At Building Fortunes, we know what your business means to you and the people important to you. So spread the word, tell a friend, join our newsletter, and go make a difference in your world. Now, on to our show with your hosts, Peter Miegel. Hello, everyone. Peter Miegel's here. You are listening to a special edition of the Building Fortunes Radio show with Gary Kramer. So for those people that might be familiar with my voice or unfamiliar with my voice, my name is Peter Miegel's. We started Building Fortunes Radio a long time ago, was actually 2012, 2013, because I wanted to be able to have a platform so we can speak, pass around microphones to people that were doing the right things, and we focused a lot and still do a lot on home-based businesses. So for those people listening in from the very beginning, you'll hear a lot of different

01radio shows on the Building Fortunes Radio Network. We also put this on your mungusradio.com, and of course, we're on all the major. I call them the podcast, repeaters, your apples, your iTunes, your Amazon music, everything from Spotify to iHeartRadio to listen.notes and everything else like that as well. So we're all over the place. So if you see us all over the place we are. And if you're on our websites, you'll see us all over the place as well. One of the reasons why I ask Gary Cramer to do radio shows with us is he is the entrepreneur of entrepreneurs. I've known Gary for probably more than a decade or more. We've had great radio shows before. And recently when I called him up, we were talking about some stuff he's been working on that really peaked my interest. One of them being the microventures capital funds. And I said, you know, we really should do some radio shows about this, Gary, because there's a lot of things that people would love to know about this. And although I'm not giving out financial advice and neither is Gary on this one, we'll

02throw in all the disclaimers that you need to in a second. This is something that there's people on our building fortunes, radio listening audience. That would probably be very interested in learning more about this or anything else that you guys are working on. So Gary's always got a whole bunch of stuff. These are the entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, entrepreneur, I remember with COVID he jumped on that. I remember with a whole bunch of other stuff. So we've been in contact frequently. And the last couple of radio shows have been really great where we talked about different projects he's working on. So the first thing I want to do is introduce our building fortunes, radio listening audience to Gary. Kramer. Gary, thanks for being here. I know we have a special guest on this as well. Yes. Thank you, Peter. Fantastic. You'll be here. And it's very exciting. This is a great time right now and I'm hoping all the listeners will enjoy this topic today. We're all here to advance each other's lives and really help people get influenced to really benefit themselves with financial freedom, financial time, if you will. And I like to really help people also get on a path to look at earlier retirement.

03We see a lot of folks really struggling in early ages and I just love helping folks create the cash flows and income streams that are necessary today. Excellent. So I've worked with you and you're always busy. I mean, you're always super duper busy. I like you're probably 12, 16, 18 hours a day as far as working is concerned and jumping on planes and helping out people, especially with this new project. So can you explain to us, first of all, if you want to introduce TJ, but also explain to us the project that you're working on? Yes. Yes. I got a real special guest and a great long time friend, TJ Marson, here with us and he's going to share some things about the venture capital fund as well. We're partners on this deal to really go out here and help. One of the main things here is that we're looking at empowering investors. We want to show paths to investors to create and become a part of a diversified portfolio that is stringently selected through a due diligence process and we'll talk a little

06bit more about that. But the main thing is really how to position yourself into an investment fund that has an opportunity to not only generate, I believe, greater wealth while having a great team of people that set through hundreds of companies to narrow down to the very best ones that not just great ideas, but the great entrepreneurs that lead those enterprises and those that have the tenacity to finish the job. That's a key element in business is the tenacity for people and I kind of like to refer it to as either rhino skinned people. They can really take the beatings and get through business and make sure the job gets done. So you're looking for those gem of really entrepreneurs with great ideas and the tenacity to really have a concern for the success of their investors and for us we want those type of companies in our fund. And so we're very excited about the portfolio that we have put together.

08Of course, we have to work with on one end of the side as we vet through companies that it's a very diversified portfolio and TG will cover some of that. But the other side is the investors themselves as accredited investors get to really believe and trust that they have, they can have confidence in a fund that has done their job that has also created accountability for these companies. We actually have a service that also allows us to help work with those companies month in and month out to make sure their success path is proceeding forward so that our outcome on that fund is met. And we've got some real stringent protocols for each of these companies and that is just a total benefit to the investors who are looking to come into a fund like this and get like a 10X on their funds and at the end of the day, be able to relax and enjoy having a portfolio and a company that is looking out for their future and their best interest

