There Is No Such Thing As Death

Welcome to our Paranormal of the Life.

This is episode 220 of Paranormal Stories.

In this episode I'm reading from RC Clarence's book, There is no such thing as death, scientific

evidence for life after death, and how you can prove it yourself.

When I've guests on my podcasts, I read their books to work out questions for the episodes.

When reading these books, I always find such amazing information that never makes it into

the podcast, and here I get a chance to give you a peek into the book.

I've put a link to the book in the show notes, and I did seek permission to record this

extract, and the author kindly said yes.

I'm going to be reading from the introduction, which is titled The Wisdom Tradition, and

this is what Robert has written, a scientific approach to the afterlife.

What you're about to read will probably be surprising.

You're going to find definite facts taking the place of the mass of speculation and uncertainty

surrounding death.

The widespread confusion about the afterlife is natural considering that our cultural

programming tells us death is some dark unknown, and no one really knows what happens when

we die.

In fact, the idea that death is a fear-filled unknown is one of the most persistent and destructive

lies that have been perpetrated in the West for over a thousand years.

To start, I ask you to suspend any prejudgments you may have about the afterlife until you

review the concepts presented.

The findings described in this book are not a story based on author's personal experience,

nor is it a story based on the reports of people who have had near-death experiences.

Instead, the material presented in this book is based on our widely accepted scientific

method, which involves repeated observations, painstakingly made, noted, and tabulated

by people carefully trained in their field of study.

In this case, the field of study is the after-death states, and the facts compiled are based

on thousands of observations of individuals on the other side.

Trained clairvoyance The simplest explanation for the origin

of the facts presented in this book is that they were observed and catalogued through the

use of clairvoyant abilities, and by clairvoyant abilities, are not referring to the degraded

concepts of clairvoyance that have come to be associated with fortune-telling, ghost

stories, or predictions of wealth and romance for a fee, but rather trained clairvoyance,

which involves the slow and steady development of abilities that lie dormant within every

one of us under the guidance of a qualified teacher, a process that requires at least

a year of intensive, uninterrupted practice.

The information presented in this book has been gathered using the method of trained clairvoyance

just mentioned, and my hope is that you will understand the process better by the end

of the book.

The number one thing to realise is that clairvoyance is not some rare gift possessed by a few individuals,

but simply the extension of our natural abilities of perception.

As for the methods of developing clairvoyant abilities, we'll cover those in detail in

chapter 7.

For now, suffice to say that these powers are real, and that they are being used by a growing

number of people on the planet on a daily basis, and for the simple fact that the majority

of people who have had an experience of the afterlife are untrained observers of the

higher realms of existence, we can account for the different versions of what they report.

For example, thought is creative on the other side, and what we think about takes form.

Therefore, people who hold certain religious beliefs often seek glimpses of scenes or

religious figures that are consistent with their expectations.

For those few clairvoyance have undergone training, there is no haphazard or chaotic structure

on the other side, and what they found is a definite system of progression, from lower

to higher levels of consciousness after we cross over.

These levels have sometimes been called planes, or worlds, or realms.

The term doesn't matter.

What does matter is there is a steady movement from the physical plane up to higher planes

of existence after death, in which we assimilate all that we have learned from the life just

ended.

Then, once the assimilation process is finished, we spend a significant amount of time planning

our next descent into physical life in order to gain new experience.

And this process of rebirth repeats itself over millions of years as part of progressive

movement towards higher levels of consciousness, freedom from the need for physical incarnation,

and boundless opportunities for growth and experience.

The existence of the Great White Lodge

We now come to a fact that still remains a mystery to most people, but which is key to

our understanding of the concepts in this book, and that is the existence of the Great

White Lodge.

The Great White Lodge is simply a group of very highly developed individuals who stay

in touch with Earth to help inspire and guide humanity along its evolutionary path.

And just to be clear, the word white has nothing to do with race.

It only means that its members follow the white path, which requires selfless work for

the good of humanity, as opposed to those who follow the dark path and use clear, violent

powers for selfish ends.

The White Lodge has representatives from many countries around the world.

The White Lodge has representatives from many countries around the world, and although

it has sometimes been referred to as the Himalayan Lodge, because a few of its members live

in Tibet, it would be incorrect to imagine some great monastery hidden away in the mountains.

In fact, its members are scattered across the world, so they can best serve the nations

in which they live.

I'm sure all this may sound astonishing to anyone who hasn't heard about the White Lodge

before, but its existence follows a very logical sequence of spiritual development.

There have always been highly advanced men and women on earth who have developed their

powers of strength, love, and intelligence to such a high degree that they have stood

far above average humanity.

They were known as high intellects, the saints, or the great altruistic leaders of humanity.

Some of these people, through hard work and selfless service to others, achieve such a

high level of spiritual consciousness that they met that evolutionary goal set for humanity

far in advance of the general population.

These people have sometimes been referred to as ascended masters, or masters of the wisdom,

but in the language of today, we could just imagine them as super-high achievers.

These advanced souls that choose to stay in touch with the earth to help humanity are

members that make up the great White Lodge.

They are always in the background, working to help us and protect the earth, but never

interfering with humanity's free will.

That is why we don't hear much about them, however, from time to time they do make efforts

to put forward ideas that help reshape the world.

This leads us to a couple of important points regarding the existence of the White Lodge.

Number one, humanity is not struggling alone.

There is always guidance and help available.

Number two, from time to time, the members of the White Lodge share their knowledge of

the inner workings of life for the upliftment of humanity.

In fact, much of the information in this book regarding the structure of the universe

and the planes of our solar system comes from some of their advanced pupils.

Inspiration for this book.

Most of the observations reported in this book were made by members of the Theosophical

Society under the leadership of Dr. Annie Besent and Bishop Charles W. Legbetter, two

of the greatest clairvoyance of modern history.

The Theosophical Society was founded at the request of two of the Masters of Wisdom in

order to introduce the teachings of the Wisdom tradition to the West.

What's more, the Wisdom tradition provides logical, scientific explanations for the structure

of our universe and the purpose and meaning of life in a manner that is designed to appeal

to people all across the spectrum, from religious people to agnostics to atheists.

As an author, it is simply my privilege and calling in this life to take some of the

basic teachings of the Wisdom tradition and communicate them in today's language and

in a manner that makes sense in today's minds.

Will it be perfect and complete in its presentation?

No.

Simply because no account of all the possibilities of the afterlife ever can be.

Even the original investigators cautioned that there is no claim of infallibility, but

they did explain that every fact presented in their books was observed first hand by

at least two independent, trained investigators and was further verified by more senior members

who were much further advanced in their psychic abilities to check for accuracy.

In addition, their findings were revisited over a period of 40 years while their clairvoyant

abilities were steadily growing, a period during which they had the opportunity to observe

several thousand individuals on the other side, and even 40 years later they found all

the original facts presented were correct and that only a few words had to be added.

I hope you find this honesty reassuring because I have been taught that any presentation

of great truths that ask us to believe blindly is asking us to give up our free will and

ability to know the truth for ourselves.

As we should decide for ourselves based on careful consideration of the facts presented

along with using our internal teacher or intuition which is active in the majority of people

and speaks to us in moments of quiet contemplation.

What I propose to do in this book is tell you exactly why you can trust the facts presented,

not because I said so or because a team of trained investigators said so, but because

you can begin to verify them for yourself, in fact you become one of these qualified observers.

That is one of the goals of this book to set you on the path towards independence and discovery.
