Can Ashwagandha gummies help kids focus better?

Patil University School of Medicine (India), March 16 2026 (News-Medical)

Stimulant medications, such as dexamphetamine, are commonly used to treat attentional difficulties in children. However, many medications can cause adverse effects, including sleep issues, appetite loss, gastrointestinal problems, and headaches. This has led to interest in herbal remedies with potentially lower toxicity. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine and widely studied for potential stress-reducing and cognitive-supporting effects, and is an Ayurvedic Medhya Rasayana, traditionally used to boost cognitive abilities and memory.

An eight-week placebo-controlled trial assessed the safety and cognitive effects of ARE supplementation in children aged 6 to 12. This trial was conducted at two sites: India and Australia.

Eligible children were healthy, hand had parent-reported attention or memory concerns, rather than diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD. The intervention used Ashwagandha (standardized root extract) supplied as gummies (150 mg per gummy).

After eight-weeks, participants receiving ARE supplementation demonstrated significant improvements in cognitive performance relative to the placebo group, especially in speed of processing and choice reaction time. Additionally, the ARE group made meaningful progress on tasks related to verbal memory recall and executive function.

However, both groups performed similarly on measures of overall attention accuracy and episodic memory accuracy. These findings suggest that the benefits of ARE are more pronounced in speed and efficiency than in accuracy. These outcomes indicate that ARE supplementation could selectively boost specific aspects of cognitive functioning.

00Hi, everyone. I'm Gary Noll. Nice to have you with us today. We're going to begin with the latest in health and healing. And this is a study from India, from the Patel University School of Medicine. Remember, in India they use a lot of different things and what we use in the United States, and they have for thousands of years is called Ayurvedic. And there are studies in the National Library of Medicine, peer-reviewed studies, but most American doctors don't pay attention. This has to do with ashwagandha. And by the way, ashwagandha has a lot of different benefit. There are thousands of studies on it. And in this case, the question was raised, can ashwagandha, gummies, help kids focus better? And here's what they said, and this was in news medical. Quote, stimulant medications, like the amphetamines, are commonly used to treat attention difficulties in children. We're talking about ADD and ADHD. And just for one of a better term, you know, distractions.

03However, many medications can cause adverse effects, including sleep issues, appetite loss, gastrointestinal problems, and headaches. This has led to interest in herbal remedies with potentially lower toxicity. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine and widely studied for potential stress-reducing and cognitive supporting effects. And it is an Ayurvedic tradition. It's been used to boost cognitive ability and memory. So that's what they say. Anyhow, they did a double blind placebo controlled eight-week trial to see if it's beneficial and if it's safe. And they used it on children, six to twelve years of age. And they had two different sites, one in Australia, and one in India. The children were eligible if they were healthy, and parent reported attention problems that had not been resolved.

07So these are kids with ADHD. And they found that standardized route with Ashwagandha, being a little chewy gummy, 120, 150 milligrams, for eight weeks once a day. And they found that there was quote significant improvements in cognitive performance relative to the placebo group, especially in the speed of processing. The choice reaction time. And additionally, the group taking the Ashwagandha made meaningful progress on task related to verbal memory, recall, and executive function. So I say this pretty good. All right. Now to a little personal story. 25 years ago, I was asked by a physician or certified two certifications, one of pediatrics, who came to the office. She said, just you know, orthodox pediatrician, I give all the vaccines, and pretty much we just use drugs.

16And I have three sons, all of whom are on Ritalin. They bounce off the walls. They're not getting good grades because they can't pay attention. And I don't know what to do. And I finally just a friend of mine who does listen to your show says, Gary has helped people with mental conditions. So here I am. So we had a long talk. And I said, would you be willing to have a lifestyle modification change? Because I was going to do a study. I can just speed it up. I've been going to start. She's about a month later under the guidance of a board certified neurologist, associate professor on Sinai, published over a hundred peer review journals, mainstream, Dr. Martin Feldman. And he was checking everyone. You had to have a diagnosis of ADHD had to be on medicine and without improvement for at least three years to get into the study.

19So we were packed. And unfortunately, at first night, everybody brought their kids thinking, you know, this is a good idea. It was a terrible idea. They couldn't sit still. They were yelling. It was a mess. So I told everyone, this study is for you to implement the changes in your children. You can leave them at home. From then on out it went fine. The study was for three months, meeting once a week for three hours. And what happened was, the first week we got rid of all the sugars of any kind, artificial sweeteners, processed sugars. Then we got rid of the dairy in any form, the second week. Then chicken and fish. And no animal proteins. They're diet cleansing the detoxification. That's where they had a lot of issues. Because when you're getting someone off caffeine, getting someone off sugar, getting someone off smoking, you go through a draw period. And that's the top part.

