Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard says the U.S. and Israel have different objectives in the Iran War. Gabbard telling a House Intelligence Committee today the Israeli government has been focused on disabling the Iranian leadership and taking out several members. She said President Trump's objectives are to destroy Iran's ballistic missiles, their navy, and mine-length capability. Democrats of the House say Attorney General Pam Bondy is trying to avoid going on the record about the Jeffrey Epstein files. Walking out of a close door briefing with Bondy Wednesday, saying she refused to commit to comply with a subpoena for her sworn testimony. It is outrageous, it's infuriating, and it's continuous. This White House cover-up of the Epstein files. That's California Congressman Robert Garcia, who claims the White House continues to cover-up what's in the files. It has been quite frankly a complete disrespect of the process. Head of the House Oversight Committee, Republican Congressman James Comer of Kentucky would not say if the committee would hold Bondy and contempt. The body of a missing University of Alabama students been found in Spain.

Police say a body found in the Somarostro area about Barcelona has been identified as James Paul Gracie, the 20-year-old student who went missing Tuesday after a night out at a Barcelona Beachfront club. The hottest winter day in U.S. history has been recorded in California, a weather station in the Coachella Valley Wednesday recorded a temperature of 108 degrees. Tying a record set in Texas in 1902 for the hottest winter day ever. The National Weather Service says the measurements still preliminary. In Florida, the Trump administration is asking officials there to step up the efforts to stamp out Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Governor Ron DeSantis says he welcomes the federal government investigating Medicaid fraud in South Florida. Dr. Mehmet Oz, who heads Medicare and Medicaid Services, sent a letter to DeSantis stating that fraud won't be accepted regardless of political leadership. We're glad to partner. I mean, as you know, Medicaid is federal dollars and state administrators through different things. So there's different jurisdictions that can be implicated if somebody is committing fraud. Florida Attorney General James Oathmeyer says Florida's Medicaid system is overwhelmed with fraud and abuse, and he looks forward to working with Dr. Oz on these issues. The parents of a 16 year old girl in San Diego, California have been arrested after a party drew several hundred people in Rancho Santa Fe, and it got out of control as we hear from Jack Cronin. The party happened Saturday night with miners consuming alcohol on site. The president called the sheriff's office and the party had gotten out of control and people were refusing to leave.

The party was so large that sheriff's deputies had to call in highway patrol in San Diego police. The DA's office is reviewing possible charges of the parents that could carry up to six months in jail if convicted and that could be held responsible for the cost of a law enforcement response. NASCAR's CUP series rolls into a classic track this Sunday. On Sunday, the field will square off in the good year 400 from the Darlington race wing in South Carolina.
