There's a man who's seen it all, a true hero, who stands in tall, with a badge and a panty takes a stage on board, the freedom saves. From the green berets he served his land, a detective, a with a steady hand. And intelligence analyst he knows the score John Moore, he's seen it all before.

Wake up with a liberty man, a copy cup in hand with his charm and his wit, he's got it all. John Moore, the voice that I'll never fall. Wake up with a liberty man, a copy cup in hand with his charm and his wit, he's got it all. John Moore, the voice that I'll never fall.

Alright, we're back with John. And Jerry Moore here on Friday the 4th day of September. The purpose of dying is to argue this frequently, but it is so important. Work on your physical fitness. You're aerobic fitness, you're anaerobic fitness, as well as your flexibility. Be sure you check with your healthcare professional before you do something that can hurt you. We're patient on a green room, my friend Leon Green is a former officer in the United States Navy. One of the most advanced purpose, maybe the most advanced purpose I've ever known, quite frankly. I've known a lot. When it comes to animal husbandry, caring for chickens, gardening, raising of fruits and vegetables, and related topics, he'd be the man. And good morning Leon. Good morning John. Well, I'm looking at the forecast for the next 10 days, the coolest day of the next 10 days is 89 degrees Monday, the seventh.

Every other day of the next 10 days, it's 90 or above. No rain. Yes, sir, I know we haven't had in my area, those are actually haven't had rain in like 10 to 15 days. So it is impacting, I have to water the fruit trees individually because of how far they are away from the irrigation. So yes, it definitely makes an impact. And this is when we were talking about it three weeks ago about the importance of having water that is off-grid, that is independent of your well system. So even if these brownouts and blackouts affect you and your well or if you're in the city, you can still drink, you can still water your garden. You can still water the fruit animals without having the need to go in there and buy the water. And so it waters very heavy. So if you have to schlep this around, you may need a tractor or four by four and it does get very cumbersome and time consuming.

So yes, it's crucial to actually store the water off-grid now while it's so easily available and cheap. Absolutely. Well, this is the time to do it and store-happ water is an essential part of living anywhere quite frankly. It went out of the city. I used to work at a water to make sure that my wife and I had what we needed for minimal hygiene as well as cooking and drinking. It's good to store at a minimum one gallon per per day and that's very minimalism as well. Well, that's what FEMA Red Cross says at the minimum. But if the average household with five people I believe uses like between 500 and 1,000 gallons a day. So we're talking about taking showers, brushing the teeth and just letting it all flow and taking the long showers or taking the bath. I know everybody's thinking convenience, convenience, convenience, and that's great. But when you don't have electricity and you don't have water, those convenience should go down the drain.

So by being in Navy guy and because of that, you always heard about the five-minute Navy shower. And so, yeah, we had a distillery or distillation plant on board our ship and you couldn't afford to pour the water down a drain. I have an old gunny and he's the highest rank of the Marine and enlisted in. He talks about showering in cups and helmets and Vietnam and other guys talk about bathing in the numerous other military heating in the bucket. Even Steve talked about it yesterday, the man you know. And he talked about, he was out of water for three days and they forgot to hook him up in the city. And he just walked over and said, can I jump in your pool? And he didn't have backup and he said, yeah, I do see the importance. It just blows me away how many people they just take this even though he's lived in jungle and is lived in Iraq dealing with water shortages and not taking showers for days.

You know, people just take, it's easy to become complacent when everything's at your fingertips. And the lights come on and the water turns on. Well, I learned during the Tadah fence that I could take a bath out of a helmet and and feel feel quite refreshed that I was able to do that. And we routinely as Americans, we routinely take for granted that hot and cold water is just a turn of a tap away. Now, most of the world there's 8 billion people on the planet. At least half those people will never, ever live in a home with hot and cold running water. Will they, sir? Absolutely. And you know, even the Americans, you know, the poverty line that we have said, you know, they were more affluent than the vast majority of the kings in the past. We're talking about food selection. Yeah. And so, you know, you know, the complacency is just through the roof because you know, you just take it for granted.

