3:08Morning John I'm curious in your discussions with men and women at Liberty Archiv When the topic of AI comes up and a separate topic of AI data centers So what are you hearing when you have these conversations with folks at archaven? Well we know that the AI data centers are not just to promote AI The consequences of them are very dire You know they're putting most of these data centers in the middle of water aquifists which are depleting The water aquifists would call say regenerate the water So you can only regenerate three times before it evaporates And that's where you're seeing all the YouTube and the different videos on TikTok about people showing the filthy water that exist

4:08Not to mention the noise that they're causing if you live in a certain area of the data center There are animals that are having stillborn babies It's affecting everything that you can imagine But the main thing is the electricity There's one in Texas that is five square miles It literally uses more electricity than the full state of Texas Now that's one of who knows how many are in Texas Now is that already built or is it just in the process of construction? That one is in the process of being constructed There are also about to start one in the Everglades That will use as much electricity as three small countries So if you think about this They've set aside $22 trillion to make sure that all AI data centers are built in the next three years

5:08They're also talking about AI taxes and the increases on electricity that people are already feeling So if you think that you're going to have electric within three years after all these AI data centers are built You need to think twice and clean water They're not putting it on top of the aquifers for no reason But the main reason is this You know, if you've had the Plan Demet shot What Dr. Alia has investigated and tells me is the first shot had nanotechnologies that mapped out the brain over a five year period of time Any of the boosters had copper dot which allows you to send and receive messages The AI data centers in my opinion are part of the beast system They know what you think, they know what you do and to be able to control humans Right, you got the second part of my question without me asking you

6:10The question I have that there really is no answer for or apparently what could you do with the data centers that we can't do now already with the internet As far as I know individuals, companies and governments can do everything they want with the internet right now with the current can't they Absolutely so tell me what the real reason of for them is why is eminent domain going on Why are they doing them in a way that is so secretive There's just a lot of questions that just don't make sense And of course people are falling victim to the almighty daughter by selling their land for way more than their work toward these things than you put in But what they don't understand and it evaluates everything else around them Not to mention destroying farmland that we desperately need for food in our country

7:14Absolutely well I think we've covered that topic sufficiently Well the interest in our cabin has probably grown quite a bit with war, the chance of World War III becoming a lot more real than it already has The economy being up, being down and the stability of Arkansas is fantastic the economic stability, the stability of the state government The governor's office, the state legislature, House and Senate both the Americans all Supreme Court A red state that has pretty much no possibility of becoming blue for decades correct That's exactly right John and you know we're thankful of that you know the people in Arkansas are very conservative We like the old way of life especially in this part of Arkansas and the pushback is very strong

8:16And so we currently don't have any AI data centers in our water aquifer, we're praying that God will keep it that way And that this is a great place for people to live and be able to homestead with the freedoms that we're supposed to have in America Absolutely, absolutely well one of the things that gives us your give people confidence and put that gives them peace of mind is that this is a half century old real estate development Not something started in the last couple of years A half century track record of doing the right thing for the right reasons helping people to achieve their goals That gives people peace of mind doesn't it sir? It doesn't it should you know a light cannot to grow and held on to this vision of building a archaven for over 51 years There were some a couple of times that he tried in different places and for whatever reason it wasn't God's timing and also growing pains

9:20We actually started building archaven here in August of 2020 and it is thrown by leaps and bounds And so it's amazing of what you'll see and the amount of people that are here and just how much is progressing Well archaven has a finite number of acres available not infinite Five acres or more at the current time there's no limitation And we've got three full months October and November December and what's left to this month And your goal is to sell all the acreage by them this year isn't sir It is we hope that that happens and we're looking forward for that transpire So we just hope that people will come out and take a look for themselves see if this is something that they'd like to do and move forward