25But I'd already been the head of addiction control for the hospital. So I knew how to get people off whatever they were addicted to and then compliment the body, compensate so that it was, it's not always smooth and easy. Sometimes people do get migraines. Some people just predict our vomit. I was sitting in a bed, ate something. And about a minute later, he looks at me at the hospital. And he just, it goes clear classroom on the wall. But we later, he was fine. And then he was detoxed over the next three months. And never, I followed him for about 15 years, never again, went back to addictive substances. Well, I was doing something similar with this group. So they went through a detoxification, cleansing, and then rejuvenation and rebuilding. And in fact, building a whole new nutritional chemistry. There was exercise. And then I asked, not the parents, them when the kids at the end of the study were brought in, because I wanted to film them.

31I said, here's a question. And I want to, and there was two physicians, by the way, the parents who were there. And I said, has anybody ever asked you this? Any psychologist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, nurse. There are some teachers you like better than others. Yes. Are there some classes where you actually do well in? You get good grades, you sit, you pay attention. Yes. Now, when you are in a classroom with all this available to you, outside the classroom, which you find more interesting, being in a class or outside, outside every single one. And then I said this, when you're at home, and your parents say, let's do your homework, or do you feel anxiety about that? No. So, just so I understand, you have episodes of attention disorder. We can't focus. You're not remembering anything. You can act out.

38But in other classes, you don't. In one environment, you're normal. In another environment, you're not. And then these doctors were looking at me. And like one of those, aha moments. Got it. So I said, well, let me explain this to your parents. What if your kid was diagnosed as having serious cancer on Monday, but to see no cancer, Wednesday, cancer, Thursday, no cancer? That's not possible. You know, when you have something in a systemic, you've got a 24-7. So you shouldn't be better in one class than another. You should be the same at home, as in school, and you're not. This is one of the extreme failures of our entire mental health system. And I did a document on this, a multi-word-winning document last year, it's called Manufacturing Madness, and where it showed the failure of understanding how children are not a pathology, they can be given a label,

46and then put into the physician's desk reference as a legitimate disease. You are not a disease. You're toxic. Look at what happened when Alexander Schultz took the Darian sugar out of prisons, and in one study, the prison law didn't do this, and how so much violent was reduced by 90%. Because these people had cerebral allergies to Darian sugar, so they would react out in ways that were not normal to them. Without that, getting that out of the system, they would act normal. So that's one of the things we have to learn that we have a lot of things that we can change that can make enormous difference. And I just want to share that with you. So a lot of people diagnosed with the condition, it doesn't mean they have that condition.

46It means that medicine missed it completely. No one last thing. At the end of that study, 97% of those children that were in the study over 150 children had no diagnosis of ADD or ADHD. They returned to a normal state of awareness, cognition, executive function, they could sit, they could listen, they could learn, they could repeat back. They didn't have weight problems, they weren't anorexic, normal. You would think that someone would pay attention to that, but no one ever followed up. But once again, I published a lot of papers with a lot of good information of doing stuff that orthodox medicine has been able to do. And it was both positive and challenged. It was positive that we saved lives of misery. But at also at the same time, no one seemed to care. If we had a natural, non-toxic, inexpensive way of helping people.

51So clean up the body. But no one wants to clean up the body because they're making profits over everything that pollutes the body. Especially caffeine. You get rid of the caffeine. Watch people stop. One type of behavior calm down and are able to focus on what's good for them. That's it. We're going to take a break and come right back. Please stay with us. And welcome back everyone. I'm Gary and all. I'd like to hear from you now. Please give us a call. It was called 888-874-4888.

55I'm going to play you a clip now of a meeting of the presidents. It's sociably like president's inter-denominational meeting with different religions get together and sponsored by us, the taxpayers, which I challenge. I don't challenge the religions. If you're a person of faith, good for you. But I've challenged that somehow people of faith should have the ability to become a policy maker, influencing presidential decisions because it benefits their faith. So this is woman. Her name is Carrie Pre-Jean Bowler, B-O-L-L-L-A-R. And she's Catholic. But she's at this Congress where they're all meeting that we never hear about. And that the politicians want a congregation to know or a religious group to know, I'm on your side. You can always come into my office. How can I help you? And then you have all these different people want their interest to be known, not of its transparent, so all behind closed doors.

01But this becomes contentious about Catholicism and other religions and Zionism. It's seven minutes long, but wait till the end because that's when you see what's really behind this highly articulate, very intelligent person who represents Zionism. But listen to what he says. Then that way you see his real intention. It's chilling and mind you. That's a person that is can go into any media, any legislators office can influence, based upon what his needs, the influence are. And none of this are we aware of. Now we're going to go from that clip to Larry Johnson, Larry Johnson's former CIA. He's talking about Iran just down the US fighter jet. And America's suffers massive losses, seven minutes long.

