0:00Everyone, I'm Gary Noll. I'd like to welcome you all to our program. I'm going to share a lot on today's program, beginning with one point of view, one piece of information. There's absolutely new and it's something that can change our health for the better, for a lot of people. But it's short. I just did another health nutrition update that's almost 30 minutes long. And you can go to Gary Noll YouTube or Progressive Radio Network, YouTube, and you can download it. It's like a classroom on the air, which are generally one topic and longer. It has to do with how, how you feel about yourself, whether you feel like a victim of society, or whether you feel that you can do anything you want, because you have a good quality of energy, meaning and purpose, you're going to follow that and expand your life instead of shrinking it down.

1:01That I is posted. But today, I'm going to do a show first health and nutrition one point short because I'm, I'm filling my show with brand new information that you have not been made aware of. They can help you make better choices. But first, something that we are not paying attention to, over half the world's population, when the primary dishes in their diet each day is rice. But it's almost always white rice. White rice is simply a a devoid of good health nutrition carbohydrate. We shouldn't be eating. We shouldn't have white rice. We shouldn't have white pasta because what was originally in the rice was all milled out. All of its fiber, its central fatty acids, its vitamins, minerals, it's in the brown rice, it's gone. But I'm going to share something better than brown rice.

2:03I'm going to share a new rice, not new to Japan, but now they have done scientific studies of the dozens of different varieties of what is called Japanese cap. Now, let me spell it for you, write it down because it's the healthiest rice in the world. J.A.P. Jap Onika, O.N.I.C.A. Jap Onika. And the latest study shows that it has unique lipid and slower digestion than any white rice. I've mentioned many times that you should have a diet that's like a rainbow. You have some orange and red, purple and green and yellow and different colored fruits and vegetables because it's in that coloration you're getting your beta-carotene and your multiple polyphenols. This is a very colorful rice and the healthiest rice according to research done at Hokkaido University in Japan,

3:09published in medical express, is that 85% of the rice you're eating is just a pure starch. You're not getting quality protein, you're getting almost no good fats, almost no trace elements, but you're used to it. You know, it's that custom of the culture and the eat the right white rice. It's the primary source. And you may eat other foods with that. You may have some miso soup with shocking mushrooms and scallions and they're good probiotics that are in the miso, the fermented soy. But you can also eat it if you don't want soy. You can have fermented garbons of beans, chickpeas, etc. But this is one that is really good because the digest slowly is very flavorful and has a different quality. Now, there are different varieties. They've got short medium grain and this is a very soft rice.

4:09It's very tender. It's slightly sticky and when cooked, but it's got a lot of good nutrients. There are 56 different varieties of Japanese rice cultures across Japan. They've got brown, red, green, and black varieties. Now, there's only one other country that has rice that I'm aware of. I'm sure there are those that I'm not aware of. And that is Vietnam. They have a purple rice. They have a red rice. They have a black rice. So there's two different selections and sometimes you can't camp out in the health and source you have to order online. But the healthiest rice is your black and green variety of rice. And if you're not used to it, it looks really different. You look at this green and it's very tasty, but it's loaded with nutrition. And it has a higher index of lipids,

5:11meaning fats, especially two fats you're probably not aware of. One is called FAHMFA and the other is LNAPE. Now, I'm giving you the initials because the name has over 20 letters in it. It's an in acetyl lysophosphatidal ethyl amine, woe. But these lipids, these fats are linked to anti-inflammation, improved metabolic health in certain biological systems. And by the way, these are all terrific and they've just been identified in these races. And so they slow down your blood sugar from rising. What we call a low glycemic index. The black and the green rice are the best. They had the slowest in the lower blood sugar rising levels.