And I understand that. But when you, like even my mother with the snowmageddon of Texas three or four years ago, you know, got her attention. So she said, yes, I'm going to buy the eco-fraud. So she got that and then she called me, you know, I told you about it two weeks ago, a week ago, and said, I want to get the EMP shield for the house. And so she's less, less concerned about a solar action, but with all the craziness you hear from Washington, talking about the, you know, new potential. And you hear about him saying, let's erase a civilization. Well, you can do it with many with typical initials. So it has to be a major event for that. Well, when you hear things, venture. Don't forget to remind your mother that there's no square foot on this planet, say from lightning. And what she has done with the EMP is, she's actually home from lightning with a back to the 25,000 hour insurance policy. It's pretty serious. Oh, yeah, absolutely. And I did tell her that that night. And I think I even said it last week. Yes, it is important to have it because. And I have it in every one of my vehicles, including motorcycle and people like what's the big deal?

So walking definitely gets old. And, you know, I may, I'm going to be getting some, some tax, some horse tax. So I have the ability. If I need to use horses or don't use to get around, I have it. But if I have nothing, then I get to use my feet. And I do have an electric bike. And I have solar and extra batteries and things of that nature. But if you, in biking is the most efficient way humans can travel with the least amount of energy. With that, I'm talking about my, you know, the Tesla I've driven at, you know, 2.3 seconds to 60 miles an hour. We're talking like man made action is the cheapest way is bike. And so yeah, I have like both a regular bike mountain bike and a. And he bike allows me to carry can carry up to 450 pounds total. So I got that one specific key and it has to battery so I can go 150 miles on one charge. So it is very, it is very effective to have bikes. But I'm saying even as the Amish have horses, you know, around here we see them all the time and we see the droppings on the on the road.

I just realized by having to having it as much easier to have it now than try to scramble for it when everything is dark and you actually have to actually have to make or just sit on a bear back and I've written bear back but as much easier for a saddle. Well, the horses the Amish own and razors are really fine fine horses aren't they sir? Absolutely. Boucheron and massive horses and I go out to and see friends and they have these beautiful horses out in the pasture and I look at them like wow because I've written red or size horses and having live in Iceland, you know, I've written why I've been around their midget horses which are unique in the entire world. And once they are sold out of the country that can never come back their attitude is we can't paint the pool. So you know they have the only horse in the world that has a fifth gear all the rest of them have four gears and this one has a throat that has an odd ball when that allows them to either even more efficient.

They're not the fastest in the world but they don't anyone in the world that has it naturally so yeah it is good to have multiple options and that's why you know we can talk about this sir. Right back ups on the back ups on the back ups correct? Correct absolutely. Well you've got you brought some chickens with you to the meat I mean not chickens but chicken eggs to the meat at last night. I've never seen chicken eggs as large as the two you brought to tell us about them. Yes those are from the they're called the black jersey giant the largest domesticated bird here in America and the one I saw. I wanted to amish saw mills that I used to buy from before they moved to Wisconsin where he was massive and I was like when I get those and he says so he sold me one and he was as tall as most turkeys not the massive turkeys but just to regular size turkeys and definitely larger than the wild turkeys and so I was impressed and I like I like him he was dothel and he wasn't aggressive.

He was aggressive and either the other hands or the other and I found a place here near eminence and some of us will have and I called her and she said yeah so they were $5 each and so I picked up 25 of them and you know they have they produced those massive eggs and they're also dual purpose and so what I do like about them is that they are they are not aggressive like some of the long horns of leg horns. And they are pretty smart and they're very very situation where I have some that you could think up behind them and grab them in the back and say wow you no wonder why I lose some birds coming some some of my birds or my girls to either hawks or aerial predators or coyotes. So when you were talking about home setting I was going to describe how the next step of my face is I'm going to get a electrified fence I have many much of it already but I want to get one that I can rotate around and it'll allow my puppies to be able to be out protected chickens and let my chickens the ones I don't want to fly over they can actually have a 10,000 volts of protection around them.

