01Wednesday, March 25th at 8 p.m. Eastern, 5 p.m. Pacific. You're listening to the GoBurgs podcast. GoBurgs! Hey, hello. It is the GoBurgs podcast, Elliot Chorapark's James Seltzer. With ya, it feels, and we got the draft in about a month, right, like a month, five weeks, whatever. Yeah, which is crazy how close it is. That's what I mean. It feels like learning about these guys. It feels like there's a real little wall for like a week or two, and then we're going to get in the draft. But right now, this moment, it's like, okay, the first wave is done, the drafts coming up,
02we're like getting in for the first time in a while. It's like, all right, step back. Where are we at? How are you doing? Well, I mean, Jehovah's Jack. Well, of course, yeah. So for people wondering why, when you finish this potter, when you look at it now and say, oh, it's only like a 30-minute pod, it's because we're about to go through the Jehovah's Jack press conference. Yes. I will say this. Real quick. No, no, no, before you say you're going to say, I have to ask you this very important question. Yes. Because you are the king of press conference. I am. You've been to so many. You're like, when people are like, oh, someone asked to ask a question next hearing, you're the guy who asked it. You're like, you're the guy. Is this the biggest press conference you've ever been a part of? Superbowl. Yeah, you bet there's a big one. It's top three, I would probably say. It's top three, right? Well, and also because Jack will care a lot about what I ask. Oh, you know what I mean? So funny enough, Tucker and me and Jack will be recording a high hopes pod after the press conference. Fun for you. Apparently it's an interrogation of me. Yeah. So yeah, yeah, I love you. I love Jack's new thing of everyone loves everyone. Like no one makes fun of people more on air than oh my god. He's the king of me.
02Yeah, that guy burries me on there every time I come, oh, I'm okay. All right. I, and honestly, the only reason I'm done team morning show is because his co-host is so annoying with this whole thing. It's all spikes fault anyway. It's crazy. It's still going on. It's unbelievable. But I'm excited for it. I will say I'm ready for it more than I thought it was I am more excited for it than I expected. Yeah. Anyway, as you were gonna say back I forget what I was going to talk about the press conference. Oh, I have a bunch of questions ready Yeah, I'm ready to go. I'm excited. You did text and the the baseball guys threatening me and Jack and said you know I have lots of yeah, I like Jack was less excited about 10 ready I Pick your best ones. I don't know. So the one I don't know. I can't say that this joke would would land or not But remember when eight ironically AJ Brown called in to the WF course and Jack asked me a calamari gonna ask him But what do you what do you think of the calamari? Honestly, it's like a second part. It'd be one of those things where for the people who get it
05It'll be the funniest and the road and the room will get by far. Yeah, it'll even be close It'll be something like Jack what's your strategy tomorrow and then also what do you think of the calamari? I should I do it Tucker and I both fully as okay, I will laugh. I will I will be there and I won't go fall for you Yeah, well, I think on air it would be funny. It's very good. I don't play well on air or he'll hate me Oh, I'm sorry. I mean look he hates me apparently So I get through a podcast with him where he's just gonna be bitter and mad at me for all because brace is bad, too It's not good. Yeah, it is sad watching an athlete like I Have it anymore. Yeah, you know, like it's not that he's not trying. I believe brace tried all off He just big caveat He's had five games of a bat. Yeah, this is so ridiculous to overreact by The key is that he's 33 and he's gonna be 34 on October. That's right. That's what I'm saying There's nothing to do with these five games of a bats He is just a different player than he used to be but these five games of bats are not representative of who you So I think that's still Jack actually said these stats on air I don't remember them, but if you just look at his percentage of hitting fastballs. It's gone like see that
09That's the turning. No, that's a real Yeah, you just can't do it anymore and you know to tie everything back to the Eagles Just sucks. They didn't win in 22 We're able to come back and do it. Yeah, what the hardest it's one of the hardest things. You're so right the fact and again We talked about it as it happened and you know, it's still true and obviously who knows how long it'll go for but the fact that that About Jaylin Being you know the only quarterback in whatever 30 years or whatever it is to lose the Super Bowl They go back and win it is such a and it's telling such a short time. Yes, which is crazy One last thing if we actually get in the Eagles. I was thinking of this yesterday Like how Bryce will be remembered and to be clear and Tucker you'll appreciate this because you're another big Iverson guy Iverson is obviously ahead of Bryce But I think there's some similarities in the way like they had the one run. Mm-hmm They have the one moment like Bryce had the bedlam Iverson had the step over. Sure. They were the face of the team Like I just I see the face of the one of the faces. Yeah, right that time now Iverson obviously the way more cultural impact But we got it out. Bryce was like they were both a lot of baseball
