0:00Hi, everyone. I'm Gary and all. We're on a journey of empowerment, and today we're going to talk about what we can do to be healthier, simple things, not expensive, but benefit everyone all around the world. For example, from the University of Missouri, a study published in the previous year in nutrients and broadcast over news medical, eating almonds can reduce inflammation if you're overweight and if you're overweight, you have a lot of inflammation in your joints, around your heart, etc. So this is telling us that if you consume almonds on a regular basis, maybe two ounces, that's not a lot, and you can eat the whole almond or you can get organic raw almond butter and just put it into your smoothie. And by the way, I also, I have a, if you hope that my refrigerator, I have nine different organic raw sprouted, that's the key sprouted,

1:01that's filled with enzymes, and it allows about a producing really good bacteria in your gut. I have nine different, I've got macadamian and almond and pistachio and walnut, which is one of the two best and the can, philbert, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds. So you can get all these, but you don't want them all eaten whole because the fiber frequently is too rough for a lot of people who have poor digestion or inflammation already and you're intestine like those with crumbs disease and diversiculitis, plastic colon, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. So the raw organic sprouted, those three things should go together and you're getting just absolute powerful perfection and getting into your system. Now that in turn turns off inflammation, which is what you want. By the way, that's why the antioxidants having that glass of fresh made

2:06orange juice, a glass of grapefruit juice, even some warm water with the juice of two lemons in it, grape for the body, and also keep hydrated. A lot of people don't drink enough, energy hydrated, that can lead to fatigue, and also can change the electrical charges to your heart. Remember, everything in the body is based on getting nutrients in and getting debris out, and that's why being properly hydrated helps that. If you don't have enough water, you're going to be constipated. You're also going to have brain fatigue. You're also not giving the cell in the mitochondria, the energy factor in the cell, the energy it needs to really do its job. There's a little, a little chemical called ATP adenosine triphosphate. That's what actually allows the spark that allows the energy to become present. If you don't have enough water, you're going to get less energy, more fatigue, be tired, more often, and you don't want the

3:08electrical charges to your heart to be dissipated because you're dehydrated, and that can happen. But in this particular randomized controlled trial, for six weeks, almond consumption affected the immune and inflammatory markers in this group of people in many were obese. That is very important because people walk around all day with chronic low-grade inflammation. The heart level and your arteries and your brain. When anything you can do to turn off the inflammation and the best thing you can do, the absolute single best thing you can do is put polyphenols, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, those three. Your best is to have fresh, organic food. Juicing it, you're going to get a real jolt to protect you because you've got antioxidants going all over the body. The antioxidant, let's just say you're watching this now because I filmed this. By the way, you can watch all of my health nutrition because I own the

4:14copyright to it. I can't, I can play you clips where you can listen to the clip. I can't show it because the person who made the film owns the copyright on it. So that's why you hear it but can't always see it. But in this case, you see it. So here you got a free radical and you've got billions of them. So they go into a cell and they hit the cell, they glum onto the cell, they damage the cell. They can destroy the cell. Then the body has to go through a process of, well, almost self-suicide. It's willing to sacrifice that cell in the cells around it to protect the rest of the body. How does it know to do this? This is part of the wonder of life. And it's why I can give you a hundred reasons why there's an energy that we don't pay attention to, don't study or unaware of, and yet it is the purpose and meaning of life that's right in it. Like right now, about every eight seconds, I'll blink. That's what everyone on Earth will do because it creates a tear duct that goes over the eye so your eye doesn't shape and you don't

5:19go blind. Right now, there's a certain amount of saliva coming out of my mouth. There's two tiny little holes under the tongue. From there comes Thailand and Amalace, two enzymes. They'll take whatever food you've just eaten and start bringing it down. So you've got bolus, which is a bunch of food in your mouth, the more you chew, the more you liberate the nutrients. The slower you eat and the more you chew, the more of the actual nutrients will be absorbed. What we do, we take one to bite, boom, down it goes. That's terrible. That's foolish. And then to make it worse, we take a hot beverage or a cold beverage, neither which there's a lot of it, like it likes room temperature beverages. Everything I drink is at room temperature. In fact, I have my cup of herbal tea here and I don't put the water on a boiler. I simply run the water under the tap until it's hot. I put my tea bags under in the cup and then it's not going to hurt and destroy the nature, the antioxidants and the

6:26essential nutrients. It liberates the oils and essential nutrients to become more bioavailable. And the same thing, you don't see me drinking a cold beverage or a hot beverage with a meal. In fact, I almost never drink any beverage with a meal because it oversaturates the stomach and confuses the digestive process. Then you're overeating, you're eating too much food, you're eating the wrong combinations of food, then you're then you're flooding all that, making a complete mess out of your digestive system. I wrote a book on this years ago, a very popular book called Why Your Stomach Hearts and it shows you how to eat properly. You think we know that? We do not. I don't know anyone who eats properly. Generally, they eat too fast. They don't chew, mascicate their food properly because the more you break down the lego cellulose and the hard fibers, the more nutrients will actually be absorbed in the geogenum, part of the intestine,