I'm from any coyotes because I think in the last year since February from all the hatchings and all the ones that I've either bought eggs or I had to myself like I probably lost maybe 20 of because of predation. And I have seen oddball that have species on the path and my dogs have smelled them and they stopped and I'm like okay so I know they're around and the multiple dogs are helpful the livestock guarding dogs but since they're not patrolling 24 seven you know I don't have that constant protection and so the birds don't try out you know they don't they don't stay out 24 seven you know but the dogs will do and these these have actually grown up some of the birds. They were two months old they've grown up with the chickens I put them right next to the coop so they got to keep used to them whereas the older ones I had they were six months old and they only seen cattle so they made a mistake and decided to eat it with a bunch of my birds and it's like okay I'm not going to shoot you but you're not going to have free rain or the property anymore that's for sure.

What's a breed of dog against Leon? Yeah they're Anatolian shepherds were the first ones and then now I got friends we had Anatolian shepherds and great Pyrenees and both of them are very much free I'll say they're independent thinkers so not like a malinois in the fact that they're not like a missile with teeth they are very you know you try to train them they're like yeah I'm going to do what I want and sometimes you have to persuade them that they are very good for protecting the chickens. Well the great Pyrenees is a large dog isn't it? Yes sir. How big do they get? Oh it's something you can get 125 hundred and 15 pounds. Whoa that's a good one. Most of them are into 120 yeah yeah so you know I also think about with the food demands when it comes to you know a good down scenario or another COVID lockdown and you can eat it. You have to either be feeding any eggs that don't make it or I will have to get really creative.

A great example is yesterday. I have a butcher where I bought a half a cow from my friends who raised their own cows and you know many times I ask them hey do you have any ribs? Right and so when they he says yeah we got a bunch of bones and so I will go by that pick them up in the you know the containers and bring it back and I give them to my dogs and also get into the chickens and the chickens are like little teradak those ribs will be picked clean in a matter of three to four hours. They will be oh yes and so and in a specific yes and I'm going to actually make some I'm a render some beef calo next the next cow I get in March but yeah I want to be able to make my own because you know it doesn't have the you know extra virgin olive oil organic that's not. I'm a very good for you. Avocado but most people consume tons of sunflower, safflower, corn oil, canola and soybean oil and those things are terrible for the heart.

So what's good about the beef calo is when after you render it you know that lasts for a very long time and I have ghee which is butter clarified butter and it's great for cooking but you only have you know and if I can use the. The effect came off of the cow that I already paid for and I know it's organic then I can make my own and people like why can you buy it in the store and I did buy some for ten dollars for little paint I'm like you know. And the more I read about it the more I'm like I'm going to start making more of these things myself but I only have so much time in the day so some things I just even pay for why I have to be creative. We need to set priorities and working on the highest priorities first don't you sir. Absolutely and yes everything is matter of criteria of prioritizing your expectations so right now the solar as far as finishing off the solar I've been working on this for over a year because you know I did the welding you know I was telling you about the welding I was doing two years ago before I went on sabbatical because you know I was doing all this work that allows them to rotate in the sun.

Without using a man without using a tracker and so I have those and people like why do you need a tracker because if I'm living here and I'm on property for the vast majority of time I can actually increase my solar absorption drastically by just tracking the sun and it rotates and it's up at 38 degrees but I can also track it in the morning so it wakes up in the clock in the morning on the clock the sun hits its order. I'm dumping all this juice you know the solar is a thousand watts per meter squared and that's the average irradiance of the sun on the ground in the world assuming that there are no clouds or any haze or smoke from the fires from Canada and things on nature so you can get that free power and it's completely independent of you know greedy corporations and the corporate. So if you have an off-grid solar system you can actually have your own power to either sell back to the great editor is really just kind of great but in my case it's completely for off-grid so I don't have to worry about taking it you know taking you know there are price increases that have been going through the roof in the last three years from the AI and data centers and everything else and so you see all the cyber tax both on the water and the electric.