6:13White rice, pff, right up it goes, not good at all. So you could end up being much healthier and by taking these. And so that's what we have found. It's good for your heart. It's better for digestion and really good for people suffering from type 2 diabetes. So that's what we can do. We can make a difference. And the quality of the fats in our diet directly impact the quality of our health. Being properly hydrated, we're dehydrated. Every impedance test I've ever given, which are thousands, people are most always universally dehydrated. The older you get, the more dehydrated you become. Because this process called hydrography or polydipsy, meaning you're drinking more than what your body needs or you're drinking less than what it needs. Because this dysfunction in the brain. So if you have an impedance scale

7:13and it's a small little scale, it cost you about 30, 40 bucks. You put in there your name, your weight, your height, whether you're athletic or not. And then it reads out your total body mass index, your fat, your bone, whether or not you're losing bone and don't know it. You're protein level, whether you have the right muscle, what percentage? Total body weight. So it's really important. Because the more hydrated you become, the more all the electrical charges in the body, including to your heart, and to the pair of sauces in your intestine, you get healthier heart rhythms. Because water is the number one by weight commodity in your body. It should be around 72%. So that's the message here today. Is get yourself a impedance scale. Get yourself some

8:13Japanese rice. The black rice and the green rice. Possibly you've never heard of it. Never seen it. It may not be easy to get, but look for little Japan markets in your community. If there's no little Japan, then go online, and you'll find it in order. All right? And just like more fruits, more vegetables, healthier we are, the more color and the holistic grain, another refined grain, and all of your lentils, spit peas, your legumes, your pulses, very important. Lots and seeds not roasted and trans fats and salted. You don't want either of those. You want raw walnuts. Walnuts, pistachios, pecans, all terrific for you. To help your heart, the fats are really good. And get it raw. You can get nut butters too.

9:14And the organic peanut butter. And without salt. All right? It's shown now if you're an older person, the protein and peanut butter helps you build muscles. So that's good news. All right? When I tell you that our federal government, our state governments, our local governments are so corrupt, it doesn't mean that everyone is corrupt. You're telling me that the electrician who goes to work every day and clocks in and works his butt off and tries to earn just enough

11:18to be able to make his rent, maybe have a kid or two, put food on the table. His tax money is being used to buy other people, luxury items, cars, yachts, whatever else, and is going to fund terrorism and child trafficking. A trillion dollars a year on this stuff. A hundred and fifteen million dollars an hour. A hundred and fifteen million dollars an hour. How do they get their hands on it? What are we talking about here? What are the criminal networks? How do they get their hands on it? They take advantage of antiquated government systems and processes. They go into programs that they know elected and appointed officials won't touch and they can steal at scale. They learned a really valuable lesson. Government never runs out of money and the probability of getting caught is virtually zero. Here's something. This is a very credible honest guy. He has not been wrong on any of his broadcasts. He is saying that BlackRock,

12:19the largest handler of funds in the world, of corporate interest in the world, of control in the world, the fact that he had a BlackRock, there's also the head of the World Economic Forum. They had a secret financial agreement, which AP Morgan, number one bank in the world, and they're doing something I told you they were planning on doing. But then it was projecting what they had been doing to get to where they could do what they're doing now. So I saw this trend. I broadcast on it over the years. And now it's reality time. They say gold is going to eat thousand. I say that's going to go beyond that. But it's what they're doing and how it could adversely affect you. Let's take a look at this. $1 billion under one roof. That is BlackRock, the largest asset manager on the planet. Now Ed, JP Morgan, the most powerful bank in America. These two giants usually compete like generals fighting for the same territory,

13:22but they just did something that has never happened in modern financial history. Without a single joint press conference or coordinated announcement, they both made the exact same move at the exact same time. This is not a coincidence. This is a flashing red alarm that the global financial system is about to undergo a seismic shift. And if you're standing in the wrong place when the ground opens up, your savings and retirement are at risk. BlackRock just finished its biggest reallocation in over a decade, shifting trillions of dollars out of traditional US positions. Larry Fink, the man running that 14 trillion, is officially telling the world that the old rules are dead. The classic 60-40 portfolio, 60% stocks and 40% bonds, is no longer your safety net. It is a trap. He's moving into private markets, infrastructure, and emerging markets. At the exact same time, JP Morgan released a gold forecast that sounds like it came from a guy in a bunker, except it is coming from the most conservative institution on Wall Street. They are modeling gold to potentially hit $8,500 per ounce. Why are they both screaming the same thing in different languages?