7:26or tiny little hair-like follicles. That's where your nutrients are absorbed by millions of these. But if you are constipated, you're not getting absorption. You're overfed and under nourished. You can even and think of the people that drink coffee and take their vitamins. That's absolutely ridiculous because the caffeine is a diuretic. It's going to wash a lot of your nutrients by your system, especially potassium, selenium, zinc, and magnesium. Not good. So you could be taking your vitamins and then do a blood test and show you how very low or even deficient vitamins. I take that each day, but as it absorbs, I don't know about absorption. You just know to take a vitamin. We got to start paying a lot more attention to these little details. So relaxing yourself, I don't talk on a meeting, and I want to enjoy the food. I want to take my time. I want to put on some very soft, flute music, something just to relax. Good. Then you take your time, you put your fork or spoon

8:32down between each bite, and suddenly your whole body dynamic is changing because the energy you're honoring, you're honoring the 37 trillion cells. You're honoring the process of the saliva going in and salivating the food, and then it goes into the stomach through the the cardiac sphincter muscle opens up and it goes into the stomach, and then the different enzymes necessary to digest the food to into a kind which is like a soup. And then that goes into the intestines, deacidified, goes through and then it's absorbed, and then it's properly eliminated through peristalsis. That is how you keep yourself healthy. That's how you maximize nutrients. So when you drink a glass of juice, it doesn't require digestion at all. It goes in and right in, going all over the body. Now that creates antioxidants which trap the free radical. And vitamin C is known to circulate throughout the body multiple times, trapping

9:35the most amount of antioxidants. So the more antioxidants are in your body, the more free radicals are trapped. And then when you get trapped, those free radicals, all the other inflammatory agents are reduced. So now you're turning down the inflammation heat in the body. And hence just in 28 days, and the only study ever done in scientific history, I did and publish the results I was able to reverse seven-year average. You couldn't get into study unless you had had arthritis for seven years. We're under supervision of a rheumatologist and taking medication. So this way they couldn't say, well, they didn't, they improved because they didn't have arthritis. I hear all this time. Well, they didn't have stage four terminal cancer. So you know, they, they had a spontaneous remission. You hear that all the time. Okay, good. Can you slow in catering? Can you MD Anderson? Can you Roswell Park? Can you show me at the Mayo Clinic? Can you show

10:36me a high percentage of terminal patients that all has spontaneous remissions? And we're cured? You can't, you can't even show me one in all of America. I can show you a lot. But that means that you first have to have enough of an open mind and be willing to really care about the healing rather than controlling the patient outcome. Because you don't give refunds nor do you even give, you don't even give assigned toe tag or flowers when you're, you're rewarded for your efforts and not pre-results. That should change. That can only change when you change the state take responsibility. Then you start seeing, wow, I was not aware. All these other things can make a difference. Yeah, when was the last time medical school you were taught how to master your food? How many times? What look is to take? How about never, ever? But what about people who know this have used it and found it works? Oh, who also graduated with you? And they are healing

11:41patients that you're not helping keep people healthy, preventing. So I'm saying use one lesson what I call intellectual coupling. You learn, you learn something new, you attach it to everything else. So it has a quantum ability to help help people heal. After 28 days, these people couldn't even walk up the steps that pain. 94% cured. And we followed them for two years as long as they stayed on the protocol. No more inflammation, no more cytokine storms, no more free radicals at high level proliferation, no more destruction of the DNA, the rejuvenation process. Inexpensive, natural, non-toxic, and it worked. So you want to turn off the inflammation, juice more, especially green juices. And if you want to really live a longer life,

12:46take the antioxidants, the traps are free radicals, and allows the cells not to be damaged. Because right now, the average person in America is having about 12,000 gene alterations every 24 hours. We'll multiply the math. 37 trillion average, some or more, some or less. 37 trillion cells in our body, times 12,000. That's a huge number. And that's why we're not all aging at the same rate. All right? I'm going to post the pictures today, give you an example of this. Last week, I got some cherries I had never had before, in 30 years of living here. I've been grafting and doing different types of fertilization more frequently, not once a year, once a week. So I was trying everything I could try. And these cherries are huge. Some of the cherries are large

13:50as a plum. Never had this before. And so I go out every morning and I walk all through all the orchards and I have a big light apron with a huge pocket on it. You can hold over two gallon stuff. And I'll pick this guava right now, today, without this morning picking guava, these giant cherries. And there's lemons, limes, kiwis, about 12 different fruits, and I feed them to myself and the animal. I took a picture. Now, it's, it was like 87 degrees. I don't use makeup. I don't blow out my hair. I just wash it in the morning, take a shower, and boom, blah, blah, and that's it. Take a look carefully. And you guess how old I am by that picture? All right. And I'm seeing that in people who just finished the nine month anti-aging study,

14:53which, by the way, for everyone, we have the meeting to go through your final step, the physical exercise diary and the final DNA methylation. That's the gold standard. That test is going to tell you how much you deage and what your actual biological age is. And people are going to be shocked. And then we've opened the door and we've been at six times. So now some of the top anti-aging experts in the world are watching this. So very shortly, we're going to have hopefully some very good news to share with you. But everyone was on the, what I'm just talking about now, how to eat, how to flood your body with antioxidants throughout the day, not just once, with throughout, trapping these free radicals. Suddenly you go from 12,000 DNA destructive hits by free radicals, maybe it's 2,000. The more juicing you do, the better food you eat, the higher quality nutrients, having your blood tested, so you make sure you're not deficient. Then suddenly, their body is thriving. And I've been getting a feedback. And they're looking different.

