This Tales from Bark Mountain story begins on a rainy afternoon, when twelve-year-old Noah heads home from school on his electric scooter. He fastens his helmet, and expects a similar ride home, but a slippery wooden bridge turns a ride into an emergency.
Fire Chief Steve, Goose the Fire Dog, and the Bark Mountain crew race to help, and Noah learns that being prepared means more than just wearing the right gear.
It means slowing down, checking the conditions, and making choices that bring us safely home to the people who love us most.
