The Tennessee Titans just snagged Ohio State wide receiver carnaltate with the number 4 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft on April 23rd. Tay balled out in Columbus the last two seasons, hauling in 51 passes for 875 yards and 9 touchdowns in 20. 25 alone, making him the first receiver off the board this year. He joins a young squad with second year quarterback, Cam Ward, setting up some real potential in the passing game, though Tate played mostly slotted. Ohio State behind Jeremiah Smith, draft experts from the Tennessee and slapped a C-plus grade on the pick, saying he's a smooth technical route runner, but needs to prove he can dominate, outside against tough coverage, to justify that high spot as the Titans top wide out.