14:22Because they have diagnosed a structural fracture in the foundation of the financial system. A credibility crisis for the US dollar. For 80 years, the dollar was king, giving America a superpower no military could match. But that magic credit card is being declined. In the last 12 months, the dollar's purchasing power dropped 9%. If you had $100,000 in savings at the start of last year, you effectively lost $9,000 in international purchasing power. Nobody stole it. It just evaporated because the currency is weakening by design. There are three devastating forces converging right now. First, a massive new tariff regime is acting like a double tax on your wallet, making imports expensive while weakening the dollar. Second, there's a foreign exodus from US debt. It's dumping treasuries for physical gold, and Saudi Arabia is openly breaking the petrodollar agreement. The buyers who used to fund our deficit have packed their bags and left the building. Third, we are in an interest expense doom loop. The United States is now spending over $1 trillion a year just on interest for our $36 trillion debt.

15:23That is more than we spend on national defense. BlackRock and JP Morgan see this. That is why they are moving from the paper economy to the physical economy. They are buying the pipes, wires and metals needed for the AI revolution. They are shifting capital into countries like Brazil, Taiwan and South Korea. They are telling you that the era of the risk-free bond is over. Your shield has become a second sword pointed at your own chest. To survive this, you need to stop thinking like a passive saver and start thinking like a central bank. Diversified geographically and get exposure to hard assets like gold, silver and energy infrastructure. The wealth transfer is not a future event. It is happening right now. So we're going to show you what they were telling us from official leaks. Not out of the White House. They were lying to us out of the White House out of the Pentagon. But also start calling in now. Free Sachs with us, Columbia University professor, one of the most well regarded economists and commentators. He's put out a video right now that's going viral on what he believes is the real reason why Iran has been attacked. Professor Sachs, good to have you. Thank you for being here on NDTV on a big day for the region and a big day for the world. I'm going to ask you to tell our viewers what you've said in that video, Professor Sachs. Why do you think Iran has been attacked? This is the U.S. attempt to continue or maintain or sustain its global hegemony. This is a war for control of the Middle East. It's a war for control of the oil of the Middle East. It is not at all what Donald Trump said about any threat from Iran.

19:35This is just an imperial lie. This is an imperial war. And it is a very vicious one and it is probably the start of World War III, I have to say. I hope that it's not the start of nuclear annihilation, but I think it is a global war. And it is a war of U.S. Israeli hegemony in the Middle East and a war for global dominance. The United States invaded Venezuela to control the Western hemisphere oil. Now it is trying to overthrow the government of Iran to control the Middle East oil. This will hurt India terribly, by the way, and it's also aimed at China. So Asia is the loser in this war and this is a completely criminal action.

20:36But whether anybody stands up and tells the truth about it that is fearful of the United States or Israel, I don't know. What do you think is going to happen next, Professor Sachs? As far as the escalation ladder is concerned, attacks have taken place on various cities in Iran. There have been retaliatory attacks on U.S. bases in Bahrain, in Abu Dhabi, in Qatar and a couple of other places. In the past things have kind of ended at this point. Do you see them escalating onward from here? Well, of course. There is no path of de-escalation by the U.S. and Israel. These are hegemonic actors. They have announced their goal. Their goal isn't to return Iran to the negotiating table. Iran was at the negotiating table. Their goal was not to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. It didn't have one, didn't want one, and had said so for the last 12 years.

21:41Donald Trump ripped up the agreement, the JCPOA, that put Iran under a rigorous monitoring regime. This is about global hegemony. And countries like India have to decide. Are they independent countries? Do they sign up to U.S. Empire? This is what this is about. Israel, by the way, is the most violent country in the world, kilometer by kilometer, by far. But it also banks on having the United States behind it. And it's not just Trump. This is a long-standing CIA project that is underway right now. So this is a very, very dangerous occurrence. This has nothing to do with what is stated. This is about U.S. control over the Middle East. And the idea is U.S. control over the world. The idea is that India will fall into line. The Middle East will fall into line.

22:43So Latin America has no choice. Europe is a vassal state. That's what this is about. Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump have just spoken over the phone. According to the latest what we're hearing, Professor Sachs, in your mind, what might they have discussed? Obviously I'm not asking you to conjecture, but from everything we know, Netanyahu is calling this operation roaring lion. President Trump calls it epic fury. What do you think they talked about? Well, Trump takes his orders from Netanyahu. This is very simple. Netanyahu came last week and ordered the war and the war goes on. The United States is actually not even the lead agent in this. The Zionist lobby in the United States is so powerful that it puts the United States repeatedly into these wars.