12on their money. And so with that, we can, this would be a great time to introduce the TG as well. Absolutely. And we will unlock the diversified top rated investment potential and portfolio that we have and so with that, TJ, he is an amazing man. He has many skills and so he was sought after to be a part of this fund and this project as well and he is a man of getting things done and so we definitely wanted to make sure that he was a part of the team and he's leading the team on this micro venture capital fund together. So we'll turn it back over to you Peter real quick and we can then help add TJ into the sharing of what we have here as well. Perfect. So I know anytime we're talking about money, you've got to throw in all the disclaimers. So I don't know all the disclaimers that we should throw in but for those people listening in, of course, I don't know who you are listening specifically and I don't know what you do

17and I don't know your situation so make sure you seek out the right advice and there's no guarantees of anything I suppose would probably be appropriate to say. So for those people listening in, TJ, you are someone who is super duper smart as well as far as the law is concerned. So tell us a little bit about you and the microventures, I'm sorry, the microventures capital fund and anything else you want to add to this. We had a conversation I was intrigued with so we're going to hopefully have you back talking about a whole bunch of stuff. But talk about things please. Yeah. Well, thank you for having me first of all, I appreciate being here. We are really excited about what our project is about but I'm not going to just give you the big picture. I mean, I want to give you some very interesting specific things. My background is I'm an X-Nable officer, travel the world, then through all kinds of business ventures as well, going all the way back to the mortgage industry and mortgage banking, real estate investing. I've written multiple courses and books on real estate and real estate investing and finance and then I eventually worked my way into learning a lot about trust and trust law, corporate

21law and I think that's one reason I have to give that background why I was asked to come and be part of the microventure capital fund. But putting myself aside, I'd like to say my own little brief summary of what people need to know about this. And first of all, this is not an offer for securities. We do require that someone is an accredited investor and if you don't know what that is, you can certainly look that up on the internet, on the SEC websites, but you know, you have to know what you're kind of doing because in all investing, there's risk. And we have to describe that there's always risk in investing. But when you're expecting, like we are, to produce a 10X return, again, that's a target, it's not a guarantee, you know, there's some risk involved. But what we've done to mitigate the risk is we've limited how much money to come into the fund, the size of the units. We have a window of time of three to five years where we want to have everybody in and out of the fund, but along the way, they still have received some cash flow as these companies begin to cash in and cash out.

21So it's not like you have to wait that long, but that's how long we ask for a commitment to be part of this. But the, in just in case they need to know this, by the way, it'll really help if you're following along. You want to look it up. Microvcfund.com, microvcfund.com. And I'll even mention our other website, which in case you're interested, it's not, you know, maybe it's looking to raise some money, but you're not quite in that credit investor arena or whatever. You can look at our other website, vcapglobal.com for those kinds of things. But let me get into what the fund really is. And what we've done is we screened out with our partner who does the due diligence. We've had a system of due diligence, like nothing I've ever seen, that's what got me most attracted to it. And so we can take a company, break it down, get in detail, find out what it needs, what it doesn't need, and then run it through an AI model that actually helps further analyze the company at a detail that even a human being can't analyze.

22I mean, everybody on Wall Street is going to want this technology and, oh, by the way, the company that has developed that is also in our fund. And we have the ability to take a company, take it apart, reorganize it, put it back together, give it a business plan, and make it really, really viable. But of course, it starts with a great product, a great idea, and a really, really good team that that company needs to have. And so we look through all of that just to consider whether they can even be in the fund, because they're only going to let about 20 to 22 or so companies in the fund ultimately. Now, you can see a list of those companies. If you go to the microvcfund.com, click on the investor page. And then from there, you'll see a complete presentation that we would make to an investor. But also, there's a link there to the companies. And I don't know where we're at, but in timing, this list of companies is very impressive. The companies that are already pledged to be in. Now that we can't guarantee they're all going to make it, but these are the leading companies to be in the fund as we raise the funds. Our goal is to raise the funds.

23We've still got to do a lot of that. But as we do that, we're going to contract these companies in, and we're going to bring them through a pretty impressive process. You'll see, when you see how it actually works on our website, that's the kind of good deal is you wouldn't want to have. On any company you ever wanted to invest in, but you never had access to that technology. We make sure they go through that before they ever get in the fund. So these are the list of companies that so far are at the top of our list to be in. And I'm not going to list them by name. You can go look at the website, but we've got the company developed the software that does this analysis. Imagine every company and investor in the world would want this software. Well, guess what? That's in our fund. And then you've got a company that's developed the tool that will make AI chips run more efficiently, like 50% more efficiently. They've got a product. The Silicon producer in the world is going to want this, and we've got that in our fund. Redleaf, they're definitely one of our closest partners.