15:59Their hair is coming in different. Their skin is different. Their immune system is different, because we were measuring all these as part of the almost 100 things we measure before and after. And it's not an opinion. This is your blood before. This is your DNA when you started. This is your DNA in your blood today. Wow. So this is exciting. So the information I'm giving you right now, like having the raw nut butters that are sprouted. Anyhow, you'll take a look at some of these cherries. I don't want to forget that. And see, you ever saw cherries like this before? So anyhow, I'm going to do a little video on how to grow your own food organically. And do it so that you can have year-round, 12 months year, you can have blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, all kinds of gooseberries, all kinds of berries, and other vegetables. You can grow your own home in your backyard on your roof. So that's coming at you.

17:02All right, so that's it. That's our little classroom on the air. And so this is showing that when you take almonds, and I'm saying all the other nut butters are good also. They get good sources of protein and great fats. And so that study showed that it impacted your lipids, your insulin, your serum and inflammatory markers. You're including the NF-alpha, tumor-decorosis factor, alpha, the IFN gamma, the IL-6, the IL-10. Scientists want to know what I'm talking about. And this was all shown just by adding almond butter, just that for six weeks. There were all those inflammatory markers. So, and you lose weight also, and you're healthier. That's it. We're going to take a break. Now, for those of you who are watching a song, Daring All YouTube, or Progressivator Network YouTube, that's it for today. Please share this information. And remember, you can listen to my radio show

18:06every day at noon, where I take calls, I give you insights, information, no one else does. No one else gives that stuff, because no one else spends 40 hours a week just doing research. But I do, because I choose to. So you're getting the best of the best. So watch it, or go to Gary and all, excuse me, go to PRN.live and go to the archives, because I think today I posted nine articles that I don't have time to report on the air from different aspects. So that's all there for you. Okay? For those of you who are watching me on my noon program, we're going to take a break and come right back. Please stay with us.

19:09And welcome back, everyone. I'm Gary and all. Today's the day that you can call in. I'm going to take as many calls as possible. And I have a lot of clips lined up, short clips. And also the update on what's happening in the Middle East, in the conflicts there, because it's not just in Iran now. It's also, they've got a whole lot of support going on in Iraq. So Richard Gell will give you the updates on that. But I want to hear from you. Our talk back number is 888-874-4888. That's 888-874-4888. And we hear from people, yesterday we heard from Abraham, a very conscientious person. He shares some very important information with us. I appreciate that. After all, what do we want? What should we

20:10want? We want peace. We want people to honor each other's right to exist and coexist. And if you took the politicians, if you took the ID logs, if you took the radical and uncompromising theocracy leaders out of the equation, just let real people, normal people, they're going to find far more uncommon to share than what they have to oppose each other. But that takes getting the right people into positions of power. And unfortunately, we haven't had that for a long time on either side. I want to see everyone live in peace and harmony. It is possible. I'm going to share one clip with you called, do not vaccinate your pets. Good. A vet, holistic vet came forward and shared this. And that is right. I'm going to have Professor John Beersheimer have a debate, short debate with Pierce Morgan on Iran. I think you'll find this interesting.

21:14So we're going to start with just these two short clips. And then after that, if your calls are coming in, we'll just take calls. And also, I want to explain what we're doing. If you want hard hitting original biscuit reporting, if you want white papers, if you want very positive heartfelt essays, then we have those on Garenal Substack. And you go to Garenal Substack by going to Pure End Out Live, you'll see where it says newsletter. But this is not what I'm doing on Substack is not what I'm doing on the newsletter. The newsletter is completely separate. It's all good health, positive information. But Substack, it is only by subscriptions. You've got to subscribe. And it's a small amount. I'm bucks a month. You're getting a lot of good information, cutting it's information. You can't find anywhere else. All right. So we're going to do a lot on that. But now, let's go to the clips. And then we come back and hopefully you'll be on the line

22:19asking the right questions or sharing the right information with us. Let's go to the clips. Hey, everybody. Jennifer Sears in here. If you have pets or if you are an owner of a rescue, you need to hear this video from Dr. Judy Morgan Veterinarian. She's talking about how they are now unleashing the mRNA technology vaccine bio weapons onto our pets to keep them sick and to kill them. So this is a next step in the new world order. This is coming. This is happening. You need to hear the video and please stop vaccinating your animals. A quietly approved Merck's self-amplifying messenger RNA. The USDA has not conducted any long-term testing and consequently has not worn the public. Merck has launched a new rabies vaccine called Novavac NXT, which is based on SA RNA. And veterinarians are now rolling it out across the United States. The SA RNA replicates

23:21in your dog or cat's body and spreads throughout its organs and brain. Long-term effects? Unknown. Side effects? Increased aggression, excess salivation, seizures, vertigo, paralysis, and death. There was no long-term safety research by an independent lab. Instead, research was conducted by Merck's own internet lab over 14 days. That's right, 14. And the results were neither peer-reviewed nor made available to the public. 38 dogs and cats were used for the experimental study, and 35 of those test pets were euthanized after the two-week research period. And there are other vaccines in the Merck SA RNA lineup, such as Novavac NXT Feline leukemia vaccine for cats. Then there is the Novavac NXT K9 flu vaccine for dogs. If your vet actually convinces you that your dog or cat needs these deadly shots, they are not inexpensive. Then there's the shedding. There is

