0:00Hi, everyone. I'm Gary Nal. Nice to have you with us today. We begin our program with the latest on health and healing. This comes from Toho University in Japan, reported in Science Tech Daily. It's about a common grain compound that can help control irritable bowel. And we have a lot of people in the United States suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. 1:02I believe, has made a difference. So I'm going to show you how to get more polyphenols into your diet. And it's not difficult to do. Anyhow, this purely acid is found in high amounts in rice brand. And that can reduce contractions in intestinal smooth muscle. The compound appears to work by blocking voltage-dependent calcium channels, which play a key role in muscle contraction. So just get more whole grain rice. And you'll get more of the antioxidant. You'll get more of its even neuroprotective effects. And so again, rice brand is very important as nutrition. When you eat white rice, you're not getting any of that. It's been removed. That's why whole carbohydrates, whole, that's raw, unsalted, uncooked, are important for you. And also, it does something unique. It reduces contractions triggered by several neurotransmitters,

And that was because someone had, I had a conversation with when they saw, and this is all per chance, a friend of mine owned a monkey, a chimpanzee, known as Kokomo Jr. And he had appeared on the Dave Gerwig show. And he traveled a lot. So he said, Gary, would you be with Kokomo? Well, I'm gone. I said, sure. And my daughter loved Kokomo.

3:10And Kokomo loved us. I didn't allow her to be in a cage. No. I let her out. And she would come over and hug, and we would go through books together, picture books. And I'd say, which picture do you like? And she'd touch her pictures. And then I'd put up all the foods, which foods and she'd touch the foods that she liked. So we go in the kitchen, we'd make her those dishes. And which music, I'd play different types of music, she'd touch the music. And so over a couple years, I wrote a paper, a whole book on, from instinct to intellect, a study of primates. So I didn't see them as your keys laboratory, because there were all these terrible experiments on them, where these chimpanzees and all the labs around the world that were killing all these monkeys and chimpanzees. So I felt that we didn't need to use them as experimental animals, learn from them. And that's what I did. And one night while I was having dinner with a buddy, this doctor Lawrence Lachan, who was a friend of my friend, I didn't know

4:17came by, say hello, and he's watching how a coconut was sitting at the table and eating with her hands. And she had a little apron on and she went over to the refrigerator, brought over to the salad. And to me, that was just normal, because I saw how evolved she was. Just like, I don't know the name of the gorilla out in California, the woman had for long time, and they would have all these conversations. She wanted a little kitten, and she'd play with the kitten, put the kitten on her head. And when the kitten disappeared, got out, she got very sad, and then she'd talk about how cut your eyes as she was crying. That's a gorilla communicating with a person. Within there's a sentient being there. So look for the spiritual in someone, and suddenly you find it, even if the person is not acting spiritual, even if they're acting in completely non-spiritual ways. 5:24frequently has all these limitations, conditioning, propagandizing. We see it today all over the place. And that's what I did with the chimpanzee. He saw this, and he was a psychologist. He was a famous psychologist. Dr. Lesham was the one who said he could interview a woman for a half hour and determine whether or not with no risks at all. Meaning she was doing nothing, no drinking, no smoking, to increase her risk of cancer, but she would develop breast cancer. And he was right. No one else had done it before. Dr. the former director of the American Department of Mental Health came by the lab a lot, and he followed up on that. But he was so accurate. And he just died not long ago, I think he was in his 90s. And he's the one who suggested a director of the institute, and the director of science, the institute, where they had all these older people, no young people. I don't think there was a person there, even in their 50s. And they gave me a chance to do

6:26some of the work there. And I did. They just didn't pay attention to it until I found that, based upon having had lots of meetings with the the ruling family of Conza, you've heard of Hunza. James Hilton's novel back in the 1930s lost horizons. The movie was done on it. The Shangri-La and that's where we had Herbert the Shangri-La from the Hunza, who had the longest life spent in the world, in history, healthiest. Well, the emears ran, he was the top person, his children came to see me, and wanting to keep a road from going through their paradise, from Pakistan to China. They believed it would destroy their culture, then it'd been kind of removed and hidden for 2,000 years. They were remnants of Alexander the Great's Army. In any case, one of the things they told me was that they fasted on very limited food,