And the sewer and they they've been increasing just in the last two months so if people just look at that up they see the huge impact that you know our exposure is to foreign agents who dislike what we're doing in the Middle East and in Ukraine so why you put yourself at risk and so that's what I'm focusing on is solar priority. All right well there's no end to the work is a sir. No sir but I'm it works nice is your your always learning and like I picked up six keys and so it's fun to see how they respond and now they're starting to fly so I run ahead of them and you can see them trying to flap and they make fly. Just keep eating it's funny that it must be fun here's our nice our first break for work. We Devinate 2

at 314-965-3007. This hour is sponsored by Dotaire essential oils. I'm proud to say I do represent Dotaire essential oils. We got Leon Greenwood, who I consider a true expert when it comes to essential oil, Dotaire essential oils. Today we're going to talk about Ongard, which is the modern version of the thieves oils used by the grave robbers during the Black Plagonyer. Correct, Leon? Yes, sir. Ongard is actually, they chose these specific oils because they realized how effective they were for bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. Ongard is a blend of five essential oils and they are a moment rosemary and orange instead of orange,

clove bud, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus and rosemary. They specifically chose orange over lemon, which was the original piece because I found out that orange has a higher and more effective anti-viral ability than lemon death. That's the reason why it's different. So there's five oils. Those five oils are very effective, matter of fact, clove and cinnamon have the two highest oraxe, that's the oxidative reduction and it reduces and eliminates free radicals. So cinnamon and clove oil are the two highest in the entire world. We're talking, you know, many people say, what, blueberries? Yeah, they need be 40,000 oraxe, where as clove and cinnamon are in the function of 400,000 and the other one is 2 million oraxe, for the same dosage. So there's not even anything that people will know what we close to those two of us. And so those are in

the backyard. And when you think about the issue of, you know, the recent spats and it's like, once a quarter you'll hear, there's another recall. So we're dealing with hysteria, or E. coli, or salmonella. And now the new bugger this month is called cyclospor. And that is a pico-based bacteria and it's not a deletus. And so they use it, especially down south in Mexico, another developing countries. Instead of walking back and having a outhouse, they just do it right in the field and just keep on working. And so, yeah, there's been a couple of people who died, most just had sickness and diarrhea. But what I do and have done for years is I put in a glass bottle, not a plastic bottle, because living in all the citrus oils will extract the toxins in plastic out of the oil. I'm the out of the bottle and into the liquid. So you'll see all the

all the bottles are made of glass, across the board. Even the cheap 10 dollar, the cheap ones are, you know, dollar ones that you see at Wally World, those are still in glass because they realize how important they just have glass. So you put these oils into a glass, square bottle. And if you use Epsom salt, it'll keep it suspended indefinitely. So you put a couple granules or plakes of it into the purified water and I use a burky, a British burky purifier that eliminates 99.99999969 of bacteria. And depending on which one you get, it's actually start taking not cadmium, lead, mercury, and all the other nasty. So you put it in a container and then I just, when I take out my lettuce or take even out of my own garden, I spray them and I just leave it in and leave it in a colander or so. And you let it sit. I give you the entire amount.

I mean, it's my spray off, oh nice of these, the whole backs of basil and lettuce, the DQ and all those I spray it and then I just let it sit. And then I continue cooking. Then when I finish, maybe five to ten minutes later, I will rinse that off with burky water and it kills the same bugs we talked about earlier. And in fact, if you go to PubMed, I send it to you via email this morning, there was a video, uh, on PubMed, it was a company other than their chair and it talks, and it says, and it's going to be back to the world. Hold on, Leon. Hold on. We are an expert. We're right back.

