Titans Lose Teller, Pressure on Zeitler

0:00On March 18th, the Tennessee Titans missed out on free agent offensive lineman Wyatt Teller, who just signed a two-year deal with their AFC South. Rival, the Houston Texans. Teller was released by the Cleveland Browns and would have been a strong fit at Rygaard for Tennessee. The Titans had been busy in free agency, loading up on defense and adding some offensive pieces around quarterback Cam Ward. They still need help up front, especially at Rygaard, after not resigning veteran Kevin Zyler right away. Fans and analysts see this as a tough break since the Titans now face Teller twice a year in division play. It puts more pressure on them to lock up Zyler, who turns 36 this month and knows the team from last season. Zyler remains a free agent after a solid year at Rygaard for Tennessee. Resigning him would mark his 15th NFL season and stabilize the line under the new coaching staff. With additions like Wyatt receiver Juan Dale Robinson and a reword deal for Calvin Ridley, the Titans' offense looks promising, but solid trench.