02And then we're going to go to a short clip, four minutes, inside China business. Iran is blowing up $500 million with a radar. And in two of those radars, they blew up or over a billion dollars each with inexpensive drones. And what does that mean? Well, it means something for China. And he'll explain why. That's why you have to look at what happens. There's a war here. How does it impact all over the area and all around the world? It's doing exactly that. And if time permits, Kim Iverson, short a minute and 30 seconds. And now we're having a draft coming closer and closer. What's like Vietnam? How are your children like going automatically having their choice? They'll be drafted. All right, those are clips and interspersed your calls. Be happy to take them throughout the rest of the show. Our talk back number is 888-874-488.

11Thank you. Mr. Frankel, this is for you. You describe very painful experiences at UCLA. And I take that very serious. At the same time, many of the students who I've spoken to personally created, who created those encampments, say that they were protesting the killing of tens of thousands of Palestinians, civilians in Gaza, and their university's financial ties to that war. So I need to ask you, in a country built on religious liberty in the First Amendment, do you believe someone can stand firmly against anti-Semitism, including what you experienced? And at the same time condemn the mass killing of Palestinians in Gaza, or reject political Zionism, or not support the political state of Israel? Or do you believe that speaking out about what many Americans view as genocide in Gaza should be treated as anti-Semitic? Because in my view, the United States cannot and must not make loyalty to a particular theology about Israel, a litmus test for protected speech or moral legitimacy.

12Charlie Kirk said that Jew hate is brain rot. Some people don't have brains. I'm not going to assist them in setting a double standard for the Israeli government and the Jewish people as they fight to defend themselves. These were students calling for intifada within days after October 7th. Before Israel had even entered Gaza, so it's not about them, and they're using Palestinian civilian death, which is horrendous and horrible. They're using it as a prop, and it doesn't matter. My religious beliefs are violated. You don't get to block me because I'm Zionist in a Jew. You want to protest Israel great, 100% go ahead and do it. But the university looked at where masks, even though there's a mass ban, divided time and place and manner restrictions, amplified sounds, went on for years. They kept doing this time after time again. And that's what the judge on said, that's not okay. They can protest, they can't block Jews, and you can't assist them in doing it.

14I'm really grateful that we're having this discussion because I think this is a topic that is really affecting so many Americans. Rabbi Shapiro, he's based in New York. I invited him here today, but he's not here today. He says, and I would love your opinion on this. American Jews are increasingly treated as less fully American. Our loyalty question are belonging made conditional because Zionist ideology falsely claims Israel is the nation's state of Jews everywhere, and that every Jew is nationally tied to it. He says, this framing is antisemitic at its core. It strips us of our identity as Americans, recasts us as foreigners in our own country, and arms antisemites with accusations of divided loyalties and collective guilt for actions we neither chose nor control. No other foreign country does this. No sovereign state claims to politically represent an entire worldwide group defined by religion or heritage and bind its members to its deeds. Yet Jews alone bear this unique unjust burden. That dangerous lie must be rejected openly and firmly.

15The remedy is clear, civic education that teaches unconditional American belonging through citizenship alone, not ethnicity, heritage, or any fabricated foreign tie. We are Americans, full stop, and we reject any doctrine that treats us otherwise. Would you say that statement is antisemitic? What I'll say is that Natan Transky says there's three things that you shouldn't do with Israel. Shouldn't delegitimize it, you shouldn't demonize it, and you shouldn't apply a double standard. You can abide by those three things, you're not antisemitic. So by not being a Zionist, is that making you an antisemite? I don't think you need to be a Zionist to support a country that defends itself and is free and religious in a hostile neighborhood. So is anti-Zionism a little once taken care of? Yes, it is. To take that point for a second. Let me back up. I didn't want to step over that answer. I didn't know you were still, both of you, still talking. Just to be clear, is anti-Zionism anti-Semitism? Yes. It is under IHRE.

20You're up there. What is the definition? I would love to speak to that. Undoubtedly anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism, and undoubtedly, and one does not have to support the specific policies of the government of Israel. To not support the right of Israel to exist, which is what an anti-Zionist do, while not taking that same stand to the 28 Muslim countries and 13 Christian countries in this world, is a double standard, is hypocrisy, and is absolutely anti-Semitism. I think it's also important that we not make Islamophobic remarks while we're here today. I would appreciate that. I just want to say, God forbid, was anything like that said, but if the Jewish people are the only people that you deny the right to have its own state, that is absolutely a double standard hypocrisy and anti-Semitism.