Republic Broadcasting Network, because you can handle the truth. My name is John, I'm the founder of Blackout Coffee, and I started Blackout because I really love coffee. I've always loved coffee, and after traveling so much to Europe, South America, in trying so many different coffees that were so good, and every time I came back to the US, I was so disappointed with the coffee, so I figured that I had to do something about it. The biggest difference is, really, is on the beans and the roasted process, how we roast it, and how fresh it is. The fresh of the roast, the better the quality. You have like all of the coffee, it's roasted within one to two days prior to being shipped, so it literally gets to consumers' halls within three to five days after being roasted. If you like coffee, you have to try ours. It's fresh roasted, it's one of the best beans that we can get, and you will definitely see the difference. This is BlackoutCoffee.com to use the coupon code REPUB10, that's REPUB10.

Don't be a victim. So let's fix bayonets. We'll have the vanager moving down the hill. They got to be tired of the revs. They got to be close to the end if we are. So fix bayonets. Alice, wait, Alice, you take the left wing. I'll take the right. I want a right wheel forward of the old regiment.

Do you mean charge? Yes, but here's what we do. We're going to charge swinging down the hill. Just like we pulled back to the left side of the regiment. Now we're going to swing it down. We swing like a door. We're going to sweep them down the hill just as they come up. Understand? Everybody understand? Yes sir! All right, we're back, ladies and gentlemen, visiting with Celianne Green. You were given some updates on Ongard. Leonne, I used Ongard 24 hours a day in my home. My guest house is especially had issues with mold. The Ongard has taken care of the mold issues. It doesn't take much with the diffuser. Now let's continue. Go ahead. Yes sir. So on PubMed.gov, it has protective essential oil attenuates influenza virus infection and in vitro study of MDCK cells. So you can read this study that's available for free, the entire study. It was performed by a bunch of scientists and doctors, separate from Doteric. They wanted to find out

how effective it was and it reduced it between 60 and 90 percent immediately. And it was all based on dosage. So we're talking, you know, how small a month drops. We're able to attenuate completely, eliminate the viral reinfection. So that is available and it wasn't sponsored by Doteric. It had Doteric. Nothing to do with it until we saw it on PubMed.gov. And the doctors that were involved, you could go down there, I can't even pronounce it. And Xuhah, who grouped up Patel, Neelin, Ruth, Jordan, Metcalf and others. So you can go look at PubMed.gov. And there's over 40,000 studies on essential oils worldwide by numerous researchers finding how effective it is for inflammation for being anti-cancel. This in fact is over 200 studies on frankincense oil being anti-toural and anti-canceral. So there's a lot of information.

And this is all available to doctors, right? When I talk to doctors, working with the ENTs, you know, I tell them, PubMed and I can't be go to the daily. And that's how influential it is. And this is way before AI was taken over that industry. So doctors and nurses know about it. And they use it on a regular basis. So you can use it in the access of the free as well. It's called PubMed.gov. Outstanding. Well, your wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Otero oils and the essential oils are mentioned in the Bible more than 300 times, aren't they, sir? Absolutely. And you're right about that. Now, I like going back to the hangard. The primary uses are for things like this. And I just go to the common primary uses are like an abscess, oil, any bacterial, any fungal, any viral bladder infection, Candido, chronic fatigue, cleansing, like a succulent, the salad, greens,

cold sores, cold, cause, flu, influenza, which just talked about with the medical study, gum disease, halitosis, hypoglycemia, infection, lupus, mold. You talked about second to go, mononucleosis, MRSA. Let's listen, resistance, staphra-coccus, orus. The super bug that you typically get at hospitals, but now it used to be called HA MRSA. But now it's more prominent, it's called CA, community acquired. So it's got, it's left the hospital grounds and now it's worldwide. And these super bugs are because people take the drugs that are only meant to, they treat the symptoms and they don't get rid of the underlying cause. And they put a bandaid over. And so these super bugs, people, they'll take them till they feel better, and then they said, oh, just past these expensive pills in the, in the bathroom mirror in the storage cabinet,

I don't even use them. So the, now they allow those to propagate and they've been weakened by all the drugs in the, and these bugs only have them to do with one or two different attributes of these, for these drugs. So it's really for them to become super bugs by tweaking their mutations in bacteria to be mutated every, you know what, there's a time frame from bacteria to mutate, and for viruses. So what is phenomenal about, and natural about the essential oils is because there's a multiplicity of attributes for each oil that the bacteria cannot mutate, they die before they can mutate and get around this. So it doesn't matter if you deal with biofilm, which is what bacteria will do to protect itself from your own body cells trying to find these.

