President Trump says that members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard who lay down their arms will be granted full immunity. The entire military command is gone as well, and many of them want to surrender into saving their lives. They want immunity. They're calling by the thousands. Trump said in a video address on Truth Social today that those who do not will face certain death, adding that it won't be pretty. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the Iranian people directly in a video message as well. He described the situation as a historic opportunity

1:02for change, but also warned that in the coming days, Israel will strike thousands of targets associated with what he called a terrorist regime. The FBI's joint terrorism task force is now involved in the investigation of a deadly mass shooting in Austin, Texas that left three people including the gun and dead, and at least 14 others wounded. It happened about two overnight in Austin's busy downtown entertainment district. Images from the scene show the suspect wearing camouflage pants and a black hoodie with the words property of Allah. There are reports that a Quran was found in his vehicle and some indication there was an Iranian flag on his undershirt. The killer was originally from Senegal, though his immigration status is still under investigation. Oil futures are up while stock futures are drastically down following the attacks on Iran. US crude oil is up around 12% at the opening of the futures trading this evening, while bent crude oil, the international benchmark, is also up around the same amount. Stock futures on the other hand took a tumble. The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures are all down around 1%.

2:07Live nation is set to go to trial against the US government Monday in New York City. The Department of Justice says the world's largest ticket provider has driven up prices for concerts, sports, and theater. At issue is ticket masters 2010 merger with Live Nation, the largest owner of arenas, and the biggest concert promoter on the planet. I'm Rob Barter. Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has appointed two new members to the CDC advisory committee on immunization practices. US health officials announced the appointments on Friday. The two new members are Dr. Sean Downing, who specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics and Dr. Angelina Ferella, a pediatrician and owner of a family wellness center in Texas. Secretary Kennedy said both physicians have decades of real world experience with a frontline perspective that is essential in making recommendations grounded in science and worthy of public trust. Warner Brothers' discovery has agreed to be acquired by Paramount Skydance for $110 billion. The deal would make it one of Hollywood's biggest mergers.

3:08The boards of both companies have approved the deal with a shareholder vote expected this spring. It still needs Justice Department and EU approval and Paramount Skydance has built in a $7 billion fee. If regulators block it, Netflix dropped out of the bidding after Paramount Skydance raised its offer, clearing the way for the takeover. Sinners was the big winner at this year's NAACP Image Awards. The annual awards honoring black excellence in film, TV and other media were passed out Saturday night and Ryan Kugler's Vampire movie, one 13 awards, including for Best Picture and for Actors Michael B. Jordan and Del Roy Lindo. Other big winners include Cinti of Arrivo, who won Best Actress for Wicked for Good and Abid Elementary for Outstanding Comedy Series. Pokemon has announced new games in celebration