27Well, as you know, I'm a Catholic. I'm a Catholic, and Catholics do not embrace Zionism, just so you know. So are all Catholics anti-Semites, according to you? As I said, anti-Zionism by denying the right of the Jews to have their own state while not saying the same for any other people, that is a double standard hypocrisy and anti-Semitism. So just to be clear, are Catholics anti-Semites? Kerry, excuse me. I'm going to interrupt the discussion. Our committee is focused on religious liberty taken from all people, whether it be Muslims, Jews, Christian Sikhs, we've had all those witnesses here. This is not a commission on defining religions or calling out any theology, or this is not the commission for that. Right, so we're talking about a foreign nation, so I want to be clear on what the definition of anti-Semitism is. I don't support the political state of Israel, am I an anti-Semite? Yes or no?

27They already answered. Yes, according to you on the record, yes. I don't support the political state of Israel. I don't personally label people, but what I'm saying is if somebody has, if somebody states an anti-Zionist, if somebody says they're an anti-Zionist, they are saying about themselves that they have a double standard and hypocrisy, and they're taking anti-Semitic positions. Kerry, do you feel like you have your questions? I don't agree with that, because as a Catholic, I don't agree that the new modern state of Israel has any biblical prophecy, meaning it all. So that's my stance, and I'm Catholic. Dr. Ben. Bloomberg is reporting that about half of all of Iran's missile launchers are still intact and that they're not able to actually destroy these launchers due to where they are located inside of Iran.

30There's also, of course, the reports that CENTCOM have now acknowledged of the downed KC-135 refueling tanker over Iraq, another one successfully landed, I believe, off the Mediterranean in Israel. Reports of the USS Gerald Ford undergoing mysterious fires on board, and then the USS Lincoln, according to Iran, has retreated because of damage it sustained in a confrontation with a small Iranian vessel. Now that there's even reports, the U.S. is going to send a 2500 to 5000 Marines into deployment in the Middle East to sensibly escalate this war. The U.S. is like the drowning man off the Titanic trying to find something to grab hold onto, stay afloat, and even if you stay afloat, you're still going to freeze the doubts in the water. The United States has started a war that it cannot win because ultimately to win and take control of this situation, you'd need troops on the ground, except you're going to need about four million troops, maybe three million, you get away with.

42And that's three million, but suffer catastrophic losses in trying to take control of Iran. Let's start with the lie being told to the American public that this KC-135 is an ever-fueler that it crashed, explaining me how it crashed. Normally, unless there was a catastrophic mechanical failure, which I know is that that didn't happen, I mean, I know what happened, it got shot down. But let's go with the Pentagon story. Oh, it was they crashed. Okay, normally you crash on takeoff. That's one of the most dangerous times because an engine gives out or cargo shifts. Or you crash on landing, again, something mechanical goes wrong. Or there's such terrible weather, you know, you caught in a sandstorm and, you know, the.

44But none of that happened. This plane with this plane was not encountering bad weather. So how does a plane go from flying at say 25,000 feet or 20,000 feet and suddenly crash into the desert? How does that work? The way it works is it was shot down. Okay, so the Pentagon's line about that just because they want to they don't want these casualty numbers to go up to reflect what's actually going on. And we got a hint last week about the nature of the casualties when we could go Wednesday on the 4th of March, there was a memo released at the launch stool medical regional medical center in Germany. And launch stool is the hospital that's the primary stopping place for wounded soldiers from combat situations where the first sent to stabilize them until they can then get them on a plane and headed back to Walter Reed in Bethesda, Maryland.

48And I knew Walter Reed well. I just I lived actually four or five blocks north of Walter Reed on West Virginia Avenue. But so what we saw a week ago will Wednesday on the 4th launch still put out a memo saying, hey, all you pregnant ladies are thinking about coming here to have a baby. You think again, you're not going to get to come here. We're shutting down the maternity services because we got to get focus on our primary mission. Now they didn't write in there that the primary mission is dealing with combat casualties, but that is their primary mission. Same day, next day, in the stars and stripe version of the newspaper issued over there, 16 miles east of lunch stool is another US military base called Kaiser's Loutern and Kaiser's Loutern put out of the heel for hey, we need some blood donors like quick emergency emergency.

51So that right away told you that there were more than just a few casualties flowing in to lunch stool and then Thursday night. I can't remember is Thursday night or Friday. I got the first pictures of three large medical transport buses. The band implies something smaller. This is bigger than a minivan by far park at Andrews Air Force Base and it was a Walter Reed medical transport. So they're picking up so that you know patients coming out of lunch stool were then being landed at Andrews and taken to Bethesda to Walter Reed. You know, that's what's going on. Lots of casualties more so than they are mentioning one of the I know that one of the bases has run out of the they have no remaining air defense system.