They're talking about the killer cells and the leukocytes and the other white blood cells. And so the pathogens cannot become super bugs in the presence of essential oils because they don't have the ability to mutate fast enough, they're killed readily. And so on guard is very, very effective for these issues and there's even one called on guard plus. And that's for people which I've visited in the hospital and they were hooked up to them IV and they were so bad and they may have had vancomythamine and other really harsh chemicals that are pumped intravenously and there's wreaks have it on the liver and sometimes the doctors say, you know, if this drug doesn't help you with your substance or your disease, yeah, you've been an expire and you know, we have over 30,000 people dying in hospitals in America each year already. So it's not like it's only for world

countries. It's rather prevalent while working with the hospital in the last two years. I saw many people had substance and I was like, wow. So people dismiss it thinking, yeah, we have the medical and we're the best trauma in the entire world. You can cut your arm off and they can reapply very quickly and they even talked about the bobbit issue last night at the meeting, how the joke about that. So yeah, we have the best trauma but we have no motivation for prevention because there's no money intervention. If you're well, they don't get any money. If you're dead, they get no money. What if you're sick? It's over $2,3 billion a year. So you can see even though they've sworn to do the hip-craticos and people brought it up during the COVID plan, then they're like, yeah, it doesn't apply anymore. Oh, by the way, wouldn't it change the definition of vaccine? So the hypocrisy out there is incredible. And so that's why that's why that's what's important is you have your own

health benefits at home, independent of the military medical industrial complex. Absolutely. You don't have to rely on it because when they say, hey, you have to take this, this new drug for MRNA for you, the measles, the chickenpox, the monkeypox, maraburg, Ebola, whatever, the new drug, the new bug of the quarter or the media, you can say no, I'm not going to. And so that's the advantage of having these benefits. We got a caller and hold here, Leon. We got Jay Pinchcargo who's wearing his X-39 patch. Good morning, Jay P. Yep, 30, I'm 49. And Leon, good to hear you back. I thought you got lost in the Ozark swamp somewhere. It's good to hear you for a little bit. Well, with COVID, man, we went through a lot over the last five, six years, and I just want to say a prayer for all the people that died, all my dad's musician friends.

The musician seemed to go quicker. I don't know why maybe they're more sensitive creatures, but Eric Clapton lost his ability to play the guitar, the best player in the world, Tina Turner, another one. Literally, all my dad's friends, I used to play with the Myrish Music on stage every year at Gailet Park. That stage is empty. Last time I went there, it was just me and a couple of guys that didn't take the shot that I warned. Those are the ones we're still alive. But I had Grock do a list, and it's really hard to get these lists because with AIDS, you got to realize AIDS is autoimmune disease, so you get all these other, you know, cancers and other things. So I had to do a wide search. But this is why I got Fat Man Scoop, died of 56 collapse on stage, he's a rapper. Steven Albany, died of a heart attack, May 2024 on stage, Joel Soner, I don't know if you know him, he's a concert musician, died of a heart attack at 2024, Volk Conak, 48 on stage, died of a heart attack in 2025. These are all on stage, by the way.

