Do you live to work, or work to live? Are you changing the world, or fine with incremental change?

HOW DOES YOUR VIEW OF LABOR CHANGE OVER THE COURSE OF YOUR CAREER?

• In tech, there is never an end of work. Either at the day level, or at the volume level. 
• For a majority introverted industry, we seem to be OK working from home, but we also desire to do things in person (just not driving to the office)
• It’s OK to have a broken relationship with labor after the pandemic. It’s been three years. Nothing is the same. Lots of habits developed. Lots of things broke. 
• Remember that you don’t always have the same relationship with labor throughout your career, and neither do your co-workers. It’s good to figure out where they are. 
• Breaks are good. Uninterrupted breaks are very important.