51It is run out. So here going forward, the US troops that are still there, they have no they have no defense against missile and drone attacks. If Iran decides to press the attacks there, there will be a lot of casualties. The Iraqi resistance that took credit for the down KC 130 refueling tanker that took the lives. I believe it was six US personnel. Ron has oil prices going up through the closure straight up for moves now $100 a barrel again approaching that it fluctuates. But overall the trend is upward. We have the Iran also that with the news that Marines are going to be coming to the Middle East. Ron's IRGC is saying, please, we are ready for you. And you probably saw the imagery layer of on Kud's day. You had, what's up, Przeszki and the president of Iran, you had Abbas Akci, the foreign minister and Larry Johnny, the head of National Security Council.

53They were all there without a security. They were all there in a huge rally of millions of Iranians without a security detail. And so I'm curious, if you could comment on Iran's position right now, we hear that from the Trump administration that they're looking to surrender. I'm curious if you agree with that. No, well, Trump has always is lying about that. So let me ask, so you're not a military guy. I mean, you've got some knowledge. But you tell me how you think, okay, we've got 25, give me the mission. Tell me, tell me what those 2500 Marines, what are they going to do? Good morning. In the earliest days of the war, Iranian forces launched drone and missile attacks against strategic radars in the Persian Gulf region. These radar installations are crucial for air and missile defense and serve as a theater wide warning system. The FAD system is terminal high altitude area defense and identifies and engages incoming ballistic missiles.

00Obviously, the system is reliant on radar to make all that work. And Iran is knocking out those radars. But an Air Force base in Jordan, a TPI-2 radar was hit and those come with a $500 million price tag. That's just for the radar plus the cost of the missiles, which are useless without the radar. Another attack took out a radar in Saudi Arabia and two others in the UAE and Qatar. The replacement radar is being hurried over to Jordan to replace the one blown up there. And further down, the Wall Street Journal points out that another race is on to finish the war in Iran before stockpiles of interceptor missiles run out. From the start of this channel, we've pointed out the supply chains for the Pentagon all run through China. Literally not a single weapons platform or strategic asset gets built without wear-earth metals.

05And China has monopolies on almost all of them. What's more, China has dual use export bands that expressly forbid their sale to companies that are building weapons. The Pentagon contractors, in other words, cannot source raw materials from Chinese companies. What we're doing here is finding out what components the raw materials are required to build a weapons platform, in this case the TPI-2 radar. Those are built by Raytheon. And these radars are scarce. This is a press release from Raytheon from last May, 2025, after the company delivered just the 13th TPI-2 radar, in which was the first such delivery to the US missile defense agency. So in the first few days of the war, Iran took down at least four of those.

05The system is a gallium nitride-populated array system. Gallium nitride allows for longer range and surveillance capability. China has a monopoly, may as well say, on the production of gallium. 98% of the global production of gallium comes from here. The United States is 100% dependent on imports. So these radar systems that are being blown up by Iranian drones and rockets, they cannot be replaced until China relaxes those export bands or the weapons makers. A caveat here, because this is a common point of confusion. China had hard bands on the exports of gallium, germanium, and ansemonia, and some others. But as part of the trade deal with the Trump administration, that restriction was removed last November. But export bands from China, the weapons makers, and the companies on the dual use export list, those stay.

11That's to say that some western civilian manufacturers can import these metals, including gallium, but weapons makers cannot. Lithuan is one of the companies on that list. The unreliable entities list includes all the top Pentagon contractors, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Raytheon, and those companies are banned from importing from China. So all the radars that just got blown up across the Middle East, they're gone forever. This is Nanjing. Be good. Well, military draft rules have changed just in time for the war in Iran. The US House of Representatives passed a measure to automatically register men for the selective service, updating requirements for the first time in decades. Just as we're in war now to be fair, they did pass this in December. The rule change goes into effect this coming December 2026.

11All males aged 18 to 26 will be automatically registered for selective service. Mothers out there are worried that we're going to have a draft that they're going to see their sons get it, and daughters get involved in this. President Trump wisely does not remove options off of the table. When this happened in Vietnam during the Vietnam War, it was pretty much right away. They didn't wait until they ran out of soldiers. The draft lottery, a live report on tonight's picking of the birth dates for the draft. No, it happens pretty quickly, so don't think, well, we'll wait and see, and once we see a bunch of American soldiers dying in Iran, then they're going to do the draft. Now they might do the draft on us pretty quickly. A lot of young men, before they were sent off to Vietnam, when they received their induction notices, a lot of them did a lot of pretty extreme things in order to avoid being shipped off to war. My dad was telling me about some of the things that some of his friends did, like one guy paid a friend to hit his leg with a sledgehammer. Another looked at a bright light in a factory, and tried to make himself go blind. Young men are viewed as pawns on a chess board to be taken out in order to protect the king.