23:43The American public is absolutely against this. This is quite interesting. But the American public does not count for anything right now in our affairs because we do not have a constitutional country. We have basically a military state and Trump is the figurehead of that military state. As far as the al-Khamenei is concerned, Professor Sachs, do you see this playing out in the same template that it has before. His ceremonial home has been targeted. He is about to make a national address in a short while from now. The same boilerplate statements have been issued from Iran saying there will be a crushing response and you have seen these token attacks on different bases of the American military in the Middle East. Does Iran have the capacity to do something bigger in your view? I don't think that the U.S. has the capacity to overthrow the Iranian government in a day or a week or a month as it believes that it does.

24:55If you look at almost all events like this, even overthrowing Bashar al-Assad or overthrowing Milosevic in 1999 or overthrowing Maurem Ar-Qaddafi in 2011, the United States does not usually have the means to do this in a day or a month. Maybe they're drunk with their supposed success in Venezuela by ex-filtrating a president. But this is not Venezuela. This is a country of 100 million people. It's a vast region. It is a mountainous region. It is a region that understood for many, many years that the United States was out to overthrow it. So it's not unprepared or caught off guard. The Straits of Hormuz, I believe, will be attacked.

25:58So I don't think that these are pinprick operations attacking the Gulf. I think it's preparatory to closing the Straits of Hormuz. Now, all of this then depends on things that I don't properly understand in terms of the military dynamics of the next few weeks. But what I do understand is something about geopolitics. This is a brazen illegal vulgar overreach by the United States that I do not see how it can have a success, frankly. You know, one success 73 years ago was when the CIA and MI6 overthrew the Iranian government and installed a police state. I don't see how that can happen in today's world. But that's the model of the United States that they will soon install a police state. I doubt that this is at all realistic.

26:59Professor Sachs, Reuters reporting a piece of breaking news right now since you mentioned the Gulf of Hormuz. Reuters quoting the IRGC Navy that has announced that no vessels are any longer being allowed to cross and has closed the strait of Hormuz to any traffic. This is huge. This is Reuters reporting this right now. What do you think the fallout of this immediately is going to be? Well, I think that this is the Iranian plan. The United States will try to defeat Iran to prevent this from happening. But I would anticipate that there will be a massive disruption of world oil flows in the coming weeks and that this will most likely again, I'm guessing. Everybody knows I'm guessing because nobody can really anticipate, but I'm guessing that this will put the world economy into a serious crisis.

28:02Huge leaks coming out of the Pentagon. The Pentagon is leaking about how desperately they don't want to go to war with Iran. When you have Axios, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal all write this headline. These are authorized leaks from the very, very top of the Pentagon. What they want is to get on the record as close as they can without going outside the chain of command to say, this is a really, really bad idea. They say we have a limited amount of air interceptors. We use 25% in the 12-day war. The Houthis were a huge problem because of our four-year support now of Israel and of Ukraine. We are dramatically low on munitions. The Pentagon is doing everything they can to try and have their Erickson Seki moment. Back in 2003, the Army Chief of Staff Erickson Seki was forced to testify before Congress before the invasion of Iraq. And the Army Chief of Staff stunned America and the world when he said it would take several hundred thousand troops to invade Iraq successfully. The Neocon said he's a raiding lunatic. It's an absolute lie. And they fired him. He was the Army Chief of Staff, but he was trying to warn all of us. They leaked as much as they could.

29:06But our media was very propacanistic just as it is right now. They were trying their best to do something like this. When you have these guys going like, please get us off. Like do not make us do this. It is a blashing red light. Because nobody knows our capabilities more than them. So when they're warning like this, you should listen. This isn't ideology. This is about logistics. This is about munitions. This is about defense industrial base. Nobody knows this better than them. This is the most worrying thing that I've seen yet. Because this means it's happening in my opinion. Yeah, this is like a desperate cry for help, a last ditch, hail Mary Pass to try to persuade Trump and whoever that this is going to be a terrible idea. This is a warning to the American public. 30:17And we're back with Gary no live. Thank you, Kevin. Hi, Richard. Hi, Gary. Can you hear me? I sure can. Let me, I just want to let the audience know what you're about to do. It is clear that censorship by Israel and the United States has virtually controlled 100% of the mainstream media. And they're lying about everything. They lied about why we have to have this war. They lied about the uniqueness of our capacity to destroy Iran. They prided themselves, beat their chest when they killed the Supreme Spiritual Leader in Iran and many of his top aides and people around him.