24I like, I say it because I go to actually get coffee there where I live. I mean, it's the best coffee around. And people wait in line to get in this place. That company is in our fund. We've got another company. You know, you all have a cell phone, right? Does it ever broken? I remember when I met the owners of the company, I said, you're near and dear to my heart, because I had just bought a new phone because they didn't have it insured. Now, we all know we can buy insurance, but what if you could have the phone covered for repairs for $20 to $30 a year versus $20 to $30 a month? Well, that's now available, and we have that company. We've got all the ladies. You go to the Givi salon, you're getting your toes done, right? They've got a piece of a rubber thing, which in your toes, it's very awkward and weird to walk around with. What if you could just slip on a slipper that does that on matter of it? Well, we've got those slippers, and that's a huge. It's a multi-billion dollar industry. We've got a couple of television programs. By some of the best television producers out there for these reality programs, mostly

28based on cooking, I won't get to all that, but you can see that on the list, a music therapy, proven technology that can help people with psychological conditions through music therapy. And app, of course, can be marketed on a monthly basis. We love those kind of monthly subscription models because they're very high-profit margin. We've got a natural spring water, not just like anything else we've ever seen, though. This spring water has magical qualities, and it truly is. It's from a very unique position. Anyway, you can see down there, we've got a beauty product. I use it literally every day, and you should see it, I'm like 20 years younger, no, I'm not. I'm beginning older by the day. This product, it's all natural organic and environmentally clean. It doesn't harm any animals, but it's also been biologically designed to actually really do something good for your skin. It's not just a makeup. A laundry company, kind of a boring idea, but a huge cash flow business, and they're going

28just basically, they understand that the whole laundry is doing around the company. All these owners are retiring. So yes, what? They're going to be selling. And these are very good cash flow business, so we're going out and picking up those businesses. You know, you see electric cars around, mother knows, if you have them on the road, well, we are associated with one of the largest producers of the charging stations. And again, we have a unique way to get them to the market even more efficiently. We've even got a liquor company. We've got a food health, food product that's got properties like you've never seen before, available to us through the exclusive farm that we did down in Belize. We've got a lighting company that just does all these large lighting products around the country of the stadiums, arenas, and so forth. And then it goes on and on. You guys can see the whole list. But imagine if you could actually talk to the poll, if you're, for example, if you're the Christian faith, or whoever your favorite hero is in Christian history, you can actually

31bring them up on your phone and start having conversations. And they'll remember the conversations and you can have a daily conversation with that person and learn more about whatever your faith is. And we have almost every faith covered in this app, or your partner, your teaching partner through your phone. And we think that's going to be one of the largest products we've ever seen. These are just the types of projects that come into our fund, and I just wanted to understand. Our fund isn't about us as much as, yes, we want to manage it, but it's also who we're bringing on board. And by doing so, even if some of these products fail, which is possible, and some likely, we still think that our 10x target is realistic, and we can't guarantee that. But that's how we structured this thing. We brought the products, resources, the technology, all together one place to make it easier for our investors to simply become part of that. And you can learn all about what it takes in terms of your needs and so forth on the website. And repeat that website again. microvcfund.com, microvcfund.com, and if you're a business looking for perhaps just some

37short term cash and stuff like that, also contact us at our other website, which is vcapglobal.com vcapglobal.com. So in reference to this, what piqued your interest, TJ, because I know that you were kind of asked to take a look at this, and when you looked at it, do you like it? I don't want to put words in your mouth, but what got you involved? Well, well, first of all, thanks to my friend Gary, Gary Kramer, who we've worked together on the multiple projects and over the years, and when I came, I went to a presentation of this, and I heard about it, and I said, wait, were you able to analyze companies with a guy, the company that's been doing it for 30 years, it's probably got the best analysis tools in the world already. But then you can put it all into an AI engine, and let the AI engine take it apart, and put it back together to tell how to really organize a company for maximum success, looking at the marketplace, all the things you need to look at, the study of companies to see

38what it makes sense or not to invest in. And when I saw that, because I have the technology background, I was in crypto intelligence in the military, and I've been running my own websites for years, so when I heard that, I said, that would revolutionize the entire investing industry. We've heard of AI software report, but I'm trusting, most of it's just software, it's not AI. This takes into account a lot of various factors that would take years to study, and of course, sometimes when companies are coming on board, they need to move quickly. They don't have a year of analysis work that can be done, and nor could they afford that. Well, now, because of the AI, we can do it much more affordably for the analysis of a company to come into our fund, or just to go out to the marketplace, and I said, that is going to revolutionize the entire concept of venture capital, and I can have that company within my fund, as well as use that tool to analyze other companies to come into the marketplace. I said, that is just, I just have to be part of that.