12Their government, the oligarchs, the corrupt, greedy, money-making, war mongers in Washington, want to use them for cannon fodder. That's it. We're going to take a break and come right back. I'd like to hear from you now. Please give us a call at 888-874-4888. Please stay with us. Thank you, Kevin. Kevin, if you would, even Peter get a one or two clips together for the people who have given us some insight of what they learned when they spent one or two weeks at the previous retreats.

23I'm letting the audience know that I'm working with the 93-year-old woman up in Westport, Connecticut. I did my first in-depth discussion with her yesterday, and I'm going to share the journey because a lot of people in this audience are caregivers, part-time, full-time, where someone in their family can no longer take care of themselves, generally because they've gotten older and are losing cognition. There's a lot you can do to help them, but you have to really know all of this. As I'm helping this woman get back to health and I believe that she's at the end and she still has things she wants to do in her life. I'm going to make this like a classroom on the air. She's agreed to that, so that's good. Anyhow, let's see if we can't save her, so she can live another healthy, happy day.

29I've got several things I'm going to share with you now. I'd like your input, for example. When we're talking about this war in a brand and in the whole Middle East because it's all been affected, do we realize how that's going to impact, for example, two billion additional people? How so? Where are they going to get their food if there's no fertilizers? There's no fertilizers because it requires the petroleum to make those fertilizers. As a result, there's going to be a lot of non-harvest because there won't be any plantings. Because they won't have anything to nourish the soil, frequently in areas of the world where they don't have good top soil. But they have fertilizers, they can grow crops. That's just one item. The food shortages that are going to be coming. Now, if this goes on to a certain time, then you've lost the window of wind to plant because you can't just plant any time you want within a one-year cycle.

34You can't plant during a monsoon. It'll be washed out. You can't plant during a severe hot drought. The sun is too hot and they don't have the shade for large areas. You don't have shade cloth, for example, over a five-mile farm doesn't exist. All these other things are not being considered, but they should be because it's more than just an elevated price for gasoline. It's going to happen. So there's a point to where if you're driving at a certain speed and you go to put on your brakes, you have to consider how long it's going to take before you reach what you're going to crash into. It doesn't happen a second after you hit the brakes. There's a time lapse and we're not consuring the impact over a period of time on people's lives. Very selfish pursuit that special interests are doing. You know, I'd like to hear from you. So Kevin and Peter are going to be screening your calls to get you on the air as soon as we can.

40I'm going to ask you several to tie in. If you can, I see a connection. Do you see a connection? I'm going to give you an example. These are true stories. A woman was set on fire, completely innocent woman. The person who set her on fire had 72 previous arrests for being extremely violent. But he was let out. A woman was murdered, brutally murdered. The person murdered her 45 previous arrests. A woman was murdered, 39 previous arrests that her murder. A man was murdered, 33 previous arrests for violence. Another woman was murdered, 17 previous arrests. I'm only giving an example of five people who were career criminals, violent in the extreme. No bail, let out, low bail, let out.

43And then they went on to kill people. There are thousands of these examples. But then you have this. Should it be all right to steal? Simple, right? There are a lot of people who say absolutely. But you didn't work for it. You didn't earn it. What right you have to for it. Why do you feel you can take someone else's property? Now, it doesn't matter what someone steals. It's that right now we're having more theft than ever before in American history. Not everywhere. I call them the never-do-wells. Think of the people that in a heartbeat when exploits you in any way they could sexually, financially, steal from you. And people do. In the numbers of there, a trillion dollars just through the federal government being stolen every year. A trillion dollars takes a lot of people to steal that much, but they're getting away with it.

45And even when they're caught, or it's shown that they've done it, there's no consequences. Think of all the people who it took to steal 4.2 billion dollars from the stores in New York City. Now, imagine that you're one of the people who own one of those little stores. And suddenly one day people come in, they start, if it's have a dash or they're taking your suits, if it's dress shop, they're taking your dresses, and just walk out of the store. You know you can't stop them. If you try to block the way you could be arrested. Now, what do you think of that? Is that okay? Maybe it is. Maybe we should make it a point to arrest people who are victims. But not arrest people who are the perpetrators, because that's exactly 100% what is happening. Don't try the idea that, well, I deserve it. Nobody deserves what they haven't earned. Period.

50If we want to be generous, if we want to be thoughtful, if we want to be caring, if we want to be benevolent, if we want to be spiritual, then we will seek out what we can in our capacity to have some gifts, to share with other people or cause legislation that allows these individuals not to be victimized by circumstances beyond their control or system. But to say it's all right, and we make it no longer a violation for assault, for various types of category three sexual assault, like groping. So does that make it okay? And if you feel good with that, if you feel, yeah, that's not so bad. Let's not fill up our prisons. Then suddenly that becomes the norm. Let me give you some additional examples. It was just reported today that a guy charged $2,200 in New York to fill one small pothole.

