The Whole Megillah

The last two weeks ago, we read Shabbat Shalim, which is going to come before Rosh Haudesh Adar and a lot of times, will form on Rosh Haudesh Adar itself.

Now, this coming Shabbat, we had a time off last Shabbat, this coming Shabbat is going to be Zakhor after that Parah and Haudesh before Pesah.

So, the mitzvah of reading Zakhor, and then this will be talked about this yesterday in the class, that you'll see Parashat Tetsave is you don't see Moshe's name in it, okay?

Just like we're going to read on Monday and you don't see Hashem's name in the Megilah to show you, to show you those.

Just like we know that Hashem was telling Moshe over here, Hashem is the one that's running the show, and that's why it's something that we read right close to Paruhim.

Also, it's very important that you should have a Kavanaugh, meaning to say that the Haazan who's going to read from the Sephirah Torah, people have to be quiet and to listen to every word.

They should not read with him, they should listen to every word that he is going to say.

Also, someone, people who live in a place that there's no media, they have an obligation that they should go to a place where there's a media in that Shabbat to read that.

The very important also, we have a custom here in a lot of places that you're going to read the Tehmahed Zakhor Amalek, and you read the regular here, Tehmahed Zakhor Amalek.

So, you have to mention it both ways, so everybody is Yodzayn, with regards to Zehhe, and Zehhe, and some people also even have a custom to...

with Tehmahed Zakhor, they stop their feet on the floor. Also, when they say Zehhe, Tehmahed Zakhor Amalek, some people stop their floor on the feet.

Also, women, women are... they're supposed to post them, are divided between them, where the women are obligated to come to Shul, to listen to the reading of it.

But if she or a lady is home, taking care of kids, then she does, and she can just read it to herself from the humash.

But in some places, they'll organize, on Purim Day, they'll organize like a minion for the ladies, and a person will take out the Torah and read it for them.

To read for ladies, to read the ladies, Zehhe Al-Malek, and to read for them the Megilat in the afternoon, for those who were not able to make it.
