President Trump is out with a fresh warning for Iran one week after the start of Operation Epic Fury. In a post on Truth Social this morning, the president said today Iran will be hit very hard. He said certain areas and groups of people not previously considered for targeting were now likely to be struck because of, as he put it, Iran's bad behavior.

1:02His comments came after Iran's president delivered a televised message saying his country would never surrender. At the same time, however, he did offer an apology to neighboring countries in the region that have come under fire for retaliatory Iranian attacks. There's a bit of good news today for Americans looking to leave the Middle East. Dubai International Airport is resuming some flights today. Flights into and out of the major travel hub had been suspended temporarily after a suspected Iranian drone strike. A fire was reported at a main terminal. Passengers were ordered off planes they'd already boarded, and the airport had to be evacuated for a time. No major injuries were reported. A tornado outbreak turned deadly in two states Friday. At least four people were killed in Michigan as powerful twisters tore through the southwestern part of the state. In Oklahoma, a mother and teenage daughter lost their lives in the wild weather. Texas Republican Congressman Tony Gonzalez is no longer running for re-election, following calls to resign over an affair with a former staffer who later died by suicide. Tom Yamas has more.

2:02Gonzalez made the announcement after he faced growing pressure from his colleagues, including top Republicans in the house this week. He says he plans to finish out the rest of his term. In a statement on X, Gonzalez said that after deep reflection and with support of his family, he will not seek re-election during an interview with conservative talk show host Joe Pags. Gonzalez said he made a mistake and had a lapse in judgment. The congressman said he has since reconciled with his wife and asked God to forgive him, which he said he has. Multiple outlets released text messages that Gonzalez sent to Regina Santos-Ovelas, who died in September of last year after she set herself on fire. I'm Lisa Taylor. Gas prices are climbing as we start the weekend. AAA reports the national average is now $3.41 a gallon. That's up from yesterday's $3.32. The jump comes amid ongoing US military operations in Iran. That's been wreaking havoc in oil markets and causing pain at the pump for drivers across the country. The highest prices today are in California, where the going rate is about 507 a gallon.

3:05It's 2.90 in Kansas, and that's the cheapest in the nation. The Phoenix Sun say they're aware of an incident involving star forward Dylan Brooks. He was arrested early Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence. To be honest with you, it smells like it's dispensary in your car. So when was the last time you smoked marijuana? So no marijuana? Do you have marijuana in the car? Is that why it smells that way? All right. Brooks was booked into jail in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale. He was released a short time later. Folks in British Columbia will move their clocks ahead an hour this Sunday, and then never again, more from Tammy Trujillo. The Canadian province is permanently adopting daylight saving time. Officials say change in the clocks every year creates problems. Everything from lost sleep to an increased number of car accidents. The new time zone will be called Pacific Time. I'm Tammy Trujillo. 4:08Pixar's hoppers made $3.2 million from Thursday previews. Meanwhile, Maggie Gyllenhaal's The Bride reeled in 1 million. When all is said and done, hoppers is projected to make between 35 and 40 million in its first weekend. Meanwhile, the reimagining at the bride of Frankenstein, starring Jesse Buckley, who's nominated for a best actress Oscar this year for her role in Hamnet, is looking for a haul between $10 million and $15 million.
