0:00How would he offer three things we need to know? There was a huge legal case yesterday that came to an end and it was not good for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. But jury found them responsible and liable to social media addiction and youth. So the case basically centered around an out 20 year old woman who argued their design, that the design, including features meant to keep users scrolling, actually contributed to depression and other mental health struggles that began when she was a kid and jurors agreed that the companies were negligent. They didn't warn people about this enough. They didn't give people the heads up that this could happen and actually ordered them to pay about $6 million in total damages. Both companies say they actually plan to appeal and argue that youth mental health problems can't be blamed on a single app. But what this means for us is you could start seeing some major real changes to your social media apps like stricter features, warnings, maybe even time limits. 1:011,600 other ones waiting in the wings to sue meta and Google. TSA says, yeah, this doesn't look like the mess with traveling is going to end anytime soon. In fact, they say air travel could get even more chaotic. The head of the TSA says some airports may actually have to shut down if the government funding a fight keeps dragging on TSA workers have been paid in over a month and a lot of them are calling out, which means longer lines, major delays, which is already happening. We've seen it all over the news and whatnot. Smaller airports would likely be the first ones to close and even the bigger airports, some experts are recommending you get there four hours early, which is what my husband does anyways. The NBA, I know you guys are big basketball fans. So have you guys ever heard of tanking? No. So tanking is the term that people use when they've asked about team basically loses on purpose. So they get better draft picks and whatnot. And the NBA is like, we're done with this. The commissioner said the league is planning on making big changes to the draft system.

2:05So that does not happen. They've been actually like researching it for months. They don't have an exact plan yet, but they have made it clear. We're fixing this. We want we want fans to see games. It actually means something, right? No, we don't want fans to feel like teams are just throwing seasons for no reason. They are on it. And hopefully by the next draft, they will have these changes already made. And that's three things you need to know when is the win. Oh, when is the win? I don't care which I'll say. Yep, that's me.
