The U.S. is increasing the attacks in the Strait of Hormuz as the Iran War comes close to the 3-week mark. Iran's shutdown of the vital waterway is led to a spike in oil and natural gas prices. Iran is trading strikes with Israel and launching a new wave of attacks on energy sites across the Gulf region.

1:00NBC's Matt Bradley reports Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made his first public remarks since the war began. He said last night that the Iranians no longer have the ability to enrich uranium. He also said that he will no longer be attacking the South Park's gas field. This was something that was very controversial. President Trump had come out and publicly scolded Netanyahu. The Prime Minister says Israel will no longer do that, but Iran is continuing to launch strikes at oil and gas installations in retaliation. Long lines and disruptions are still occurring as the partial government shutdown continues authorities have advised travelers to be prepared for worsening wait times as TSA workers continue to go without pay. The Department of Homeland Security says over 300 workers have left their jobs amid the shutdown. The military is carrying on its strikes on alleged drug smuggling vessels by hitting a boat in the eastern Pacific yesterday. U.S. Southern Command announced there were three survivors with the military saying it contacted the U.S. Coast Guard to activate a search and rescue mission. Southcom says the vessel was operated by a designated terrorist organization and is traveling along known narco trafficking routes.

2:04Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86 the iconic tough guy actor passed away yesterday while surrounded by family and friends in Hawaii. He suffered an undisclosed medical emergency and was hospitalized. ABC will no longer show the newest season of the Bachelorette. This comes after TMZ posted a video yesterday of Taylor Frankie Paul seemingly attacking her partner Dakota Mortensen in 2023 throwing multiple chairs at him with one of them hitting their daughter. A spokesperson with Disney entertainment television says they've made the decision to not move forward with the new season of the Bachelorette at this time and their focus is on supporting the family. I'm Chris Karazio. Denmark was reportedly preparing to destroy key infrastructure in Greenland if the U.S. invaded the semi-autonomous Danish territory. According to Danish media reports soldiers flown over to Greenland back in January were preparing to destroy airport runways should the U.S. have invaded. Talk to reported that Danish forces brought supplies of blood to treat wounded soldiers in the event of any fighting.

President Trump had previously said that the U.S. needs to gain control of Greenland. He later announced that he had reached a framework agreement on Greenland with the NATO Secretary General. The Fed may not have reduced interest rates this week but paying down credit cards is always a good idea and tomorrow happens to be national credit card reduction day. The day is set aside to encourage those with outstanding credit card debt to start making an effort to pay it down. 4:10The CEO of Costco is reassuring members that the store's famous buck 50 hot dog soda combo is safe for now. Members of the warehouse club have been worried that the beloved deal of getting an all beef hot dog and a 20 ounce soda for $1.50 would fall victim to the recent trend of rising food prices. CEO Ron Vakress released a video this week that showed him eating a hot dog at a Costco food court and saying the hot dog price will not change as long as I'm around.