10:20Absolutely Well archaven just driving through the beautiful is 13 or 13 miles of roads About 15 miles of roads And driving through 15 miles of roads especially when it's summertime Most of the time you can't see evidence of human beings even being around in terms of buildings or power lines It looks not much different than 1836 when David Crockett walked through their road as far as on his way to the Alamo Or in the 1860s when the Civil War was being fought Despite being so what appears to be so remote you're only a what a half-hour drive from Harrison Arkansas which has all the amenities and normal person would have needed in terms of health care, shopping, employment, churches And if you're going to drive just another 10 or 15 minutes you're in a world class town of Branson, Missouri With world class destination restaurants world class entertainment

11:22High level shopping a person wants to do it. It's really the best of both worlds doesn't it sir? It is in my opinion you know that's the sweet spot about where we're located You know you can drive here and feel like you're in the middle of just absolutely nowhere It looks like a national park we try to keep everything very natural And very aesthetic to the way that it was created by God But you know this part of the Ozarks is known for that people love to come and camp and fish and hike and hunt And just enjoy God's nature and the beauty of the world that he created So we want to keep it that way but being you know 20 25 minutes from a major town is amazing That town is consistently growing anything you can imagine to do you can do it there in Harrison Arkansas And certainly in Branson, Missouri which is only 40 minutes away

12:26But there's also a lot of little small areas even before that that it's closer to getting gas You know dollar general grocery stores different things like that Absolutely Well another there's two other major concerns that people are thinking about relocating One would be getting contractors that do great work on time within budget And that problem has been solved hasn't it sir? It has we're consistently adding to that list too but we want to make sure that anyone that is buying or built to home Is doing good work number one. They're doing it on time in a budget but there's also a lot of different people that actually have moved here That are in those businesses too from electricians to plumbers to concrete people everything that you can imagine So once you buy your land we have everything else that we can show you to build your homestead as fast or as slow as you want to

13:33Everyone's kind of on their own timeline and they have their own yellow brick road of how they're transitioning And we try to come along side of that the best that we can in the most efficient way possible Absolutely Well a concern that comes up pretty easily pretty quick with the first hour that you're together with a prospective lot by Randy Can I get high speed internet? You can there's actually several different companies to choose from but our internet is lightning pass You also see UPS FedEx, Amazon careers, you name it here and so we've been blessed with all the amenities that you would expect in a small pound city But at the same time you still have the life that you wanted in a greater and lifestyle I'm curious, Amazon does drone deliveries, do they do that in your area yet?

14:33No, no, here they have a lot of problems with that but no drone deliveries, they sink your ears out All right, there's no Amazon careers in my neighborhood and they use mostly UPS but we get bought, we get bought, okay And the community here has how many full-time families live in there? Right now we have a little over 50 families that live here full-time, about a hundred land owners who saw and so that's consistently growing But yeah, you can't tell it as you said you know when you live on an empty to vast area There's just a lot of land in between and so it's really a beautiful place to live and in the fall It's a city to always who don't understand what an acre is My place is three acres walking around the perimeter of my property is more than half a mile

15:36And that's only three acres So five acres is no small thing as it's earned It is not recently last week walked eight point eight acres with a gentleman and his son that own and has owned for several years For getting ready to do his drive and some other work and I can tell you that was a long wall Oh yeah But it was beautiful, you know the woods were beautiful and the creeks and everything about the property So we're eight acres five acres, you know there's a book out there called a big little farm You can do a lot with that and we want to make sure that people have enough room that they have the privacy And the ability to homestead like they'd like Absolutely Yeah, of course you're a comment give us a call if I want to two four eight eight two five ten

16:37Well, once the once the lots of shoulders sold out There was a concept and a bullet and I hope that more acres could be acquired but at the moment it's only a concept that may or not become reality isn't it? I was curious about that now there's several places I've looked at Missouri that look pretty nice and John was mentioning his neighbors are selling their lot and I thought John would hate me as a neighbor because I'd come over every day and visit with him and hear stories but. Anyways also it's about time to start up the liberator rocket heater I'm hoping that cools off I know it's probably hot as heck down there been hitting the 90s here in central Illinois so I'm sure you guys are getting it to imagine oh yeah about two more weeks will be done yeah.