7:28mainly beverages, for almost a month, the time the food ran out, and the new food came in, and the service didn't. And I kept thinking about that. So one day I just said, would it work in animals? So I had all these rats, and 36 years I was never scratched, you're bitten by a rat. People come in the night to the institute, I opened it up for my audience, and all kinds of people came. Scientists, Nobel Prize winners, they were all there, because they wouldn't see what I was doing. So I put this plexiglass wall with holes, so they couldn't contaminate the rats, but they could see and hear what I was doing as a scientist. And I was doing both basic science and applied science. So I fasted them, and no one had ever done this before in the history of science. And they lived 20 at the end of a year. They lived 22% longer than a control group that did not fast. And there were 500,

8:33and each group, a thousand, all 12. And I presented this down, and they couldn't believe it. They didn't even want to believe it. So I had to do it again under the supervision of the head of science, and then it was shown I did it. It was the first major paper I had done. In any case, that opened up a whole new field. So then I started to realize, you're more than some supplements. You're more than some protein-fat carbohydrate and fiber and water. That's what the average dietician, and I was a registered dietician, and a registered clinical 435 nutritionist, and a later a doctor, then a human nutrition, and public health science with all these different, the first multidisciplinary degree in the history of the university. You'd normally have one person on your doctor committee, I had nine, because I wanted to specialize in all these other fields. They didn't believe it was possible. It was. We did it so much. And hopefully it opened the door

9:34for other people to see, well, he did, I could do it. Just like Bannister breaking the form in a mile. In any case, I started to realize that we were missing something in all these studies. So I did a study to prove what we were missing with exactly ties into the Redmond Institute in Oregon study, that you must bring in meaning, purpose, and spirituality to be the foundation of everything else you do. So I had a, at the jury center on 86th Street on the Upper West Side. I had 500 people, and they were all morbidly obese. To get into study, you had to be obese for at least five years, and not just operate obese. You had to be under medical care, and with not improvements. Dr. Martin Feldman was the medical supervisor. We had all the people who do all their blood workups and blood pressure and blood sugar. And I broke it into five groups,

10:37100 in each group. One group got the best information on nutrition. Everything you could possibly know about nutrition and weight. Another group got exercise, every kind of exercise. We even took them into Central Park, which was a block and a half away. We gave them all kinds of de-stressing by our feedback, meditations, yoga, everything that could take the stress out of your life. And we gave them nutrients. These are the nutrients that are known to help burn fat. It was six months long we met every week for about three hours. I had guest speakers in a specialist niche area. But the last group, I did none of that. Not a single discussion on nutrition, exercise, de-stressing, supplements. Instead, the whole idea was, what is the true meaning and purpose of your life? Do you have one? And if so, how is that working for you? If not, let's work on that. At the end of six months, there was about 92 to 94 percent failure rate.

11:43And all the other four, there was a 96 percent success rate. They lost the weight, they kept it off because they had a new purpose of meaning and spirituality. You can't walk away from this. You can't change this. Wow. And also, you'll also hear where he was the one person who did not want nuclear. And he made that clear. And all the people who knew the negotiations said that if you didn't want a nuclear weapon in Iran, there wouldn't be one. He was agreeing to that and they killed it. So it wasn't about the nuclear that they were concerned about. They had another agenda. You're going to hear from Scott Ritter and what is called Ritter's rant. Stupid is that stupid

The $300 billion trap has just snapped shut and your bank account is in the crosshairs. While the headlines focus on the explosions in the Middle East, Trump's own advisors are in a quiet panic because they saw the math long before the first missile was fired. They warned him to focus on the economy, not Iran, but those warnings were ignored. And now we are facing an economic calculation that changes everything you think you know about this presidency.

19:00Here is the breakdown of the $300 billion calculation that the mainstream media isn't showing you. First, look at the direct military costs. And while smaller operations cost a few billion, the massive scale of this force package is estimated at a minimum of $50 billion, just to begin aircraft, fuel, and munitions. But that is only the starting point. The real damage happens at the gas pump. Brent crude oil surged over 8 percent in a single day after the strikes began. Because Iran controls the state of Hormuz, where one-fifth of the world's oil passes, energy experts warned that crude could settle above $100 a barrel. For you, that means nationwide gas prices jumping from $3 to $4.50, or even $6 per gallon. This alone adds 1.5 percentage points to headline inflation, making everything from food to heating more expensive, but it doesn't stop there. Financial analysts project the Dow could drop 3,000 points as the conflict escalates, potentially destroying three and a half trillion dollars in retirement accounts and pension funds. This isn't theoretical. This is wealth being wiped out of the savings of the

