Titans Meet with Jody Fortson, Seek Tight End Replacement

The Tennessee Titans are checking out former Kansas City Chiefs Titan Jody Fortson as they build their roster this off season. The 30-year-old free agent is set to visit with a team on Thursday to discuss a possible fit. Fortson helped the Chiefs win the Super Bowl in 2023 and put up 160 receiving yards with four touchdowns over three. Seasons from 2021 to 2024. He last played in their 27-20 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on October 27, 2024, before a torn ACL and Maniska's injury sidelined him. Meanwhile, the Titans lost their top-tied end, Chigel Conquil, who signed a three-year deal with the Washington commanders in free agency. Their rookie Gunner Helm stepped up last year as a fourth-round pick, grabbing 44 passes for two touchdowns. Tennessee has stayed busy since free agency talks kicked off on March 9, targeting several players to bolster the offense.