24:22limited data on shedding from pets, but if you jab your pet with SA RNA, you can bet your boots that you won't like the shedding if it happens. Make sure you have a veterinarian who informs you precisely what's in the vaccinations they give your pets before administering them, or find a veterinarian who is willing to tell you. Meanwhile, big pharma and big food are injecting messenger RNA into pharma yard animals, incorporating it into cosmetics, skin care supplements, dental products such as anesthetic shots, floss, and toothpaste. And they are also planning to spray fields of vegetables. What about the appalling human rights record of this Iranian regime? I'm not defending how they treat their people. I'm just telling you I think that how they treat their people is playing a small part in causing these uprisings today. I agree that the regime under Homanie is repressive. My view is that's the Iranian's business. It's not your business or my business to go in to Iran and rearrange the politics of Iran. I believe in sovereignty. I don't like the idea of countries coming into the United States and interfering in our politics, and I'm

25:26sure you as a Brit don't want other countries interfering in British politics. But the idea that a country like Iran, which is no threat to the United States, or a country like Venezuela, which is no threat to the United States, should know it's not. Why isn't a threat to the United States? Maybe because the United States is repeatedly threatened in the United States, publicly. He can repeatedly, he can repeatedly threaten the United States to lose blue in the face. Who cares? The question is does he have the military capability to do arm-tos? Well, he's having the answer with the mouth. But you're making the argument that they're not a threat to the United States. There are threat to Israel. And because we're joined that to hit with Israel, anything that's a threat to Israel is a threat to the United States. I don't buy that argument. I'm an American first. I care about the US national interest. And it is not in our national interest to have this conflictual relationship with Iran. And if it weren't for the fact that the Israelis have so much power in the United States and insist that we keep Iran as an adversary, we would otherwise have good relations with the Iranians. We're going to take a break now. I'll talk back numbers. 888-874-4888. Back in a moment.

26:49And we're back with Gary No Life. Hi, Kevin. Please let me know when we have callers. And I'll be happy to put them on. I will. And I'll remind people our talk back numbers. 888-874-4888. Just a couple little piece of good news. We finally have our phones reactivated. So let me give you the number you can call in by telephone, hardline cell phone, wherever you're at. And listen to this program. 605-562-519-605-562-519. And since probably 95 percent of

27:53the people are listening this on the archives because they can't listen between noon and one Eastern Standard Time Monday and Friday, here's the archive number again. 605-615-4014-605-615-4010. Sorry, let me do that one last time. 605-615-4010. Okay, that way you can join us and share your thoughts. We have Gary from, I believe, New Jersey. Hi, Jerry, or New York, your turn. You're on the line. I would just like to make a little comment about the Iranian War. I don't mean to oversimplify it, but I've related to a divorce. And there's two couples in a, you know, two people in a marriage, and the one no matter what one to get a divorce, you can't do anything about it, you're going to

28:55get a divorce. So I look at this, we will never have a good relationship with Iran, whoever that gentleman was speaking. We can't ideologically, that's not what they want. They never will want it. They want to take over. And the Iranians told Whitcoff that they had enough uranium at 60 percent, and they can make 11 warheads. They want to destroy, they want to take over. I agree with Trump, on what he's doing. It's the only thing to do for generations to come to safeguard. Hopefully, there'll be Middle Eastern peace. That would be wonderful. We're dirty. I think we need to honor those who will loss and do the right thing as Americans, and I'm going to do whatever I need to do, pay whatever I need to pay as a gas tank, to fill my gas tank, to support our troops and support what's going on. Iranians have always paid us. They preach it. They shatter from the rooftops, and they prove it out with what they're doing now. How much they want to destroy everybody, because they want to take over. Ideologically, it doesn't fit with America or the way. Thanks, Gary. Hold on a second, Jerry. I'm going to ask you a few questions, and I would

29:56appreciate it if you would give me some answers. Before 1953, did Iran attack or hate America? I don't know if they publicly stated it. We had different ways of doing things. I don't think they really hated us that much. We did not have a problem with Iran, and one of the reasons was because it had a democratically elected government under Mohamed Moschedeck, and then British Petroleum, who had not been paying proper royalties to Iran for exploiting all their oil since I think it was 1907, they decided with this new person that there should be a more equitable distribution of the income. When they suggested that and then started the process in their own parliament of causing that, that's when General Eisenhower or President Eisenhower got a call,

30:58and it was from one of the leading people within Great Britain and the government saying, this is unacceptable, and let's do something about it. So that began the process of creating a coup. That coup took a lot of lives. There were agitators in the streets, supposedly pro-democracy-advocators, that we were going to bring freedom democracy to Iran. Well, we brought the Shah of Iran. The Shah of Iran was so powerful for a long decades that he stole everything for himself, that he had a secret police force, much like a papa d'Octavia de Valier had in Haiti, and they caused the death of thousands of individuals, and they imprisoned people. But then again, everything that was American in style and fashion became that in Iran. And until the early 1970s, when the people, the actual people pushed back on this, and then there