Youngbloods, Jesse Collins, heart attack, 2025, Kool-O, Kool-Ram, I remember Kool-O, he was a good rapper. Yes. He's dead at 59 heart attack. They say, oh, drug overdose, BS, I think it was a combination. And then turbo cancer, we got Dolly Parton in her husband. I think I was wrong about her husband. For some reason, I said he was younger, but I think he was up there, but he still died last year. She died. DeAngelo, pancreate cancer, 51 wing, Kramer, 75 pancreatic cancer, brick turner, blackberry smoke, 57, she died after two years of brain cancer. Cat Janice, 31, she died cancer, Bob Weir, Craful Dead, remember the Graful Dead, Turbo cancer, 2026, dead at 78, John Scull, and these guys have money. They could have paid for the best hospitals and doctors, and they still died. And the guy from White's, they can thin,

Lizzy, John's, Dykes, dead at 65, a cancer. And that's just what I could get from Grock, and we all know people close to that died in the turbo cancer. So God bless you for what you do with the oils enough. One thing I realized that works with, to get rid of that graphing is the zeolite. It's a chemical, it works wonders. It breaks down the nanobytes. It's the only thing I know that works for nanobytes. So anyway, sorry I'm taking up your time. Just want to say, yeah, you are awesome. By the way, I love everything you got to say. You're one of the best preppers next to John, and I'd love to meet you someday, sir. So thank you for your service, and thank you for your time. Thank you very much. Thank you for the call, Jeff. We appreciate it. It's always good to get some out of boys, isn't it, Leon? Yes, sir. And in fact, that's one of the first things I do when I play on Friday mornings is it. And I'd be a blessing to the whole world knowing that they can actually control and impact

their own future and their family and their children's and grandchildren's because of the fact that you know, if you have knowledge and you apply, it's truly wisdom. If you have knowledge and it's the space between your ears and you don't apply to the food and everything that you do in life, it's just like a YouTube video. You saw it, you didn't obtain it, but you didn't apply it. So it's not truly wisdom because it didn't do any good unless you use it. So it's just crazy how people can have the wisdom or have the knowledge, but then I'm glad I mean, it's like you were talking about, you know, you had dealt with the water. Unless you turn off your electricity for a weekend and find out, wow, I've got to have this in backups. You know, and just do it, you know, if you do that once a quarter, you'll be surprised how much you learn about how much power you need and how much you take for granted. So yeah, it's like what you said about Cardio's Asteroid and Exercise. I mean, you hear the joke on the movie with the zombie land.

Cardio is important. Yeah, it is crucial and you may be a great shot, but you may also have to run just to get away from the bad people. Or in this case, away from fires, if you have to put out a fire in your house, you don't have the energy to do it. And especially out in the sticks, you know, the volunteer fire departments, it may take a half an hour or more to get your house. So you are at a fire department until they show up. If they show up, especially when you get down to the area, that won't happen. So, you know, the next thing I asked my soldiers, I'm going to get a massive water pump. They used one from the fire department to get all the seals changed. And I have a flatbed trailer that I can put it on. And I can scoop right out of a pond or river. And some of these screens put out between 300 and 750 gallons per minute. So yeah, you can use that in having taken the damaged control classes in the Navy. I have no desire to become a fireman, but having the skills in the wilderness, firefighting skills would be crucial to be able to protect

the property and also assist other people in the community to that of dealing with it. So, yeah, there's so many things that you can learn about. And it's important. I believe it's important that you learn as much as you can as fast as you can because AI is great. But if the return off the lights and you don't have access to that now, whatever books you have, or whatever you've learned along the way is all you ask. That's right. Lynn, we got another call over at Chris and third water floor to come on Chris. There we are. Good morning gentlemen. Yeah, I just heard Rick spying to the call about seal light breaking down graphene oxide. I don't, first of all, of course, I don't have a lab or a microscope, as I often say. So I can't verify this. But I want to repeat what I'm hearing from credible sources like Dr. Anna Milach, the house here. And quite a few others. I have made actually made a list of on

