genetic thing. Yeah, well, yeah Did they are you making that up there from Arlington? We're from and so same last name same city

Yeah, at Arlington, Texas or Arlington, Massachusetts She was a knucklehead a little close Oh, even if she was from Arlington or even if he was from Arlington, Texas I'd still you know, I would have done it. Yeah, that's a little too close for comfort to spell it the same way just a little odd So what is she what is her? Well, how does she refer to herself? Uh, Torrey Roach roach Did she use her middle name? No, just Torrey then well, I know For instance, Victoria my ex-wife my ex-wife's made a name was BAME, but she calls herself Stephanie Eva Tutcher So I like that's when you have to use a middle name. She doesn't use her middle name, you know Well, that's got to make you happy Because not the way you named her is the way that she remained. Yeah So that even when she's using three names She's using the names that you gave her. Yes, so you're still in charge based. Oh, yeah You're after James Taylor, you know Torrey Taylor Roach

No, you didn't you didn't name her after James Taylor. You're just saying that to annoy me Why Is it because of Jonathan Taylor Thomas was it was at the height of I think my wife just liked the name Was it the height of home improvement and you couldn't get the height of new metal Jonathan Oh, no wait, that's Davis from corn never I have an email. Okay from Sarah from Everett She said I'm a little disappointed how quickly you allowed Fred to dismiss Dave tree performing the winning song What I think what she means to say is judging our song competition Dave's a fixture in Boston hardcore punk scene beyond that tree hosted the hemp fest on the commons till became legal I don't smoke Spurmicide is their classic and I'm slightly biased because Dave pulled me out of a pit for all at club baby face providence Sarah from Everett. Okay. It's a Sarah sharing a lot of things about Dave tree that I know already But thank you. It's interesting because we were having this discussion the first segment to the show about how who we're going to get in here to To judge the thuppet songs and I have a couple of them here one from john and I guess this is directed at you

12 it just says get willy local Alexander who is who is that a willy local Alexander is another like legendary fixture of the Boston Music scene from the 1970s But again, we run into the problem where these guys are all in their 70s So they're not really going to be you know prone to coming in and doing it in early morning show I think who did you get there up there up the hour John? Well, first of all you'd want that I don't want that guy in studio I want someone who had a recording contract that I knew of right that's all That's really it. I was willing to sync to buffalo Tom level But that's about as far as I'm gonna go now. This is really gonna get guys on the phone But But like let's let's put the floor at buffalo Tom Okay, then you're not interested in my buddy Mike pitched a son Robert Ellis Oral who's written a bunch of songs for a bunch of people And was an 80s guy too. I think we should just uh, I think we should just go with uh with Esoteric if you if we reach out to him today, maybe he'll be he could come Who would be your ideal guy for it? Do you like like really Peter Wolf or if anyone in aerosmith like had it together like anything like that

Like it's just maybe Steven Tyler's still here somewhere He used to live in Marshfield But like the thing is is that Great because I just went through my aerosmith biography. We could we could kidnap Joey Kramer Joe Perry and Steven Tyler you could question Steve Tyler about that limo incident back in the day that we had with that Wasn't his fault. That's one of the people it wasn't even working for him being a dick But what the idea Dan was that there's these goofy songs that people made we don't really even need anyone It's not imperative to the contest But someone had made this suggestion that we had someone in and I immediately You know because I think I ran into Peter Wolf at the library in the new library I was like wouldn't it be cool if like Peter Wolf was here And Adam of course Calls himself connected to the Boston music scene so I figured he could just run out and get whoever we want And he's more useless than me because if we end up with that so far if we end up with Esoteric it's because of me So uh, I thought maybe he could pound the pavement a little bit and get us a rock guy in first of all

It's not about me and you and getting brownie points who care? It's about getting the right person on the show It's not brownie points. It's not what who's saying brownie points. I'm saying that it's about don't take it that way That what I'm saying it's not to impress me But because you know so many people yeah, and they're all saying no it's a drag And the people I know you're not interested in I think Dave Shrew would be great. You don't want them. I don't know who he is Again, that's fine Pressure Peter It loses its importance if no one knows who the person no And I and I agree with you on that and I don't even want it to be like someone cool or something Yeah, I just want like someone it could be even if like I was willing to the lady from Letters to clear whatever band is can't lay like because I know They had the big hit song they have to have the right A right amount of renown it can't be too big and it can't be someone that's too obscure right I want someone in a in a band that had instruments yes

That had in rock bands and that even that even had a medium hit that I heard yes growing up in Detroit. Yes that it that it's that's that's really it Because Buffalo Tom I know the name of the band. I don't know if I've ever heard one of their songs But I at least know the guy from Buffalo Tom and it's it's not what it's not his fault I don't know who he is So if he was in I would just be like hey who bill I heard about you You know like I could address that I didn't know the band But it's certainly wouldn't make the guy feel bad about it. Yeah, but if you get Peter Wolfen He's got all these stories. He was on BCN, you know, yak and away with his rhymes And now he he can't get up in the morning roommates with David Lynch that would have been an Yeah, he was roommate David Lynch. I mean he's a fascinating character right he was in New York City Like hanging out with a war hall. He's got a million story Was bummed out as as you are. I would have been a great get but Apparently I don't have that I don't have that pull. Yeah, good. I want you to I want you to feel bad How I did you know what it is. It's then to run gone. Yes shut up