20:02middle class. We are now entering a state of stagflation, an economic nightmare where inflation surges, while growth collapses, leaving the federal reserve with no easy way to fix the damage. Behind closed doors at the White House, the tension was at a breaking point. Advisors like Jared Kushner reportedly spent hours trying to negotiate a nuclear deal because they believed the economic costs of war exceeded any strategic benefit. They were balanced against voices like Benjamin Netanyahu, who argued that Iran had never been weaker. Trump eventually chose instinct over calculation, authorized the strikes, and the supreme leader of Iran is now dead. This decapitation of the Iranian government has created a vacuum that no one knows how to fill. Republican strategists are now terrified of the electoral math. Historically, the party in power loses seats during midterms, but with six dollar gas and a potential recession, those losses could exceed 50 seats, effectively ending Trump's legislative agenda. We are currently looking at two paths forward. In the optimistic scenario, the Iranian leadership fragments and the

21:03Strait of Hormuz reopens in weeks, allowing oil to recede. But in the second path, which economists are increasingly worried about, Iran launches scorched earth tactics against global infrastructure to inflict maximum economic pain. This would keep oil above $100 through the summer, forcing every Republican running for re-election to explain why their party let this happen. The $300 billion cost is now a floor, not a ceiling. Every day, the Strait of Hormuz remains disrupted. That number grows. Trump chose the military cost over the political and economic stability his advisors wanted, and now the entire country has to live with the consequences. The voters who put him in office, the truck drivers and small business owners, are already watching their 401k statements and gas prices with growing concern. Is the strategic elimination of Iran's leadership worth a potential $1 trillion hit to the economy? Stupid is, stupid does. And yes, I'm probably referencing a number of people who currently reside in the administration of Donald J. Trump, the 47th president of the United States, who just

22:07yesterday, I believe, declared that the only route available to Iran is unconditional surrender. He also declared that he was going to be the man that's picking the next leadership of Iran. Sort of a glib way of referencing the fact that he is behind the assassination, the murder of Ali Hamane, the Supreme Leader of Iran, a man who wasn't just involved in the governance of a sovereign nation that had been subjected to a surprise attack by Israel and the United States, just a little footnote for all those people out there that are interested in history. On December 7th, the American people collectively bow their heads and recall the day of infamy, the day when the forces of imperial Japan carried out a surprise attack against American naval forces and air forces in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. I grew up in Hawaii. I've been to Pearl Harbor. I've

23:09been to the Pearl Harbor monument, and I understand the solemn reality of that. Our nation was betrayed. Our nation was attacked. Our nation was stabbed in the back. We went to war to defeat those who perpetrated that attack. And so here we are, the United States, claiming to have the high moral ground, and yet we have embarked on doing the exact same thing. We are the modern day incarnation of imperial Japan. And Iran now has a day in infamy that they get to reflect back on the day when the United States and Israel attacked them while promising diplomacy. I mean, we can roll in perfority as well, you know, laying out the white flag, telling people we wanted to negotiate, telling people we have a diplomatic off-ramp. And while the Iranians in good faith negotiate this diplomatic off-ramp, we stab them in the back. We bomb them. We murder their leader.

24:10It's not just that he was the leader of a nation, though. He was the leader of the faithful, 12-er faction of the Shia faithful, people who believe in the Viliatifaki, these guidance of the supreme jurisprudence, dating back to the religious philosophies of Rahul Hamani, the first supreme leader of Iran, the man who perpetrated or put in motion the Islamic revolution that led to the creation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which exists today, that we're currently at war with. This is a long way of bringing up the fact that we didn't just murder anybody. We murdered a man that is revered by millions of people as the supreme religious figure. This is like murdering the pope for the Catholic faithful. This is like murdering the Archbishop of Canterbury for those who buy into the Episcopthelian Church. This is like murdering material of the head of the Russian Orthodox Church for those Orthodox Christians out there.

25:14This is a big deal, and this isn't done by some terrorist group. This is an al-Qaeda or ISIS out there carrying out acts of terrorism. This is the United States of America doing this. Stupid is a stupid does. You see, one of the things that Donald Trump has claimed in carrying out this horrific act of betrayal, violation of international law, this initiating point of a war of aggression, an illegal war of aggression, which for those historians out there, we just have to refer back to Justice Jackson, who was the prosecutor in the Nuremberg trials that put Nazi criminals on trial and had several of them executed. A war of aggression was the supreme war crime, he said, because from that all other crimes emanate. In the United States is now guilty of carrying out an illegal war of aggression against Iran. Stupid is a stupid does.