31:59was a revolution, do I support the original committee? No, I do not. Do I support any religious theocracy? No, I do not. Because then you don't have democracy, you don't have freedoms. You only have the freedoms you're allowed to have. Now, in that sense, that's the underlying cause. How many countries have we intentionally gone into and created regime change? Over 100, 100 countries. How many people died in the process? Well, just take a look at Libya. If you were in Libya and you were a woman, you had the highest respect of any woman in the Arab world. There was no country where women could be held in high esteem. You couldn't curse a woman, you couldn't hurt a woman, you went to jail. And the majority of many of the councils that ran the country, and it wasn't run by one court government, it was run by councils, and they had more control over their destiny than the Qaddafi. It was the Paris of Africa, the longest life spans, Libya, the 54 countries in

33:04Africa, the highest income of any country, Libya. The free medical care, also free education, and if you couldn't get a job, you were given the money from the government, from its oil fund, and by the way, that oil fund went into every single person's bank account. And the only person who didn't have a house, who didn't have an apartment, was Qaddafi in his family. He said, we will remain intense, like Bedouins, until every Libyan has a home. He would give free farms equipment. He built the largest reservoir, and he had, he was tough on, he was tough on terrorists, but he was very open to treating migrants unlike Abu Dhabi, like, excuse me, not Abu Dhabi, like any of the Middle Eastern potentates who bring in labor and exploit them till they die, and they have no rights. None of that is covered by it in the media. In his country, you were paid an equal wage, and you were safe. That's why everyone wanted to go to

34:07Libya to work. So when Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and their whole tribe inside the White House decided, that's not an interest. We need their oil. We need their gold. He had no debt. He had, he had billions of dollars in gold. No one's ever asked what happened to the gold. We know what happened to the oil. So look at it now. It's a failed state because people believed in Barack Obama. They believed in Clinton. They believe in our foreign policy. I can show you 50. I can show you no 102 countries that we have destroyed. The democratic base, yet we keep saying the same lie. So what if this more in Iran is not about protecting us from the nukes that we're being built? Because have you read the international atomic energy, a research group that goes in and inspects everything in any country that's a signatory to it? By the way, Israel is not a signatory. Israel's never recommended they've had nukes, but they have a lot of nukes. But in

35:09that country, where it's leadership, I disagree with completely, it's like a freedom to express yourself properly. I disagree with it. But they had no way of making that bomb. In fact, I have a video from Newton-Nitanyahu from 1996. That's a long time ago, 40 years ago, and he was saying we're only weeks away from Iran having a nukes. He's been saying that nonstop. So you're unfortunately seeing the problem through the fog of war, where virtually everything is said is misinformation, not only by America, but also by Iran. So I'm looking at it a little differently. I respect your patriotism, and I respect the fervor and your voice of your commitment to protecting Americans. But keep in mind, as long as we destroy everyone there, you said you're going along with everything. There are 81 million people living in Iran. The vast, vast majority are not combatants. They're not a part of any of the power groups. They're just

36:16normal human beings trying to live. And so what if half of them were destroyed? Where should it could go? If Newton-Nitanyahu says we're going to use a tactical nuk on them. That means that, well, it's not like Hiroshima. It's not like Nagasaki. It's not that bad. We can control it. Well, you can't. And we've gone into that. But what if all those innocent lives are killed? I don't want to see a single Jewish innocent life killed suffer from any kind of deprivation or attacks. That is a crime against humanity. At the same time, I don't want to see any Iranian of the citizens, the innocent citizens. But then we have this whole mantra. There are no such thing as good Palestinians. 70% of the Jewish population want to see everyone wiped out. And they bragged about it on television. I have the clips. I played this clip. So if you see no value in another person's life because you have been conditioned and propagandized to believe there's only one side that's

37:18the current administration side, then then imagine what it would be if we don't win in Iraq or excuse me, in Afghanistan. By the way, Iraq is joined on the side of Iran now all over Iraq. So I'm saying we don't know what the outcome is going to be. We know we're being lied to by all sides. But we also have to understand the provocation that you can't hurt someone until you first demonize them. And I think we've had enough demonization for the special and unique determination of those in power, the military and ISIL complex, they need war, they thrive on war, and they have the al-Abiists who go in and get with the different legislators and say, promote this war. And then you have APEC that is the Jewish lobby that has not even had to register as al-Abi, who will put people out of office by putting millions of dollars behind some

38:18opposition to them. And that scares legislators. So they go along with everything. So I'm saying there's a larger picture that you should look at before you become radicalized on the idea that whatever it takes to win because whatever it takes, what if it kills millions of people? And then we find out, oh, we were lied to. This was really just a ploy to get people away from Jeffrey Epstein and the closing in on Trump for some of the things he's being alleged to have done to a 13-year-old girl, etc. What if like Clinton start bombing Yugoslavia when Monica Lewinsky was then hitting and he was going into impeachment? I look at it differently. Yes, I know how the system works. So I appreciate your concern, but I'm asking you please use other resources other than official resources and Fox News is nothing but a prop-again to arm. I never heard Sean Hannity sing to his audience. You know something? A dead child starving to death or getting blown to pieces or dying under the rubble of the building, that's equally as disgusting and inappropriate

