This 31-year-old dude got picked up Wednesday at a spot in Potter's Bar, Hartfordshire, on charges of prepping a terror act. He's still in custody while forensics teams dig deeper. Earlier this month, cops shut down the gardens on April 17 as a safety move after spotting those two jars of powder, which turned out to be totally non-hazardous. They searched the potter's bar dress too, but stressed his bust, ain't linked to that separate stabbing attack in Golders Green the same day. Two other guys were grabbed before, a 39-year-old in Ealing on April 21, who walked free with no charges, and a 37-year-old near Barnstaple in Devon on April 26, now out on bail till July.