26:16But Kamehameh isn't just dumb. I mean, it's insane. First of all, we claim that we want to eliminate the regime. That's the purpose of this. I mean, Donald Trump is talking about hand-picking Iran's future government. Good luck, Donnie. You killed Ali Kamehameh. And you killed the man that the Iranian people are now rattling around. If you thought by killing him, you would have people in the streets, you're right. They're in the streets, but not celebrating his death. They're rallying around the cause, the cause of the Islamic Republic. You've made it impossible, literally impossible, for regime change to take place. But you also said you wanted to go to war to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons. Let's forget the fact, for a moment, that your director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard testified the United States Congress recently that Iran didn't have a nuclear weapons program. Wasn't pursuing one. There was no evidence of this. Furthermore, she said it would

27:20require a political decision that hasn't been made. A political decision linked to a religious edict or fought-while, issued by Ali Kamehameh in 2003 and subsequently updated since then, which forbids Iran from developing stockpile and preparing, getting ready, doing anything related to a nuclear bomb. It wasn't just that the Iranian government didn't want it, Islam forbade it. And the basis of this denial of access to nuclear weapons technology was a religious edict issued by Ali Kamehameh. He was literally the only man standing in the way of Iran developing a nuclear bomb. You see the perfority that you've perpetrated against Iran, dates back to portrayal that's been taking place since the Islamic Republic came into being. When the United States began sanctioning Iran, targeting Iran, plotting against Iran, the CIA has been actively moving to replace the Islamic Republic since 1979.

28:24Were the ones that decided that Iran couldn't have access to nuclear technology, even though Iran is a signatory to the nuclear proliferation treaty article for the treaty, clearly allows them to pursue the totality of the nuclear enrichment cycle, including the handling of centrifuges, and spinning up the uranium hexafluoride feedstock to the percentages necessary to create fuel for their peaceful reactors. But we said, no, you can't have it. We did it because Israel pressured us, but that's another story. Were the ones behind the sanctioning? Were the ones that have been punishing Iran for seeking that, which all other nations who are signatories to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty are allowed to have? And Iran basically wouldn't allow that to happen. So they decided that they would pursue a nuclear enrichment program, linked to peaceful nuclear use, despite the opposition of the United States, Israel, and later on in Europe, in others who fell for the propaganda of the United States and Israel, and Iran was

29:28pursuing a nuclear weapons program. When it back to Iran, it wasn't, and there's no evidence, and there never has been any evidence linking Iran to such a program. But it doesn't matter, because there was a fatwa issued by Ali Khamenei. Now, because of the continued betrayal of Iran, the hands of the United States and Israel, because this betrayal was being in a manifest itself in an existential threat to Iran, meaning that Israel was talking about joining with the United States to eliminate the Iranian government. There was talk with Iran about maybe they should develop a nuclear bomb. In the fall of 2024, there were many people pressuring Ali Khamenei to revisit his fatwa. There were people who were saying that Iran should position itself as a nuclear threshold state, and they did this. They enriched their uranium stockpiles. They acquired 450 kilograms of 60 percent enriched uranium, still considered to be low levels of uranium. Not

30:29useful for nuclear weapons, but they're only now one or two enrichment cycles away from having the 90 percent plus enriched uranium necessary to create the fizz out core for nuclear bomb. There were people that were advising Khamenei to create the conditions that would allow Iran to transfer to a nuclear weapons program, should an existential threat exist. Indeed, that appears to have occurred. While Khamenei did not reverse his fatwa, he did acknowledge that under certain circumstances, a fatwa could be reversed, could be ignored. If, for instance, there was an existential threat to Iran's survival as an Islamic Republic posed by nations possessing nuclear weapons, who may, in fact, threaten Iran with those nuclear weapons stupid is as stupid does. We killed Ali Khamenei, and now we're attacking of two nuclear power states, the United States and Israel. And guess what? The Iranian resistance is such that we may have to use nuclear weapons to break their resistance. So not what do the Iranians do? Stupid is a stupid