26:04I'll cool off about middle of September but anyway I didn't want to waste much time I wanted to find the geographical location and how to next door to well I might it's just one of those things where we wouldn't be able to build on it until I'm fully retired so no problem and that and I mean I. I am definitely looking because the taxes here and the regulations and the more than that my friend let me share something with you if you're even considering moving and the Lord's land and on your heart to move you need to study safe haven't because if you move from one hotspot to another in a down scenario you might as well stay where you are and just earlier and so if the Lord is telling you to move you need to stay. Yeah I can defend it where I live is close to now the cater Illinois and Bloomington Illinois there's a lot of gun violence and I I just don't want to be around that and that culture and we we like our big garden we like our eastern quiet some things of that nature and it's one of those things where I'm going to be a little bit more of those things where not just monetarily but and yeah God's telling me I want to go somewhere more peaceful with better scenery and I really don't want to be around the farmland all the rest of my life and I want somewhere with hills and streams and hiking and even though by the time I get retired I might not be able to do as much but the more I hear it I keep thinking that way and sometimes my instincts are right but I think it's what you said.

28:54I mean I just want something different the kids are growing up we're we're not in any fight or flight situation it's just down the road within five years I want to have a place where we feel secure and not overburdened by acts of regulations and criminals so I'll leave it at that. Randy, I think it'd be a fair statement to say that there's probably several hundred rods are listening to us right now all over the world thinking about doing the same thing as rods is one one you do. Would that be a fair statement sir? It is you know when you have to listen to that small quiet voice you know you can you can listen to your own mind and try to figure things out on your own or understand if God is speaking to you there's a long term reason that he's speaking to you.

34:23And generally at that point a lot of times when God is start selling someone hey it's time to move. Then they get into their own thoughts the book of I think and I believe and they try to do it in a worldly way. Understand that that's not the way that God operates he at that point wants you to start seeking his face start studying go slow make sure that the move that you're making is not jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. It doesn't matter what a person believes or thinks you cannot do it alone you have to sleep some of the time most people can't imagine what chaos looks like you certainly have I've been to Haiti during a coup and I can tell you that when people are starving when there is war going on.

35:24It is something that you can't imagine and it's just that us in America we've been so full because we haven't lived in the Great Depression days like our great our grandparents did and our parents did we haven't lived in a war in our own time since the Civil War. So we forgotten what it's like then but I can assure you if those people were still living today and they shared you what it was like your whole mindset would be completely different. Absolutely I agree absolutely well there's a there's still two homes that are facing ready for sale and our care and that's still the case. Actually there is one home left maybe two might be another one that's available we have the one on a forty acre lot it's got three homes on it it's got a barn it actually has a greenhouse it's on grid off grid it's actually very beautiful and then we have another four bedroom three and a half bath on twenty acres.

36:37That is ready for home stating as well outstanding and road maintenance is something that you're getting better at all the time aren't you sure. We are we are you know we actually are starting a road fund for people that live here we're we're we're we pray about that we don't want an HOA or POA but you know once the lots are sold who's going to continue keeping up the road so twenty five dollars a month fifty dollars a month for road fund keeps everything as beautiful as it needs to be. Well I was a boy living in Jefferson County Missouri the local volunteer fire department sold a fire tag and the families could buy to get the volunteer fire for the show up if you didn't have the tag they would watch your house burn to the ground. 37:52The government women have come together to be first responders to take care of health health emergencies and fire emergencies and police emergencies to stabilize and protect lives and property until the paper professionals get there and that's no one going effort isn't it sir. It is it is and and so and it's proven to be a good thing you know there's people that keep up with fire bands like right now we have a fire band going on in our area and so that's always advertised anything from poachers to people that don't belong on the property any type of emergency that you can imagine that we will respond to. Absolutely and they come together on a regular basis they train together they get equipment together and their goal is to keep our cabin safe isn't it sir. Yes sir that's the goal. 39:03A TV's with with heating and air fishing and numbers a 3 3 2 7 5 1 3 5 0 I say again a 3 3 2 7 5 1 3 5 0 families include single men single women families with preschoolers families with children still in school families whose children are now adults off on their own it's a genuine small community isn't it sir. It is it is you know people from all ages live here. We always tell people especially if they're in their retirement age you know they feel like that there's no value but there's value for everyone here so whether you're in your 80's we have people well in their mid 80's down to their their teens and everywhere between people having children. There's plenty of jobs everywhere people don't have problems finding jobs there's companies and the surrounding areas that will hire in a heartbeat because you have to realize.

