President Trump is not commenting on the possibility of American soldiers fighting on Iranian soil. While leaving the White House on Friday, Trump was asked about the possibility of the U.S. deploying ground troops in Iran with reports saying more Marines were headed to the Middle East. But how would I ever say that to a reporter by saying that to a reporter Marko would say, please sir, let's bring you over to the helicopter immediately.

1:07He also ruled out a ceasefire with Iran saying there's no need when you're obliterating the other side. The Senate is debating the Save America Act in a rare weekend session. Senate Majority Leader John Thune has promised an extended debate on the legislation which President Trump has labeled his top priority. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says Democrats will continue to fight the controversial bill which would require voters to provide proof of citizenship to register and would require a government issued photo ID to cast a ballot. It's a negative attempt to rig our elections. The Save Act also rejects the most common forms of ID for anyone trying to register. Driver licenses no longer enough. The Save Act passed in the House last month, but it's unlikely to get enough votes in the Senate. Travelers are facing long lines and disruptions at major airports as the partial government shutdown continues. Aaron Gilchress reports from Atlanta's Hartzfield Jackson International that TSA agents are continuing to work without pay.

2:09Many of them have been calling out right now. There's about a 10% call out rate that we've been seeing this week here at this airport. It is much higher, closer to 40% at different points during this week. Those officers are calling out. According to the Department of Homeland Security, more than 300 TSA workers have left their jobs amid the shutdown. TSA's Acting Deputy Administrator warned this week that some airports around the country could be forced to close if the shutdown continues. The impasse on Capitol Hill shows no signs of letting up. I'm Lisa Carton. In Alaska, an anchorage man is facing charges after allegedly robbing a bank while armed only with the power and authority of Jesus Christ. Monica Nelson reports. An affidavit filed in Alaska District Court says 35-year-old DeShellen Jelkes walked into a credit union one late last month and handed the teller a note that read, I have a weapon and that weapon I am armed with is the power and authority of Jesus Christ. Empty the drawer into an envelope, do not set off the alarm.

3:10So the teller gave Jelkes the money in an envelope that included a tracker. Police located the suspect at a Costco across the street and arrested him. Cops say he then asked arresting officers if he'd be getting any of the stolen money back. I'm Monica Nelson. Exercising in the morning is better for your health compared to later in the day according to new research. Here's Rob Martyr. A study found those who exercised earlier in the morning were 31% less likely to have coronary artery disease, 18% less likely to have high blood pressure, and 21% less likely to have high cholesterol. They also had a lower chance of getting diabetes or being obese. Researchers presented their findings at the American College of Cardiology after tracking heart rate data for a full year on thousands of people who exercised. I'm Rob Martyr. An Arizona River town has broken the record for the hottest day in March in US history. Martina's Lake is a town of about 800 that sits along the Colorado River north of Yuma. On Thursday the National Weather Service says Martina's Lake hit 110 degrees. The hottest day ever for the month of March.

4:20Four casters are expecting more heat records to be broken today. And March Madness for Women's Basketball starts today. There are 16 first round games on the schedule, but only one top seed will be in action. Texas will start their quest for the National Championship when they take on 16 seed Missouri State.