Facebook who are frequently posting like their microscopy images. They're asserting that seal light causes the nanotech to build itself. And I do, I've always liked seal light. I just want to let folks know that. But I want to caution folks to investigate further. I like the fact that the other things have the electrostatic charge that draws contaminants that are free radical inducing or positively charged which are harmful. And it's like clay or freshly ionized alcohol in water or activated charcoal in that property. So I know about that, but I've also heard many years better. I read many years back reading the health ranger Mike Adams information on seal light. The pulverized does the light being the

micronized that market it is warning against because apparently from his lab experiments that shows that it's releasing the harmful metals and things that it's bound with when it's micronized. But in any case, I'll have to compile a list here. I just wanted a resource for that and send it to you, John. And you can go over it. It's really so vital. I just thought I should call. All right. Take care. I appreciate it. I do want to bring that with JP and Mike Adams. He's talked about it immensely saying it has great potential. It's crucial where you get the source from to ensure that in the as the funny name, final pile light or sometimes that's the way to describe it as being the most effective in negating toxins. But like you said, that Christians say, if you don't get the really good stuff, then what happens is you can also be inducing some problems. So I agree with him 100%

and JP and that we got just make sure you get the best that's available. Mike Adams talks about which ones he recommends. And because he has a $2 million atomic lab that can go down the parts with trillium, it's very important. Oh, and we're less grateful right there. Good day, Arby and supporters. No time there are not to go. Time to go away. Look away. Look away. Exit land. In the fixes lack where I was born in early on on the frosty morning. Look away. Look away. Look away. Exit land. And I wish I was in Dixie who ran. Who ran. In Dixies land I'll take my stand and never die. Exit land. Exit land. Oh, wait.

Oh, wait. Exit land. Exit land. Oh, wait. Oh, wait. Exit land. Oh, wait. Oh, we're back. Well, Lena, it's good to know you've been missing in the service. Yes, you know, and I do miss the people calling in. In describing how they benefited. So yes, the cost of the building is, it's rigoury. Well, Lena, you got about two and a half free months here. We're out of the way for the day and for the week, sir. Yes, sir. And one thing I was going to say is, I didn't get a chance to go much in the chickens today as I wanted to. But if you get the book called The Stories Guide to raising chickens, I learned about it at bomb guards seven years ago. And I've used it. It's an outstanding book. You can learn a lot of things from YouTube videos. But what's nice about having a book is it helps you in. You're not looking at a computer and you're out in the in the coop. And she talks about everything from chicken tractors across the board. And she has a supplement, an ad on book that goes with chicken health.

So he goes and gets about those issues. So I would definitely say, entertain the idea if you're going to do, if you're going to have a home sit, you know, get four or five chickens and get one rooster. And if you can't have a rooster because the noise factor are in stanna, the roosters are helpful in both fertilizing the eggs. You'll still produce eggs without the rooster, but you won't have fertilized eggs. They are great for protection. And I've seen them, Maxi, they'll find the food. And then they call the girls over and it's funny to watch how much, that is like a gentleman. You know, he's opening the door and he's treating him with respect. And I see the ones that are really good. And so that's one thing I noticed from the Black Jersey Giant. And the other thing I wanted to talk about is, you know, please reach out to me for everybody I haven't spoken or haven't talked in a long time. My email is doterrain-ozarks. At Gmail. And so you can send me your phone number and we can speak and catch up and answer any questions.

And I'd written a Survivor's Magazine article three or four times. And it's called Got Oils. Essential reasons for essential oils and every purpose for a state kit. And so it goes in depth about dealing with sleep, stress, infection, diarrhea, and respiratory issues and stress. And so, you know, I address all these issues in there. And so if you're going to get an access, they can reach out to me. And I'll send that to them and they can learn more. But yeah, there's so many benefits from essential oils I've been using for the last 17 years. And doterrain, they have any convention in Orlando coming up in maybe this month. And I haven't seen my friends and the principals in Finch COVID. So it definitely had an impact. And it's in a challenge to go when you have, you know, a bunch of chickens. But I've worked with friends that are going to be able to get care of them while I'm gone

and still be able to use the eggs and keep them protected. So there's so many benefits from having a home set. You can have, do you have anything? Leon, thank you. Ever great holiday weekend. We'll see you next Friday. We appreciate it. That's good. As for the day, as for the week, get your max applied. You're going to claim essential oils now while you can. Your farm ammunition.