39:25as in there's a really child dying from a Hamas rocket. Both of those children should count. If you're only counting one side and that's what it seems like you're doing, it didn't matter you who gets killed, the innocence of millions, and when you can wipe that away and say it's okay, then you should be the next secretary of defense. Just a thought. Think on that for a while. Please respond. I always take your information very seriously and I look into a lot of stuff, but some stuff that you've given on air with Richard Gale has not been accurate. He never says no, be specific. He was going on about, I don't remember it was a couple days ago, but he was going on about, well you had some guy on about doom and gloom in Israel and then you had him talking about the number of ships that were bombed and later that day they had said it was then over 50 ships, like I'm not getting into the like little nitpicky and please every like your sacred to me, every like I don't want to see anybody hurt. I love Iranian people,

40:28but if you only know you don't love a rain peep because you said whatever Trump has to do, I'm with it and what he's going to do. But they're not he's not randomly killing people. It's specific sites. We're the most humane nation. Oh my goodness. And what are you going to apologize for the all the school children that were murdered in that one school, a double tap and they finally had to acknowledge it. Of course. Why would I want why would I want children but who's going to be held accountable for that? Of course I would not want those children hurt. And also keep in mind when any one when we play any clip on this program we have vetted that clip. I don't have to agree with everything someone's saying because I don't have a censored forum. I allow all ideas on and then we can have an intelligent discussion about where's the proof of this and where's the proof of that and right now I'm saying the fog of war from both sides is equally equally disingenuous. I don't trust anything until I can independently validate it. What? Very dirty and our hands are not perfectly clean and we have to learn from our past

41:29mistakes which I think we're we're doing and have okay stop right there please. Our hands are a little dirty. What do you call the vet now more? Three and a half man dead and polluted till this day. Fifty-eight thousand Americans didn't have to die. It was all lie. Who was held accountable for the lies at McNamara and the Brein Academy Award-winning film The Fog of War by Earl Morris? He acknowledged that they lied about it. Nothing. What about the Korean War? Nothing. What about what about the war on Iraq? Weapons of mass destruction. All lies and intentional lies which means malice of forethought which means there's no structural limitations so all those people should be brought from the President of the United States at that time, Bush and Chinese dead but all the other people are responsible for that. Nothing. What about the attacking and putting up the false flags by setting off bombs which were later confirmed by seven different independent journalists including Seymour Hirsch? It was and that we blamed Syria's Assad so we could take over who took over? Who entered the

42:31White House? Who in a shaved his beard down and where a suit? He was the beheader. I've mentioned it on the show. How do you shake hands and acknowledge we are the right person, the right place to run and be president of Syria? No, that was the guy that headed ISIS's beheading. So you see our hands are not just a little dirty. They're filthy when you add up all the people. I did the research. Go ahead and Google it. Right now I'm on the line with you. Right now Google how many people have died since 1945 because of our interventions and it's in the millions. The lowest figure I could find was five to seven million up to 20 million. And who's been held accountable? Not a single person. Not one single human being. And what about all the fraud that you've seen? No one. And how many of the people who committed crimes under along with Jeffrey Epstein? Not a single person outside of his accomplice and yet here are all the names. Were those names voluntarily given up? No. They had to be demanded by Congress. That's his attorney general. So I'm looking at the world for what I can find and prove

43:34and I just hope going forward after this conversation and I thank you for your call that you look carefully at where you're getting your facts and Fox News is place. Well Fox News to me is like trying to be when you're thirsty going over to your toilet bowl and say well half of the toilet bowl is not filled with crap. I'll take the water from there. That's how much I think of the integrity of the information coming from Fox. But I appreciate the call. Thank you very much. Let's say hello to Rich from Texas. Hi Rich. Harry, thank you for so articulately addressing that woman's questions or points and what I could share with you is that my father always run one thing into me and that was violence to get violence and we should be looking to end senseless violence. I am shocked that people continually believe sources that lie to them over and over again and keep trusting the information

44:35they get from those sources. If you're in a marriage with somebody who lies you over and over again would you keep keep believing what they told you if you had a friend that continually lied to you. You would get out of that friendship. It's just crazy to me. That's not what I call it about but I really want to talk a little bit about the retreat. But I fired up a little bit. I want the audience fired up. Stay congenial. Stay impassioned. Never confuse the intensity of the message with the legitimacy of the message. That woman has absolutely every right and I respect her right to have her opinion. I'm merely asking her show me show me where there's been any objectivity, any honesty in any administration, Republican or Democrat and all you have in Trump. Maybe she didn't hear the show yesterday where I did the whole essay on this very topic. In any case we need the truth because all we've had in our entire history are lies. Now you were

45:38going to say something about the retreat. Please do. Yeah, I did. I'm solicited as I came to the retreat to take part in an anti-aging study five and a half years ago and I wanted to call in today just to speak to people who might be on the census. I was five and a half years ago as whether I should or shouldn't come and I'm so glad that I did. I had concerns about money at the time and I realized quickly that those of the excuses I always use for not doing things that possibly impact my life and I chose to come and work everything else out. I came for my health and to maximize my health but I really got so much more out of it than that. I really had you challenged me to deconstruct my life and to look at what's not working in my life and create a whole new future. Needless to say my health is in the best shape I've ever been in five and a half years later. Probably ever in my life certainly since my 30s and I continue to take on things