39And I started looking at some of the companies that are on board, and some of their philosophy, what they're trying to actually do. See, when we build companies, we want to just try to make money. We're building opportunities for a lot of people, and to me, that's the legacy I would like to leave. So, anyway, that all appealed to me, because of that. Excellent. Okay, good. So, we're going to do this, but we'll take a quick commercial break. It was sitting to TJ Mars, Mars is with two ours, so TJ Mars, and then we also, of course, Gary Kramer. This is the Gary Kramer radio show on Building Fortune's Radio, the right back. Gary Kramer is on with TJ Mars, TJ Gabes' perspective and a list of some of the companies. If you go to that website, TJ referenced microvcfund.com, you'll be able to see the different things that we've been working on. And, if you go back to Building Fortune's Radio, look for the Gary Kramer radio show. You'll see the previous radio show as a Gary and I did, relative to this project and other things so you get a great frame of reference of how great really Gary is. Gary's done a ton of stuff. He's always got like the cutting edge materials. The stuff that you need to know. I love working with him. We've done lots of radio shows together, have lots of regular phone calls together as

43well. He's always super busy. And he's got stuff going on. So if you're interested in being one of those movers and shakers, you definitely want to check up with Gary. So Gary, did you want to add anything else about the microventures capital fund? Yeah. You know, I thank you, DJ. Thank you, Peter. I want to just, you know, really kind of put this in really just a real simple perspective, you know, what is microventure capital fund? This is an accumulation of a plan, experience, investing in the marketplace for decades and finding out, you know, what was missing, what was wrong, and really putting all these elements together. So microventure capital fund really focuses on investing in early stage companies so that we get the valuations to a point where we can experience the explosion or the unicorn

43or the opportunity for coming into these early stage companies, but we take these companies and we utilize advanced AI technology plus decades of Wall Street financial experience to identify these strong potential startups or mid-size companies. Now, we've got some majors in our portfolio today, but at the end of the day, our goal is to help raise $25 million to support selected companies. We're aiming for roughly 20 to 25 of these companies, which will aim for a significant return for our investors, and at the same time while implementing that diversification and that risk reduction or risk mitigation, if you will, and then each of those companies works with one of our other firms that we're partnered up with as an advisory where each where we have an advisory position on those companies or a board position, if you will,

45and we expect at least three hours a month from each of these companies to consult with us together so that we have this ongoing pulse on all the capital that's going to these companies to help them along the way, to be able to help each other and grow those businesses. We just want to make sure that they are staying on top of their business. We want to have a pulse for their rat because we have a total commitment to our investors to see this to the end and to see a success on the outcome on the very horizon. We have an opportunity here to really transform the landscape to give investors confidence and trust, and we have a way of helping millions of entrepreneurs who are seeking the capital and get vetted through if they're an honest entrepreneur with an honest product and honest service and a great market, then these are companies we also want to look at, and then we have a way of helping them.

46We have access to over 89 ways to helping companies get capital, and one of those methods is our Microwventure Capital Fund, and it's amazing that we can go out here and do both sides helping entrepreneurs seeking capital and accredited investors seeking for a great place to put their money for their future and the success of their families. So with that, I would like to share that, and just folks just go over to Microwvcfund.com, and if you have any questions, shoot us a message, we're here to help, we have no problem with reaching out and talking to each other and helping you understand the power of what we've put together not to help advance people's success and entrepreneurship. Well, and as I mentioned, this one of those lines here, just to add to your point that we also have the other website, which is more related to sort of capture and talk to you about, if you're a company seeking some interim capital, you have to be a viable long existing company, but we also have ways to help for short-term and other opportunities

52we can show you as well. Our primary objective is to raise our capital for a fund, but at the same time we also have companies that need funding, so we have some resources to help you with that as well. So don't hesitate to contact us over at VCAP, VCap Global, like venture capital, vcapglobal.com. That's a good way to reach us if you're a company, more looking for some interim financing. Excellent. So, one of the things that I've observed about working with Gary, Gary's always very detailed oriented, he's street smart, he knows what's going on, TJ, you know, through the conversation that we've had as well, super duper smart, knows what's going on, digs in, lives the experience. So you guys, if you guys were making the decisions on your own about these companies, I'd feel good about it. But the idea that you use this AI technology to be able to further do the pre-screening really helps minimize the negative possibilities for something, not working out. I mean, if somebody's working with you, they get their best chances, I think, of being