55Now, how many potholes are there? I have no idea. But I'm pretty sure there are tens of thousands in the five burrows, especially in the wintertime after it snows and freezing falling. And the materials frequently used are not the standard they should be. But how does person get away with that? Because you frequently have cost plus contracts, which we should never have had. Let me just explain that in real language that you can understand. Let's just say your major, let's say your armament manufacturer, your Boeing, your Raytheon, Hughes, etc. You give a contract and in the contract, you build in not just all of the expenses, but you throw in there the cost of all your lobbying. So we, the taxpayer, are paying a corporation's salaries to send people into offices of our elected officials to an effect bribe them to take money for the re-election campaigns in order to pass legislation that allows them no bid contracts

05or contracts that are automatically rebooted, meaning you said it was going to cost one million dollars to finish this particular project. You're now two years late and you're being paid a million dollars a year. There are private jets, corporate jets, they're in there. The townhouses they own for their corporate, their board of directors and others go and enjoy. They're on there. Everything you could possibly put into a budget they put in, and minutes plus. So it's the contract plus. This is one of the greatest exploitations of people's innocence and ignorance on the issue. They think the government watch dogs are doing good job. There is no such thing as good jobs for any of the inspector generals. If so, then let them show us who they arrested for what crimes, especially those exploiting us. Everybody wants to exploit who's in the business of knowing how to exploit, and yet nothing is done.

07Even after we find them guilty, we frequently continue these contracts. That's something I know because I've done the research on it. So in New York, $2,200, there should have cost you no more than $100, $100, $2,200. Then you go to California, and in Los Angeles, in one of the very derelict areas where people are defecating on the street, but that becomes normal. You just look, walk around it. They're spending $89,000, as I've yesterday, per homeless person. I don't have time to go into the science of this, but there's lots about chemical science showing the most important foods to put in your body every day. Are cruciferous vegetables? Why? If you were to Google benefits and proven health benefits of cruciferous vegetables, you would have probably 50,000 studies, minimally.

21Things that they do to build up your immune system, protect you, detoxify your body. It's legendary in science that you need a certain amount of servings of fruits and vegetables per day, a certain amount of fiber, a certain amount of protein, a certain amount of water. Water is our number one ingredient in the body, by far, and yet people are dehydrated. I mean, severely dehydrated. This 90th-year-old woman I'm working with, she was so dehydrated, and I said, what did the hospital, I didn't want to go to the hospital after she found her bathroom hurt herself. So what happened? Well, when I crawled out of the bathroom, which shook me hours, because I had all these injuries, and someone came by, and finally, they called the ambulance, ambulance came, I didn't want to go to the hospital, so they just picked me up and put me on my bed. Well, how are you supposed to eat? How are you supposed to go to the bathroom? I couldn't.

24And so I didn't want to drink because everything would come right out of me. And everything I'm saying, she will tell you in her own words, she has no problem, because she realizes if she can get her life back, if she can get her health back, if she can get her physical capacity back, then she wants to share her journey with other people. Good for her. It takes a lot of courage to do that. She's very open. In any case, think of how little the average person is consuming in healthy liquids. A cola is not a healthy liquid. It actually is diuretic. Caffeine is diuretic. It's terrible for you. But we're caffeine-addicted nation. It gives us our energy, but it's an artificial energy. It exhausts the adrenal glands in the process. But you're Christopher, first vegetables are the one thing you really need and you benefit from. But we're not eating them. It wasn't a George Bush senior who says, you know, he didn't like broccoli. He doesn't like broccoli. But you should be having broccoli, and we're not.

24So in any case, I'm creating, I have created what I consider the most important, powerful, all-encompassing, immune, protecting body, cleansing, detoxifying. And this is called cruciferous. And the cruciferous is all natural. And listen to what it contains. It has the most phytonutrient polyphenyl rich products, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, real cacao, chocolate, apple fiber, organic beets, carrots, cabbage, parsley, and spinach, apple pectin, organic turmeric, color greens, organic brussel sprouts. There's nothing like this. And guess what? The average person doesn't get a single serving in a day. They get parts of a serving. Even that company that bragged them originally, they bragged until I found out what they were doing.

31And I took their product into my, into a laboratory, cost me about $1,500. Do they, how many servings they have in this? They're claiming it's same as food. It wasn't, not even serving. I notified them, they changed that. Good for them. Otherwise, their product was pretty good. But don't say you've got something when you don't. Well, we're not getting enough servings of our vegetables. We're sure as Dickens not getting enough of our cruciferous vegetables. You're getting three full vegetable servings in one scoop, three. That's a huge, huge advantage for people who want to be healthier, cleanse detox fire, protect. Now, I'm not making medical claims, but I can tell you an awful lot of the actual science, because I've collected all those studies of what it does. But you don't have to have me tell you, go up and Google for yourself. Google, Brussels sprouts, Google, collard greens, Google, turmeric. There's probably 20,000 studies on turmeric. It's one of the most studied, most beneficial herbs in the world, from that get your cure cumin, chocolate, tens of thousands of studies, what it does.