46:40that have to be healthier and healthier but on a grander scale I just totally got out of a toxic environment living in New York, New Jersey area that wasn't serving me well. They were putting up at the time detention centers for possibly removing people from their homes if another health crisis arose and you didn't do what was the prescribed method that they were telling you how to do so I knew it was time to leave but I came here to Texas and have a whole new life but I just know there are a lot of people on the fence about coming to the retreat and they might have excuses for not committing to it but particularly since this is the last retreat as you said it's a great opportunity what they can expect is not you telling them you know to take this supplement don't don't eat that it's really not about that it's about you not giving them answers but asking

47:42questions of them they're going to have them look at their life on a different level and if they've been tolerating things in their life that don't work for a long time and talking about well yeah I'm I'm going to try to get to that place or do this and that's not how transformation works it's not something that you look on it's something that happens in a moment and that's what you provide here you you challenge people to look at things in a different light and and to come up with different solutions and not tolerate ordinary behavior to describe to have an extraordinary life which is what everybody deserves thank you very much one last question one last question I have for you do you believe if someone has repeatedly lied to you you should continue to believe them with your whole mind and heart no no I said I said just the other way I just want to yes or I just want to yes or no why who funded and who greenlit the the entire covid paradigm at the experimental level don't run valid and how many people who lied to Trump

48:52and knew how easy it is to compel him to believe whoever's in his immediate circle without doing any homework or research there's no scholarship there every single one of those people from Anthony Fauci who was head of national in super outage infectious disease and and the head of the doctor Collins who was head of the US public health service the role that now and the Robert Kennedy junior holds every single one of those people were affiliated with a dogma of their pharmaceutical industry a Bill Gates and they were wrong about every single thing they gave us over 30 million worldwide have been lost not because of that directly but because they trusted the protocols stay at home look at what happened to our children their studies are now coming out of chronological level and look at what happened with people who took the vaccines now we have the evidence it's overwhelming the evidence thousands of studies now show the danger yet now once has any single

49:56person who made those decision including how fast they can get it done because it was this speed I got to get it done fast but the average time to create a vaccine is seven to ten years this was six months everything was about let's show our commitment to something rather than what is the most reasonable way of approaching him now recently Robert Kennedy won a major victory I'm going to deal with this next week and I'm inviting Robert on talk about it there's a US Supreme Court said that these are not real vaccines these are biological elements that can change your DNA not a vaccine so that was a major victory now we'll start seeing a lot of lawsuits so I'm saying think of the people who told us follow me and we're going to be liberated we're liberating other people and then you find out years later when it's too late to say I'm sorry to the people who lost their lives were adversely affected for life it wasn't what it it turned out to be then you should remove

50:56ourself from public office so that's one of the issues look at the people who told you the truth look at the people lied to you then why would you continue to support the people who lied to you misguided you and then look at how they benefited from it well I could tell you Gary just during COVID applying common sense to all the things we were being told it just didn't pass the test we need to have regulatory agencies telling you what you're supposed to do and they own the patents the drugs that are being manufactured and stand to profit from it and what world is it okay for a regulatory agency to be you know to be profiting from drugs that can be rolled out that they have the ability to prevent they have their bias they you're correct the FDA and CDC should never hold a patent in a drug that they're going to supervise in its safety and efficacy that's bias in the beginning they should never allow boards of advisors on which they have which are conflicted because of research grants or stipends who come on there and rubber stamp every single

52:00one they do and never tell us the downside and never apologize when they were wrong thank you very much rich I appreciate it now I'm going to go through three more calls very fast so please make your statements quickly because I want Joan from Iniola James from Manhattan and Roger from New Jersey to all have a chance to say they're safe we'll start with Joan hi Joan they're safe we'll start with Joan hi Joan hi there hi can you hear me yes I can hear you Joe please lower your radio let me just clear can you hear me okay you there we're here please say what you have to say yeah um yeah so you know the this whole Iranian war and all that it really you know bothers my soul or whatever so I was wondering what your opinion is I once looked up how many good people are in the world what percentage and what came to me through my search was well about 90% of the people in the world are good people but 10% of you know the population is

53:04pretty big um I wanted to know your opinion of what do you think about what percent on the globe are good people the vast the mind you parse this there's a difference between being a good people person doing the right thing and holding those accountable responsible if they start to do selfish things or things that are obviously wrong and remember the Nuremberg Code that the Supreme Court Justice Jackson said on said that you are no longer responsible for following any order from any authority figure if you find that it runs against what it's ethical and moral so you can't shoot someone because you were told to shoot them say well I was just following orders and yet that's exactly what we're doing today we're following orders we're following orders starting at the White House in a Christmas campaign self-righteous indignation and that will make a lot of people

54:05are good people make wrong choices and you're always going to have a bad outcome so you got to separate out good people doing the right thing versus good people who become good citizens and stand in line to get their vaccines and vote for the people they were told to vote for rather than what they should do I appreciate your call and you're fine thank you Joan James from Manhattan your turn I'm good citizen and stand in line to get your vaccines and vote for the people I'm good I'll speak up James wrong here oh James this is James I'm from Manhattan I'm in my 80s I'm my ancestors mixed mixed ancestry I appear to be Caucasian but that gives you a very good perspective on people if they think you're talking to a generic American American since I've had a good education I've been able to see what's what's truthful and what's false and I find it very