40:08Not just people from our cave and the O's arts in general there are slotted over 46,000 new residents that will come to the O's arts and those are the big place you can believe that there are jobs. And and for everyone and you wouldn't believe the amount of people that are hiring just in this area alone if you don't have a job is because you don't want to work. Absolutely that is an absolute true statement and the Arkansas state government has made some excellent opportunities available to the homeschool or tells about that. Well if you are a homeschool or desire to be one you're able to participate in school programs such as band any type of sporting activities 4-H so they've made it very easy and there you actually even giving money to homeschoolers now for their books in their curriculum.

41:11Okay, how much per child? Seven thousand per child. Whoa that's that's truly amazing I have a lot of worth it. Yep. Well about 95% of our children are more do homeschool you have an option to take that money or not. Some people are not for whatever reason but there's lots of curriculums it allows you to teach your children the values and true history and the way today should be learning repetitive learning. Well nationwide about one third of high school graduates cannot read or do math at the 12th grade level. The homeschool kids of that's the now an issue at all is it certain. It is not now in fact it's actually welcome you know you can tell the difference between children that are homeschooled and that are not you know they are critical thinkers some of the best college students in the United States today are homeschooled.

42:24And so it's just an amazing opportunity one of the good things to come out of the pandemic. Yeah prior to the pandemic of parents saw I can't I can't homeschoolers know why and the pandemic gave them no choice they had to didn't they. It did indeed it did indeed. If there's anything good to came out with that's one of the very few good things. Another good thing came out of the pandemic is people no longer trusting the CDC national Institute of Health and the Food and Drug Administration. Correct. Oh that's right what do you think about the new vaccination they just came out with and the whistleblowers that have shown had deadly it really is. Well no surprise I regard all vaccines as poison I reject any and all vaccines for any reason. And there being exposed more and more all the time Bob Kennedy's doing much as you can he's up against incredibly powerful entities the pharmaceutical industry the vaccine industry the medical industry incredibly powerful entities but he's doing a feel of much as you can don't use her.

43:37I think so I don't it seems like he's fighting a losing battle but who knows but he has a lot of gistening but there's you're you're definitely hit it on the spot you know all the vaccines and any type of shot today I'd be afraid to do anything that was injectable knowing that the graphene oxide is there. I absolutely agree with you on that Randy well. Some people like Rod Nell and are they they feel trapped by their employment they feel like they can only do certain things at a certain time. I think you're right when they when God is touched their heart they will find a way to do it needs to be done won't they sure they certainly will and he'll also provide the way if God is calling you to do something all you have to do is letting do it and you know when he normally works he'll work in a way to where.

44:44You can't give yourself credit or no man for credit he does use people but it'll work and and you just have to trust him and move forward and a lot of times what God is telling people is you first you have to make that first move he wants to see the work in the faith you know obviously you believe that it's God so start moving towards that and watch him open the doors. Absolutely don't hesitate don't procrastinate procrastination is a very expected normal human behavior is uncertain it is indeed in fact it kills a lot of God's opportunities I look back at things that I procrastinated on and and I can tell you that they're always regretful things absolutely. Well it's very solid that God's timing my time or the same but listen to that voice and pay attention to it right absolutely you know it's it you know it's definitely not his timing what in building our cave in one of the things that.

45:50That I've learned is to slow down and make sure that it's not a random that it's not from the book about things are I believe that I'm following his will and his way because anything other than that is just going to result into trouble and problems absolutely I agree absolutely. Well the time you start is right now think about it for here about it discuss it with your spouse and then make that move to call Randy except that first private tour and air condition and heated altering vehicle at a 3 3 2 7 5 1 3 5 0. The things that are keeping are always improving in terms of the roads the availability of amenities the groups that have come together and these groups are they take on a life of their own lifetime you don't even know they exist right Randy.
