Trying to get as drunk as we could, as fast as we could. One thing that I know, because I've talked to these people before, they're amazed at the quality of beer that we do have. Always. And of course, a big reminder. The P16 pack of the month for March is out. It is available now. At three nations brewing, it is available in Carrollton and Anna at both of their locations. The couch surfer session IPA. And we tried that last week on the show. Everyone enjoyed it.

3:01Just 4.2% alcohol by volume. A really light IPA. When you think IPA think really bitter. That one wasn't very bitter at all. Very easy. Donnie enjoyed it. Had mango pineapple notes. And again, you can pick up cans. You can take it to go or enjoy it on tap there. At three nations brewing in downtown Carrollton or in Anna. So we got text fast tomorrow looking forward to seeing a whole bunch of people out there. Really going to enjoy that. And that'll be there at three nations brewing. It's in downtown Carrollton. Well done. And this one is going to be their sucker punch, which is one of their burlinner vise style beers,

5:07which is essentially just a white burlinner. And burlinners are a tart style beer. This checks in very easy. Pass it over to Lando because he's worth it. We got Travis and Lando in here with us as well. Hey, Lando. Hey. Yeah, there's beers in here. I wonder where Lando is. I know he just appears. This ticket ticker is brought to you by. Oh, no, no. It's not time. Yeah, just to give us a couple of times. This is their watermelon version of this. I was about to say this smells very fruity. Yes. It's a watermelon sucker punch, four and a half percent alcohol by volume. So it should be a little tart with some watermelon sweetness. Travis, it tastes like a warhead. Yes, it tastes like it does have warhead qualities. Did you ever have those? Man, they might have been. You know what I'm talking about the sour straws? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The sour punch straws? Yes. That's what these are basically sucker punch. Okay. Absolutely. The sour straws, yeah. Not a huge watermelon guy, but that's quite tasty. Yeah, that actually is really. That is summer drinking. That's very refreshing. Yeah, it's very light and very refreshing.

6:07Right, it is. Yeah. And you have to taste whatsoever. Huh. And it tastes like watermelon. Look at how it has this version. Yeah. Yeah, we're passing the juice around. That's really good because the watermelon is like crazy. Right, right. It doesn't smack you upside down. Yeah. Because when you say sucker punch and then tartness, I was like, all right, I'm probably not going to love this one. This one. It's like a main. That's quite tasty. Yeah, like that one. Yeah, I thought it was going to hit me like Tyson. Watermelon Sucker Punch. Yeah, because I've had a few from them of the sucker punch series that are a little bit more tart than this one. This one tastes more like a, like almost like a spritzer or something that you have with a little bit of light watermelon in it. It lets you know it's there, but it's not making it's. If you didn't say it was beer, I wouldn't have thought it was beer. Yeah. Yeah, you could have told me that was a selltor of some sort. Right. And it isn't, man. Sorry. Drink. I can't tell what. All right. You can't let him have two sips of the first beer, apparently.

7:09I'm diminishing returns. All right. So that is the three nations brewing sucker punch, watermelon sucker punch. So this next one just released from Tops Up and McKinney. And I got a chance to try it last weekend because I was up there for their festival of darkness. They're stoutfest. Dude, this thing blew my mind and I'll tell you why. Because this is a session IPA. This is 3.2%. No way. And it does not taste like that. Like, I don't know how they got a beer so low in ABV that still carries the brightness of the hop. They basically took their juice pack IPA and cut it in half. A 3.2% IPA called easy juice. And this is from Tops and McKinney. Easy juice. That is so light. Yeah. And you still get the hops on it. It does taste like the 3.2% percent of it. Yes. Very light. Very light, man.

8:09And you can drink several of these. Sure. I almost felt like I was getting hydrated last week when I was drinking. Really? After drinking stouts at 3.2%. Did you put it in a squeeze bottle? Like you were working out? The ABV is so low that it has the opposite effect. Yes. Like I was like, oh, this is... I need to drink the... What's happening here? Can you imagine that coming out of one of those gatorade bottles? Like the... The others hydration. Yeah. Trainers have? That's just... It's really weird to see a beer with that kind of flavor that's that light. At 3.2% percent. This is very light. Oh. It's not for Donnie. No. It's a little too much on the hops for Donnie. Because it is definitely... That's the IPA that I... It is an IPA and you do get... Which is why I like it. Because I enjoy IPA. It's in a drink one that isn't... 7.5% that that light is... It's an impressive beer. I'm glad you guys like it. That's not for everyone. It's okay. It says traditionally untraditional. Hell yeah, man. I like the name of it though.

9:09Easy juice. Travis is like that easy juice. Is that what Nicole said to OJ? Wow. Boy, you like that one, huh? That was actually... Man. That was actually really good. Geez. Wow. A lot of dark humor on the show today. Here's Lando. Alright, our third beer today is from our buddies over at Odd Mews Brewing and Farmers Branch. And they're getting really close to opening their new location in downtown Plano. Which are called Odd Mews Craft and Kitchen. That's right there in downtown Plano. But this is the one in Farmers Branch. I was trying to figure out what I'm smelling. I'm like, this is so familiar. This is a cold brew coffee ale. It's a brown ale that they conditioned on espresso beans. It's not a brown ale. Sorry. Well, I was looking at Diana. Do I need to get up? What is this? I thought I'd reach it. So this is 6% alcohol by volume. Again, it's a cold brew coffee ale.

10:09Brown ale conditioned on espresso beans. If you like coffee, I think this is a phenomenal version of a coffee ale. And I feel like coffee, Matt. So we'll see. Travis, it tastes like a warhead. No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. No, it tastes like coffee. He just described it. And it's so good. That's good. Yes. It's like a Starbucks drink you could get at 7-11 or something. Yeah, and it's just 6%. And you get all the coffee. Maybe some nuttiness in it. And it's just multi-sweetness with that rich kind of like just a little bit of light roastiness on it. Like a solid coffee. I feel like I need to put a, like a couple of dashes of sweet and low. A little creamer maybe in there. Just a splash. Just a splash. That's fantastic. Yeah, like that a lot. Because it's very coffee, but it's not overwhelming. Because a lot of times the coffee ones can be super like heavy and like almost too strong on the coffee. That's right. Yeah, this is good. You ever see me drink an iced coffee? This is what I'll be drinking. Obscura by Odd Views.

11:10Fantastic. So there you go. Those are our three beers today. The Three Nations Watermelon Sucker Punch. The Tups Easy Juice, checking it at just 3.2% and the Odd Views Brewing Obscura, which is a cold brew coffee ale. Oh. They suck a main. So I think your favorite was the sucker. Oh, yeah. It's without question. That is the absolute route this week. It might be my favorite, too. Oh, really? Yeah, I like that a lot. That's a little bit surprising. Because you are a beer dude. I thought maybe the the IPA would be your favorite. That was actually my least favorite. Oh, really? It's too light for you. Yeah. All right. Yeah, I like that. I like to obscure it quite a bit.
