The goal now is to have 2 or 3 projects running at the same time because of how long planning can take to go through.     Mark: What investments have you been doing?  Peter: As you know I owned one flat in a block of fourteen and it was a disaster, all fourteen were rented out and none of the owners could agree and it the whole block started to deteriorate so I was planning to sell. But in the end, I managed to get acquire four more flats and convince the other owners to secure the plot with a fence and make the area a lot nicer.