31:17And yet, as you heard on yesterday's program, Scott Ritter, the President was not hiding out in a bunker. He assured that they had all forms of arrangements to protect his life. He could have been flown out to Russia with safety, but he wasn't. He's 76 years old, filled with disease and decided to die as a martyr. That his value to the cause would be greater if he wasn't hiding in a bunker and got blown up. Instead, he was in his home, his office, and all the people there around him knew that they were going to sacrifice their life that day, and they did. And that suddenly propelled over 2 billion Muslims to look up and say, what just happened, why did it happen, what does this mean for me? Because all the propaganda, all of the false flag, all of this is now becoming apparent, including a clip you'll see possibly later today, depending on who calls in, that Tucker Carlson did, showing that Masaud agents were arrested in two foreign countries in the least, including Saudi Arabia, that were there to do false flags according to what Tucker said.

32:36That meant Israel is bombing facilities in its supposed supportive state, in the United Arab Emirates, by rain, et cetera, Cutter, and Kuwait, and blaming it on the Iranians, but it's not working. They're being found out. Also, by the way, Richard, I don't know if you've seen it, but the largest looks like a globe, it looks like it's about 40 feet by 40 feet, like a dome. But in that is the highest level of intelligence, as to see incoming missiles, and a single drone took that out, a billion dollars to build, probably 20,000 dollars to destroy. So we're going to be having Richard on every day for about five minutes, just giving us what we're not told that is excluded, because it would confuse people about what's really happening.

33:37So Richard, the former jurors, show us what is actually happening, so we have a clear, more honest perspective. Okay, and I'd like to share a context too. One of the things I think is important is not what is happening. So there's no signs of demonstrations in around against the government, no signs of dissension within the military, no signs of a collapse of the government. In fact, it's been the complete opposite. The public, the population's determination to fight Israel, the US, for however long necessary, is that's a given now, and the Iran will win by surviving. And as you said, we have to be very clear about careful of the fall of the war, the fake news, there has been a complete blackout, of course, by the Israeli media, for covering any of the constant bombing that's going on across Israel, as well as Tel Aviv. It doesn't say that the straight-up or moves has been closed about 85% of ships, except those that are flying the Russian flag.

34:45Just before coming on air, I just wanted to check on the price of Brent crude oil today. So it's gone up to $83 per barrel. You can remember about 10 days ago, it was $63. So fill up your gas tanks. And there was a large attack on the aramaco oil refinery Saudi Arabia. This is the main Saudi refinery. This is where $550,000 per day are pumped. It's not confirmed that Iran did it. Iran actually reached out to the Saudis to confirm they were not behind it. So the question again is where the missile or the bomb come from, and also an attack on the port in Oman, which Iran has also denied, which could be really ridiculous to say that it would bomb the Oman. Remember, Oman was the moderating the talks between Trump and Iran and came out saying that those talks are really good. The Iran was agreeing to all the kind of concessions that Trump was demanding concerning nuclear weapons.

35:49So it would be kind of ridiculous for Iran to bomb the Oman, which goes to what you were saying concerning false lab operations, perhaps conducted by Israel. And that was concerning the arrest of Assad agents at Qatar and Saudi Arabia. I guess I'm sure people have already heard about the attacks on the primary girl school. The official number there is 171 dead children between six and 12 years old. That might be also some about a dozen girls that were killed in another girl school that was bombed. I am going to assume these are Israeli bombs, not the American bombs. And so there's no arguing about that because the United Nations Commissioner of Human Rights has acknowledged it. They're going to investigate into a crime against humanity. And right now, the latest figures I got from Iran, the crescent that would be like their red cross, is that there's about 800 total casualties in Iran at this time.