38So that's what you're getting. Three full servings. And I'll bet you're not having even a half a serving per day. But there's going to be more to it than that. I'm also giving you something to help you, help you not have the cortisol race all over your body because you get angry about something or stress about something. And I have a product is called simple, it unwind, unwind, chill out, de-stress. And it's got phenomenal things. And then I'm offering something I haven't done before. My natural toothpaste and all the different reasons why this toothpaste would be the best toothpaste. So you're getting unwind with all of its natural ingredients. I mean, just all the herbs that are important. You're getting cruciferized stuff. You're getting a natural toothpaste. And you're getting four part series, a document I did, and four parts that shows you how to deal with depression and anxiety and behavioral problems.

42It tells you how to plant and grow things. I'm in the orchard showing you how to do all this, how to grow anything you want, which is really, really nice. There's something very natural about having your hands in the soil, putting in the seas, nurturing, and then one day going out, picking off a raspberry. I'm going to take some pictures later today of picking some raspberries. They just came into bloom and how I did it without the cold weather we've been having down here, affecting it. So you're getting all this, okay? And here's what you're saving. You're saving 63%. That's correct. You're saving $170. You're only going to pay 99 bucks. That's a huge discount for something that's so important for you. All right? And here's what you do. You simply call 877-627-5065-877-627-5065, and make sure you're getting all this into your system every day.

51Let's just say, do you have the, by the way, in my chill out, we have Rhodiola, Rusea, Green T-Extract, Philodendron Extract, Ashwaganda Extract, Magnolia Extract, and Magnesium Acetrate, all natural, phenomenal for you. Kevin, do we have anyone on the line? No calls. Okay, could you, we'll finish off and go out of the program playing a clip of people who unedited, uncoached, just walked up to a telephone, picked up and said, just finished a week with Gary. And here's my, my experience. Could you play that please? We'll do one caller. And I've just spent a week at Gary's retreat. And my personal experience, before I got here, I was going to doctors dealing with pain, arthritis, and my knee and my leg. At over a year, it got progressively worse. To the point where I could barely walk. So what the doctor did for me, he put me on pain killers. He said, when I got back, he was going to start doing injections.

58And eventually was going to come to a knee replacement operation because the pain was so bad. When I got here, I could barely walk. I walked around the track once. Pain, pain, pain. After the third day, I was able to walk around the track three times with less pain. After the fourth day, I walked around the track and I barely had any pain. It was a life change and experience for me as far as the pain and my knee. Oh, the lecture was very, the lectures are very inspiring. The lectures changed my way of thinking of what I have to do when I go back home. I know exactly what I have to do. I know how I have to eat. And I know what I have to do in order to continue the healing that I'm in now. Hello, my name is Patricia and I'm here at a wonderful retreat. And when I came here, I didn't have a lot of energy and I feel much more energized today and healthier because of everything I've learned, very inspirational educational studies.

13And I feel stronger in myself. When I go home, I have to practice and I will remember what I've learned that if I have a negative thought, I have to replace it with a positive one. And I also learned that I should not let people who take my energy, I should not associate too long with people like that because they take my energy from me. All the food was wonderful, healthy juices and gourmet food. And I did learn mindful eating habits, which I thought was excellent, where you sit and relax. And you look at your food and you appreciate your food and concentrate on where it came from, where it was grown and enjoy it and relax with that.

31I'm very thankful for the week I spent here. I've learned a lot and I would definitely recommend it. I want to also say that I had a very good healing energy experience, where I felt very peaceful after the energy experience and I feel better relaxed now. Good. Okay. This is just a couple of people and up comes the last of the retreats. It's one week. It'll be the 10th of May for a week and you experience what you're open to experience. But everyone has an opportunity to experience things beyond anything they've experienced before in their life. How about that? But see for yourself, because I have about 10,000 testimonials we date over the years and from all kinds of wonderful opportunities.

36For a lot of you, it's a chance to realize you're not just aging out, or there's nothing left that will give you power, passion, creativity and enjoyment. Get out of your routines, get out of this ritual of waiting to die. Let's get back into life. Call them in. 903-881-708-903-881-708. I look forward to sharing more tomorrow, and I'll be making some announcements tomorrow about some very positive things, because I'm half of it last night I got through the other half I'm going to get through tonight, and that is the most powerful documentary I've ever done in my life. I've done over 107 documentaries, which have won over 1,200 awards. This is going to be meaningful, more powerful in a person's life. I'm going to explain what we're going to do this different so you can have a chance to see it. Have a nice day everyone.

49Thank you very much.