31:32does. You see, we had entered into negotiations with Iran ostensibly in good faith. We now know that that's not the case. We never did. We made the decision to attack before we began the negotiations and negotiations were purely designed to lower Iran to a false sense of complacency, while setting a point on the calendar from which we would bomb, a point that would take place prior to any deal being finalized. Now the Iranians warned the American negotiators, Jared Kushner, the overqualified son of Donald Trump, who has a degree in nuclear physics, it has been involved. Wait a minute, he has none of that. He's just a corrupt real estate broker. And Steve Whitkov, who worked in the U.S. National Security Labs, does not know he didn't do that either. He's just another corrupt New York real estate broker. So we have two corrupt real estate brokers working for a president who's always background is corrupt real estate broker. Now talking to the Iranians about their nuclear weapons program. So the Iranians put them on notice. We got 450 kilograms of 60 percent in rich uranium. The pushes is a threshold nuclear state.

32:34You guys might want to take this negotiation seriously because the Iranians did. And you know what they did? They bent over backwards to make sure that they would do everything necessary to alleviate any concern about this 450 kilograms. It was going to disappear. It was going to be deluded down. It was going to be accounted for in its totality, not just by the return of international inspectors. But for the first time, Iran was willing to consider the presence of U.S. inspectors on Iranian soil to confirm for themselves that the Iranians were complying. They were going to take their enrichment down to as close to zero as possible. Basically any pathway to a nuclear weapon was going to be eliminated permanently. No sunset clauses, no aging out of this permanently. If the goal of the United States was to get rid of Iran's nuclear program, this was it. We had achieved it. Donald Trump had the opportunity to say, I made a better deal than Barack Obama did, which is what he wanted to say all along if this was about nuclear weapons. But it was about

33:36regime change. So despite the fact that the Iranians had a deal they were ready to sign that would have solved all these problems, we declared the negotiations to be a failure and that we bombed Iran. Surprise attack, stupidism, stupid does. Now we killed Ali Khamenei. Now inside Iran, people who believe that Iran should have a nuclear weapon are now in power. They've replaced Ali Khamenei. These are people now looking around as we level Tehran to the ground as we level Iranians cities to the ground as we attack Iran. And we're not achieving. They see the panic growing in Israel and the United States. They hear whispers now in Washington to see and tell the people about the potential necessity of using nuclear weapons. And Ali Khamenei is no longer there. His father hangs, waiting to be changed. Stupidism, stupid does. If we didn't want Iran to have a nuclear weapon, we just gave Iran the clearest pathway to legitimizing getting a nuclear weapon,

34:36450 kilograms of Iranian hexafluorid, which had not been converted to metallic state as the time of the attack, which the Iranians were ready to turn over to the United States is now sitting in a secret Iranian facility, probably co-located with 164 centrifuges of the highest quality that within a period of a week can turn this material into 1992, 94 percent in rich uranium, sufficient to make fizal material. They probably evacuated their middle-ergy facilities from Islam into similar facilities so they convert the uranium hexafluorid gas into a uranium metal. And then using a simple gun design, which works 100 percent of the time loaded on the warheads, which intelligence suggests the Iranians have been producing since the fall of last year, after the 12-day war. Yeah, that last 12-day war where the United States and Israel once again carried on the surprise attack years into diplomacy, designed to get rid of Iran's nuclear program as cover. Stupidism, stupid does. You know, this war is going to end. Left to conventional means

35:44this war between the United States, Israel and Iran will end with an Iranian victory. We see the Iranians winning every single day. I checked myself out of a hospital because they were going to amputate my leg today. And I had to mount my leg amputated. I'm a former basketball player and he was tall it's like and he said I just couldn't imagine how to live without a leg. And I caused this. I had diabetes. I didn't pay attention. Got an infection because I couldn't feel that I had you know cut myself

58:51and then it got worse and then when we went in the hospital they tried antibiotics and everything. And today was my day to get that leg removed. I thought what the heck. I listened to you on KPFK in Los Angeles every Wednesday for six hours. And so I just said I'm just going to get on a plane go there and I had to wrap my whole leg in cellophane so it wasn't smelly. I got out here so I'm I hope you don't send me home. And I said okay. But what do you expect? And he said any help you can give me because otherwise the only help I'm going to get is my leg amputated or dying from some septicemia. So I suggested that he go over to the hospital and that we could maybe provide the hospital with some protocols that he could use to see if he could get out of this condition. And over a period of two weeks everything began to heal. And he no longer had any smells and we had
