We request that you do not seek and or set a specific timetable for how long it should take you or others to heal. Please feel free to write to us at [email protected]. Our prayer for you and your family is that our Beloved Heavenly Father and Mother grant you Health, Joy, and Love for all the seasons of your life...Amen
Our "Rainbows and Butterflies" are the small miracles of our life -
the little things that are so easy to overlook,
yet so awe inspiring when we take a moment
to notice and to pay attention.
Give thanks for the rainbows, for the butterflies,
for all God's creatures - large and small,
for the bright blue sky and the soft fog and the gentle rain,
for the tree veiled in the season's first frost,
for the baby's laugh,
for the touch of a hand and the whispered "I love you."

A very tender welcome to you from my reflections on the TFC, the Rainbow Path Society, and the Ryan of Judah non-denominational church, and me, Pastor Kurishtapurabhavula, a veteran of the struggles for a better future. Dear ones, come close to me now with your heart. Many people believe that grief only follows the loss of a loved one. Yet from a deeper spiritual perspective, grief can arise whenever we lose something precious to us. We may grieve lost relationships, lost opportunities, lost years, lost dreams, lost health, lost trust, lost being childlike, or even the loss of the person we once hoped to become. For many who walk the path of recovery, there is often a grief that has remained unseen
and unspoken. It lives quietly beneath the surface of awareness, influencing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without fully revealing its presence. Throughout life we experience emotional wounds from rejection, abuse, abandonment, shame, poverty, loneliness, confusion, anxiety, depression, guilt, and trauma. These experiences can create a deep sense of loss within us. We may not recognize this loss as grief, yet our heart feels it. Sometimes the search for relief through special cookies is my term for substances. It is not merely a search for pleasure. It is an attempt to soothe the pain of losses that have never been fully acknowledged, understood or healed. From this perspective, recovery becomes more than abstaining from special cookies, my
definition for substance. Recovery becomes the journey of compassion. A journey of jet-becoming toward the parts of ourselves, that have suffered. A journey of recognizing and honoring the grief we carry. A journey of allowing ourselves to mourn what was lost, without allowing that loss to define who we are. As we begin to heal, we discover a profound truth. The wounds of our experiences are real, but they are not our identity. The grief we carry is real, but it is not who we are. The losses we have suffered are real, but they do not diminish our worth. It needs every wound, every disappointment, every sorrow, and every loss remains the same with essence of our being. Within each of us lives an innate wisdom that whispers, you are not your pain, you are not
your trauma, you are not your addiction, you are not your belief, you are the loving of wellness, witness every experience, you are the endurance spirit that has survived every storm, you are the courage that continues to rise after every fall, you are the divine expression of compassion, wisdom, peace and love. The purpose of recovery is not simply to stop using special cookies. The deeper purpose is to remember who you have always been, beneath the pain, beneath the fear, beneath the grief. For it is there beyond all losses that the in-h self waits patiently to be rediscovered. And there are the ones you will find that would seem to loss was never truly gone. For it is there beyond all losses that the in-h self, joy and love that they will in
you all alone. Amen, let it be written on the walls of your heart, so let it be done. I am Pastor Krishnamo Paboda with Malas Poit Nam, a veteran of the struggles for a better future, for my dedication to and love of honor, peace, truth, freedom, justice, and the life, the inherent dignity and love for all the natural resources of this earth, for the inherent dignity and love for the family of humanity, and to preserving, maintaining and defending this government of the people, by the people and for the people to not perish from the earth.