You're always telling me to shut up Wow Shush shut it Tim go ahead What about J mask of dinosaur junior? Obviously I've J mask isn't does he live around here though? Okay, yep He lives in Amherst so not around here, but he lives in Amherst I think he's is he not from Amherst but but doesn't live here anymore or does he still live in Amherst? I think he still I think he still lives there or Northampton He posts a lot on Instagram and like I keep posted recently He was like seeing at one of the Massachusetts here. Is he still around? All right Well, I would have J mask it's I inadvertently have seen dinosaur junior many times. Where are we all Gary? Sharon I reached out to me yesterday having anything He might be too big a star. Yeah, come on Gary And I'm not saying that sarcastic and I think he's up on the North Shore too. I know that if he may I'm tall and I drag in my mind I just want someone just to hang out. Yeah, I don't want any. Yeah, it's no big deal It's a it's a non-pressure situation But I just I mean even like a minor hit in the 70s. What's funny is on PCN

We did something like this and we we were getting all kinds of people on the phone But I need him in studio is the problem And I wanted to be very relaxed. I don't want it to be a whole thing I don't want to be if they've done Eddie trunk. I don't want that to be the standard Because then expectations are through the roof And you know the way you have a disappointed to guess just call it. What did you expect? Just call Eddie Not Eddie do it. No. No. You don't meet your heroes I've learned. Yo Sabbath rainbow And like Eddie's gonna you heard when Nick talked to Eddie He was very nice and cordial, but he was let's face it Uninterested. Yeah, anyway Well, maybe if he talked to you it would be different Matt go ahead Hey, um, I think the Eddie truck idea would be hilarious, but um, what about uh Dickie Barrett to the bottle. Okay, so I am friends with Dickie Barrett like legit friends with Dickie Barrett But he's in LA, so there's no way, but if he was in town

Yes, I like Dickie very much But he would want to come on the show to campaign about RFK for president and then I'm like, I'm like I'm like you could be it could it's not like if you were like for Biden I'd have you on like I can't have you on yeah campaign and for like a president Like you know, and they're doing all these like fun razors for president. So I'm like, I don't This is not I this this is out of my depth my friend. I do not need this. We are I like you very much I don't mess. I don't know what went down with the band. I'm not against you But I I can't have you on With some you know when you're legitimately though reason you're on is to campaign for a presidential candidate Because I'm not getting into it because I refuse to the internet exists. I don't need that He piss off the politic people and then it's a whole mess. I don't need any of that Am I a pussy sure? I don't want to get into it. I don't want to wait into it I don't I'm a big dummy no one needs to worry about what I think about anything

All right, all right. That's the way I stand. That's my Yes, I'm no Joe Rogan. I'm no expert on everything. You're great though Thanks buddy. You're on way. You're my good friend. You Itty Danny All right, let's just cool everyone into what's going on. Let me talk Let me see it the way I don't say it. All right, so Dan and I are legitimately friends like I hung out with him And stuff like he so we like text each other about non show related stuff But but if you ever if you ever say you guys need a woman on this show. Don't worry the old Danny's here because even in an offer a conversation Dan goes like oh And it wasn't even bad. I was praising someone and I was praising someone sense of humor And I said something and Dan goes oh and I'm like oh god damn the best was the conversation was great And then in the last Five seconds before we came on the air you ruined it for I was I was praising someone sense of humor

And I gave an example of their Inappropriateness of their humor This is all off air and it's not about any Race or anything like that And I gave I gave an example of the Inappropriateness of their humor and then grown that Everyone was like oh wow that sounds like an interesting person. I'm like yeah I'm happy for you Nothing be happy about me be about. I'm sorry. I'm not that all right. There's nothing to be happy for the rest of your life. Thank you Thank you Thank you How'd the cards do yesterday when oh there was a whole scene you want to see some relief pitching you want to go over the box score All right, so I watched I Watched and listened to because oh it was long if you think they're they're shutting down the games All right very quickly just because you're here and I'm having a tooth put in and I really don't care Here is you want to hear how it went down it was a 9-7 game the cardinals won Libertor started for them. He gave up one run in five endings

Rasmussen started for Tampa he gave up one run in five so we're sailing along good battle right and then you have The ERAs of the pitcher that came in after Our 54 and 13 for a Tampa Bay For the cardinals. It's 81 54-27 out and everyone else is zero. Oh, you forgot about infinity He and Seymour gave up five runs. He didn't get anybody out. I didn't know that meant infinity. Yes, infinity is okay I swear to God. I'm and I'm around baseball every single day I thought that meant they substituted have been the infield no No, or like an in they brought an infielder in the pitch. Oh No, the reliever they came in Rasmussen through five and he's gave up one run They brought in this kid this lefty Ian Seymour And Ian Seymour gave up five runs didn't get anybody out and because of that he has an infinite ERA They got I've never seen that before. I swear to God. They got six runs. They got six hits in a row It was actually kind of interesting. Wow. These two teams are not good

All right, it's funny. Well, you know, it's funny when you see a team in spring training You go like none of these guys are gonna play yeah, and I'm like Milo none of these guys are gonna play like the only guy's weather hold He's the only guy who's gonna play. It's the exact same I mean, I'm bloom does not screw around. I told you this was coming. I told you this is exactly what's gonna happen He's gonna completely ignore the major league roster build the farm system and this is like a five-year thing I said this is to you. Yeah, when he got the job It's I've never the cardinals have never been This bad in my lifetime. They've been bad, but at least on paper they had professional athletes This is a whole new experience and I got new ownership new exactly what they were getting better get used to people not going to games Because after after yesterday they had a full house yesterday and then people stopped going They need that gate those medium markets Danny.
