President Trump says we don't need any help protecting the Strait of Hormuz in a meeting with Ireland's Prime Minister at the White House. Trump made the comment to reporters when asked about getting more NATO allies to help secure the Strait as the war in Iran continues. Despite the fact that we help them so much, we have thousands of soldiers in different countries all over the world.

And they don't want to help us, which is amazing. Trump said this was a great test for NATO and quote they didn't want to help us. He called it shocking, adding he won't forget. France, Germany and Spain have rejected involvement in helping secure the strategic waterway where one fifth of the world's oil passes through. The UK remains undecided on the issue. Iran's targeting of vessels going through the Strait has led to spiking gas prices here in the U.S. U.S. flyers are getting hit with a one-two-punch of bad weather and long lines. On the weather front delays and cancellations are starting to pile up as a line of thunderstorms hit the East Coast as far south as Florida. Flight-aware reports over a thousand flights have been canceled at last check with over 4,000 delays. Meanwhile, major airports are reporting long security lines due to the partial shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security as TSA agents work without pay. The Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting began today, more from Tammy Trujillo. The Central Bank is widely expected to hold its benchmark interest rate unchanged when it wraps up a two-day meeting on Wednesday.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell will hold a press conference following the announcement. His remarks will be coming just days after a federal judge blocked Sabina served against him by the Justice Department related to a renovation management probe. This all comes as President Trump has continued to pressure Powell to more aggressively lower interest rates. Amazon is now offering delivery as fast as one hour for certain items. The online retail giant rolled out one hour and three hour delivery options today. More than 90,000 items are eligible to be quickly shipped. I'm Lisa Carton. New York City Mayor Zoraan Mamdani is celebrating St. Patrick's Day. But he has now decided to march in the iconic parade along Manhattan's Fifth Avenue, New Yorkers reacting to his change of heart. The increasingly common marijuana related disorder causes severe stomach pain, nausea and vomiting in some long time chronic cannabis users. The cannabis study surveyed more than 1,000 participants suspected of having or diagnosed with CHS. The World Baseball Classic Final is set for tonight in Miami. Team USA will battle Venezuela in the championship game. America is seeking its second ever title after winning the tournament in 2017. The lineup for this year's La La Paloza is out now. The 4-day festival will be headlined by Charlie XCX, Tate McRae, Lorde and Olivia Dean. Other big names set to hit Chicago's Grant Park include the smashing pumpkins, Blackpink's Jenny, Lily Uzivert and Turnstile.

La La Paloza will take place July 30th through August 2nd under the iconic Chicago Skyline. Fans can now sign up for the 4-day ticket pre-sale and that's taking place at 10am on Thursday.