53successful either as an investor or as a company when they're working with you. So I know, Gary, you're jumping on planes, you know, I talked to you last weekend, you're jumping on a plane over to New York, you know, like instantly, like ladies listen, we were talking to these guys, I jumped on a plane, I'm over there, we're talking to these people. So talk to people about how hands-on with this, you really are in this whole, um, prior process. I mean, you just not pushing buttons on a spreadsheet over in some ivory office, you're actually boots on the ground, doing the things that you need to do to research these people and companies. Yes. I mean, first of all, I mean, yeah, obviously they go through a pre-screening and analysis process up front, um, and these folks go through hands that have got decades of experience in the financial markets. And at that time, yes, we do shake hands. We do meet people with people. We do Zoom calls daily, also video conferencing, uh, as a constant flow of our business. And ultimately, yes, we are, in fact, we'll be taking further trips of TJ and I both.

56We are meeting with these entrepreneurs and, um, we are putting things in our fund that we want to know who some of these entrepreneurs are personally as well. And at the end of the day, they're not just a number. They become a relationship and they become a party to our project. And we also have accountability, responsibility to those that are in our fund and those that come on board with us. So we, we care about everybody, we, we care for the success of everybody's decisions. So, um, so we treat that very seriously. And so meeting these entrepreneurs, there's some fantastic people out here that have great ideas, uh, and plans and dreams and their ideas are global in perspective and or we look at what niche they're in. If it's too small of a niche, you know, with typically paths, we want these big, we want big markets. We want large markets, we want great valuations so that we have great potential profit margins. And we have expectations from these entrepreneurs. So we want to make sure that they're agreeable to these expectations because why it's through

00the benefit of the fund to meet our parameters. And so the idea is here is to create a total win, win across the board. And yeah, we have no hesitation about meeting and taking flights, hands on is, is, is part of our process as well. It doesn't mean that we have to meet every single person face to face, but at one point we will. Um, and at the end of the day, we, we have, um, a lot of interviewing that takes place as well. Um, I mean, you know, we have a system, oh, sorry, yeah, thank you. Did you go ahead? We have, we have a team. I mean, the government, we have a team now. So the team incorporates another company that does a lot of screening work for us. So frankly, most of what is done first is that we send them through that screen. It's a viable company to get into the fund. We need to put it through the screening process. There's, there, you know, obviously the company is going to pay somebody to do some analysis work for them. But this sort of third party, we want to be, have an arms length from that information.

01We don't want to be biased. So we use the third party to do that screening process. And it's, it's, it's efficient and it's cost effective in it. It is what a company would have to have the ever serious about going and raising money. And then we have some other things that would help you with the interim steps. If you maybe you're not a company for that. But then yes, we absolutely put a lot of weight on individuals that are running this. We look at the numbers, of course, but a company is, is people. It sells products to people. We want to, we want to understand that. So if something that's, you know, where we get more personally involved when necessary to try to shake hands, but also get to know these people, know the character these people because the worst thing you can do is invest in somebody with that character, even if they got a great business model. So again, we try to cover, we've made all the mistakes, folks, have what we get. And you know, we've seen what to do, what not to do. So it would rather be in the trenches with the soldier who says he's perfect or the

02guy who's been shot a few times and survived and can tell you how to do it. Well, I think I'll think I'll think that the master sergeant is taking on the bullets, right? So that's kind of like who you get with Gary and our helping run this fund. Well, you, well, no matter, in fact, it's, it, it is a lot of experience. And it is being the guys that are first online. And at the end of the day, we are usually first up on front and putting the capital up front out of our pockets as well, as such as even organizing and structuring such a fun, you know, that takes on some of the best SEC attorneys and organizations to really put something together that's extraordinary and long term and to make a difference. So micro venture capital fund will, I, my opinion, will become eventually also a name in the financial markets. Excellent. Well, great information for those people listening and you'll be able to hear this again, go to the Gary Kramer radio show on the building fortunes radio network.

04If you go to buildingforcerradio.com, you could just search for that or just look for Gary Kramer. He's all over the place now. And as a result of that, I want to say Gary, we're going to have you back. I'd love to be able to learn more as you're working from each one of these individual companies. We'll have radio shows with them. I'm sure and they'll be able to help people about their projects. Besides the investment opportunities, they're great people, great companies, making a big difference in the US economy. And that's what it takes. So TJ, thanks for being here.