36:51As I said, just getting any kind of information from Israel is almost impossible. Although there's been constant bombing, the percent of blackout. I saw the report this morning from the CCTV reported. This is the TV network in Beijing, China, unfortunately. This is really, really weak in house like it was in Chinese. I can only get a tab of what he was saying. The report was just wandering around Tel Aviv showing all the footage and damage and the bombed out building. Some neighborhoods almost looking like Gaza until the Israeli saw police stopped him. There was a Microsoft artificial intelligence data center in Israel bombed. There was an Amazon data center in the United Emirates that was bombed. And then I just want to also address the complete battle in Bahrain. The Saudi troops are on the way to Bahrain to help this illegal Khalifa family. This is this kind of a despotic, Sunni family that's ruthless Bahrain for decades.

37:58And what people may not realize is that about 80% of Bahrain or Shiite Muslims, they support Ayatollah Khomeini who was recently martyred. But they're ruled by a Sunni minority. It's a B.C. into Saudi Arabia. It's one of the most fundamental is the lobby form of Islam. And the Shi'a majority are treated as second-sent class citizens to Bahrain. They're deprived loans. There are certain freedoms that only the Sunni privilege class have. So the Bahrainians are wanted to get rid of this leadership for decades. More important, there's been constant bombing of the U.S. Navy's fist fleet headquarters, where in Bahrain. And just to say that this base is the most important U.S. military base in the Middle East. It's the operational heart for America's warships, the countermeasure vessels, the logistics ships. And I've seen some footage of this and the attacks have just been endless. I can only imagine this a lot in this base has been completely leveled.

38:59You mentioned, of course, these radar systems. And that was the top missile defense radar system in the United Emirates that was just completely leveled. There's pandemonium and Kuwait largely because Kuwait is just, of always wanted, the U.S. bases out of the country. A U.S. Marine barracks and Kuwait was hit with suicide drones. We know there's deaths, but the U.S. is not confirming how many. There's some kind of a report, but it's unconfirmed about 40 soldiers who killed the nap. The Iran, Iran bombed the U.S. Embassy in Rihad, you can see the images of that completely engulfed in flames. And now they're also bombing the Iranians of bombing up in the Kurdish area, where one of the largest U.S. bases is in Burial. We don't know how many deaths or soldiers are there yet. I just want to make sure one thing that just came to my attention that nobody's got here of, and it's frightening to me. This is from the cradle, Middle East Journal of the Python.

40:02An independent American journalist, Jonathan Larsen, got word that a U.S. combat unit commander has been telling his officers that Trump's in Netanyahu's war against Iran is part of God's plan. And claiming that Trump was annoyed to buy Jesus to ignite Armageddon. Therefore, this attack is bribing sanctions. This reporter, so this may just be of one law by some psychopathic officer. But we have to think again, because reporters noted that in the last 48 hours, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation reported 110 separate complaints across 40 different military units on 30 different bases of this becoming a systemic war. And claiming a systemic religious ideological view that's being disseminated among our military troops. And of course, you could trace this right back to Pete Hegseth, you know, this insane medical crusader, along with the mentally Christian Zionists in circle, there are bad wagons around Trump, who are trying to frame this entire evasion in both of these biblical terms.

41:09So that's what I just like to report, I guess, for today. Here's one other report that we're going to show probably tomorrow. And that is that Tucker Carlson interviewed a person who said that a year ago, when we did the big bombing of all of the nuclear-capable fusion centers in Iraq, Iran ran that he was told that directly from Netanyahu that if America did not do the destroying, then Israel was going to nuke him, nuke Iran. First, that's the first time they've acknowledged they've had nuclear weapons, even though everyone knows they have a large stock out of nuclear weapons. But it shows the radical, rabid Zionist philosophy that we take no prisoners, we care about nothing but ourselves.

42:09And that we didn't know was what could have motivated Trump to think, oh, we don't want nuclear war, so we're going to take care of this. But it shows the total complete capture of the present, his cabinet, everyone in authority, and this is very disheartening. So thank you for this update every day, as this war is going on, Richard Gell will be giving us the true story. And also last night, Laura Engrim and Sean Handy and all these synchophantic people who are all prosinists and pro-war, they're there talking about how the strength of our missiles, unlimited supply, and how accurate they are, killing no civilians, and yet I was watching for two hours last night, and the horrible sights coming out of the Middle East, and the person saying, well, I'm now in Jerusalem, here you're looking at, but look up at the sky. And what I saw was really surprising, the so-called mythical dome, well, in would come these special maracas, what kind we don't know, but it was not their second or third tier which are their best, they're holding those back.