55:06interesting to go on the YouTube for example and figure out who's blowing smoke and who's telling the truth and usually I try to stay with guys like Scott Ritter people who've been in war and most people who've been in war don't like it and are not gunned home for it it's only the people who are idiots and don't know anything about war who are so gunned home for it so I found it a very educational experience to go on YouTube and figure out who's blowing smoke and who's blowing who's telling the truth on YouTube and I'm surprised how much truth I've been able to get from guys like Scott who Ritter and former military officers you are correct and Scott Ritter has been there by the way it was Scott Ritter who was one of the team that was given the authority to determine no limitations on access and they got full access did Iran have enough of the enough of the nuclear materials made to cause a bomb to be built and it was no so George Bush all of them

56:08knew before they went into Iraq that there was no danger there there was no threat and but they made it well I don't want to take up any more time I just want to compliment you on what you do Gary I don't agree with everything 100% but you're about in the high 90s and I appreciate what you do and I thank you for it I appreciate it thank you appreciate James Roger your turn hey Gary first of all I really appreciate how you spend a cool and logical when you apologies for genocide and illegal wars of aggression and I'll quote Gerald Solante when all else fails they take you to war I think that's the type of situation we're currently in too many things or heading in the wrong direction and I just do not see the system reforming itself I wish I could see some reasons for optimism you are correct but I am optimistic at this level the worst

57:11things get the more optimistic as you become because now unlike in the past they have no cover the curtains fully back so if you see all the facts as they are for example we have now been told by reliable sources who were there that Russia was willing to sign a treaty you crane was willing to sign a retreating they had met they had resolved everything it was shortly after the war started years ago and the United States sent a message to Boris Johnson the Prime Minister of Great Britain and saying no and so it was no and look at how many people have died about more or less 200,000 and it's 10 to 1 2 million 2 million people from Ukraine many have been taken out after being beaten dragged into a vehicle taken off and told you either go to the front lines and be you know be serving us there or you die and so hundreds of thousands of people are being

58:11forced into a situation where they're not trained they have no chance of winning and the people are telling us that we should have gone into a random the same people who got us into the most corrupt country in the world you crane and there's never been an audit if there were you'd find that maybe if we're lucky 15 cents on the dollar or 15 yeah 15 cents on the dollar is actually used and then the whole war was wrong but it served the interests of the Neocons and the people were going to make billions of dollars hundreds of billions of dollars recovering your you crane same is true here in Iran we had the evidence that they're at the meeting that they were holding that Iran had agreed to all the terms all the terms at the same time that meeting was going on where they agreed to everything trump already had spent weeks getting his getting a secretary to fence and others in positions to attack so they didn't start with honest diplomacy and since when it is the president's son-in-law a real estate developer since when is he a foreign

59:13a foreign expert he isn't if that's what happens when you put the wrong people in the wrong positions with too much power it's always going to be abused all of you thank you for calling in the scover to Luan now Luan we have a retreat coming up it'll be the last retreat in Texas and it's going to be a lot of fun I'm not going to do a single lectures I didn't do the last time on health nutrition supplement none of that dieting fasting I'm not going to say a word about health I'm going to say a lot of words about surviving in the future reversing aging process how you have to reverse your values and standards except for those that do work you'll keep in those that don't you'll finally come face to face with what you should have surrendered a long time ago look behind you you got 14 dead dogs in your dragon well you know when they were part of my past all the excuses I'm going to go right through those like a laser because just like Richard

1:00:14just called in thank you Richard for calling him it changed his life because he wanted his life changed if you don't want your life changed there's no reason you should come if you do everything all my lectures I sometimes do spontaneous lectures then I do two big lectures the big ones the Socrates Gardening time we've got our great vegan chef coming back with original recipes we've got Connie who's the drill sergeant in the kitchen she sees everything comes out on time and done right we've got a great group of people coming to help out and so we look forward I'm living the number of people can come so everybody gets attention so if you want to come it's the starts on the 10th of May for one week couldn't do two weeks because my schedule I'm premiering all around the place a new study and hopefully this study will change the science literally because it gives a whole new understanding of the using process anyhow so tell us how people can speak with you so they know if it's right or not. Surely Gary my number is 903-881-7008 that's 903-881-708 and

1:01:25I'll tell you right up front Gary the people that are calling that are wanting to come are hungry they are hungry for the information that you're sharing like you shared with us today they're amazed at how you can spontaneously just come up with facts and information and history and a lot of these are new people we have a lot of people coming back again to get a reboot but a wonderful positive upbeat group coming down and if you want to join us this is the time give me a call 903-881-7008 you know we always think that we have time what did the Buddha say you think you have time you do not have time so let's pay attention to what we can change in this moment I see a whole new movement of ideal people who are good citizens have lived good lives have been good people moral ethical who care about other people's lives other people's children's other people not dying other people not getting shot killed murder and so now we finally have some

1:02:30forums there will allow people to see what they can do to change in their own life they get off the grid because I would do a lot of what to do in the future about getting off their grid and being a part of a healthier grid remember the only reason all these people have power every agency is because we don't challenge it it's time that in a diplomatic way with good science good common sense that we challenge the average person it's not the politician don't take your message to the citizens and because they're waking up that's it for today everyone thank you for listening and over the weekend because our fifth our the 15th is our 25% special on all products that are not already discounted it's on a weekend so we're going to allow this to special to go from tomorrow morning to Monday night because we're not working on other weekends so this way everybody has chance to get with him one and save money in the process have a nice day and right now Jeremiah has

1:03:35taken over to take us on his exploration of empowering