43:23And you see 10, 15, 20 intercepting rockets shoot up from Israel, and you think, this is easy, this is gone. And that rocket, outmaneuvered, which means it had been programmed, in some form of artificial intelligence, to see rocket coming at it, and knew how to dodge it, the others didn't do any dodging. They all missed them. It's just amazing, Richard. This rocket was going right through all the other rockets sent up and making hit hit after hit at hundreds of hits. So, and that's without them going to their top. Here's what I believe real quick. I believe that Russia has not shown us any of its major capacities to destroy a country because they didn't want to reveal this, nor has China. Nor did Iran, and they were sharing the same information of what they can do when they decide to go not just with military hardware, but to go into the internet systems and going to cyber security systems to turn off people's electricity.

44:33That hasn't happened yet. I believe it will. I also believe that when all the news media keeps saying that we're winning, and we start seeing the dead bodies coming back, and exposés coming out, and whistleblowers coming out, then at some point, and I hope it doesn't happen, because I don't want to see any dead, but you're going to see an unloading of their fastest, strongest, undetectable, and unstoppable supersonic missiles going like 100 or 200 at one target, maybe going after Israel's nuclear facilities or going after the major ships. And there's no way in the world that Israel or the United States can knock out 100 of these supersonic missiles, and I believe strategically wise, China and Russia are communicating and directing Iran. So the idea that he's going to go in there and lay these people out, and if they don't go out in the next 10 days and sign a peace treaty, then they're going to throw the big bomb. You keep hearing about the big bomb.

45:38Well, boy, do we have it wrong? All these missiles that Iran's using are older generations, and they're doing that because that's just depleting the defense systems. And of course, the Patriot system is a terrible system. For those of what people say, the Russian S-400 is far superior. And it's mobile. That's the problem with the Patriot system. It's not a mobile system. I mean, as soon as you fire something from the Patriot system, if you don't move that within 10 minutes, 15 minutes, you've already been targeted, and you're going to get, and you're going to get, well, that's what happened in Ukraine. You have to understand their primary mission is not just to sell you gold or silver or titanium. And by the way, silver is the poor cousin of gold. And by the way, gold has earned back all of the $500 per ounce that he lost a month ago. But again, don't be looking at your gold and silver prices on a daily basis that will drive you nuts. It's going to go up, it's going to go down. But what you can do is you can find information by the people whose clips I play. Because these are people are not going to upsell you something. They're going to direct you. The companies make their money when you call in and say, I'd like to buy two ounces of gold. They say, fine. But we've got a really good special today. We have gold, but as a antique coin gold, do you realize how much that's worth?

49:56Don't buy any of that, in my opinion. That's all just a foolish upsell. Because when you go to sell gold or silver, you're not going to sell the base fund. It's an antique value or historical value or uniqueness. You're paying simply by the ounce. And you should not pay more than a 3% commission. Some of these places on television will charge you up to a 24% commission. I know. I just wanted to see. I want to do my homework. So I contacted all of them and I wouldn't buy from any of them. So there are spot markets you could buy from and buy a small amount. Get it in. Never under any circumstances be stupid enough to buy a certificate. Wow. Did you get that message? Yes. Never. Only only. Don't let any idiot talk you out of it. Because if the banks go burst, if that company goes burst, your certificate is worthless. You're not going to get redemption on any of it.

50:57Get the actual gold in hand, get the metal in hand. And don't start something big, go small. Very small. So if there was a fraud or a scandal or some kind, you're not bankrupt. So order like one ounce and see that it goes through, see that the transaction is legitimate, then hide that money, let no one know, especially members of your family, because there would be the first one to steal it from, in most cases. Not all. I'm sure. And look, I don't want to generalize on something as important. I'm willing to bet that there's at least two honest lawyers in America. And I haven't met him yet. And I've had to fire eight of my last eight lawyers for stealing. But I'm sure that one or two exists.