13Levels of famous. I think Iverson Iverson Iverson has a control on the face was pretty huge I think Iverson's probably bigger, but it's close is my point like different types of fame. Yeah, Iverson You know, Iverson was more impactful. Iverson you know change things and all that But in terms of just like how famous they were at a particular I think Iverson was a little more famous But the point being they were both in that upper echelon of American sports. Yeah, and it's just sad to see that he's You know, so he could have a great year I think it'll mostly be with all athletes They'd be very similar in the last year and also similar to AJ like You know, we talk about how good AJ still is there's quarters in games where AJ still looks totally right And then there's two games where he doesn't and I think when you're getting older and you have And with AJ It's the leg issues like it's just hard to get up and do it all the time. All right Let's let's pivot and talk some birds since we don't have a ton of time and I think really the biggest news I got a fire final pop. I though. It sports related, which is rare But I can't wait. I'm so excited for it. I have to make sure we get to it on time. Yeah
16All right, so with the goes not much talk about the Eagles those that works out well I think the biggest news since we last spoke is that gotter is back official signed What did you make of gotter coming back and I think more importantly you've mentioned you've said this like freeze or version of this Freeze a lot over the past couple weeks of like they can't run the tight end room back, you know after what how he said Are they is this in at the tyrum so the gotter thing and then we'll span that out to the rest of the off So I do wonder if in joku is still a possibility like that he's not signed. It's interesting He took a visit to Denver, which is pretty rare. I feel like for a free agent I'm a little surprised how little buzz there is about him in general I'm shocked a big name, right? But the calcutta contract details came out He got 700,000 guaranteed, which is not nothing, but I think they want him close to nothing Yeah, like they want him to make the team, but he could be a cap casualty. So Yeah, under a million guaranteed there is you are not as far from a lockdown Correct like you could they want you to but you could definitely lose your roster spot I think it's hard to also wouldn't preclude them from going to joker being like you're not in the team
20Yeah, so it's hard to separate this opinion from gotter himself And I actually like calcuttaire more than most people like I was fine I think that the big issue with calcuttaire from a fan burst ragnars I think the eagles asked him to do things he wasn't good at. Yeah, like he's a fine receiver He's actually think in a buzz Yeah, I think he's probably good backup receiving title throw him the ball Don't ask him to make big blocks correct So Johnny months here and I guess Johnny month will be the blocker And I like gotter as a player And I'm happy for gotter that he's back But it is not inspiring to bring back the same two tight ends when how he himself somewhat unprompted Said like I didn't do a good enough job last year We needed a more diverse skill set and yes, like Johnny months here But you can't sell me on Johnny month being the big change in the room now They could draft somebody, but I don't love the idea of taking a tight end in the first round like everyone loves to dig bay And I'm probably another prospect. I'll be wrong about but like I don't know. We're gonna. You're gonna use the first round pick on a tight end when you need an offensive
21Diamond deep as a safe and drasher a drasher Not to mention of age is gone. Maybe a receiver like you already have gotter never used to first from pick on a tight end right ever No, I don't think so. I can't remember. Yeah, because I mean it's gotter. It's like I'm saying. I don't think he's ever Yeah, I don't think you will. I don't think he's going to take alignment whether it's on the offensive side of the ball Or or or or possibly. Yeah, it's possible. So I I just look at the tight end room and again I like gotter it as a player. I like how Katara's a player bringing back the same two is very uninspiring It's so honest and it brings up a larger picture here, which is now I Think AJ is gone. I don't think I don't not think he's going to be back Well, especially some Mike Floreo's comments Mike Floreo's yes, or I guess yesterday whatever was Mike Floreo Said whether it's before or after June 1st he used the word And AJ Brown trade is inevitable. Yes, it's obviously happening They report like that very rarely use words like that because there's no other side doing never with that
24It's absolutely happening and let's not forget Floreo and how are you tight? Ian Rappaport said there were multiple times last week where he thought AJ was traded Like that's my whole thing with the June 1st. I agree June 1st matter. It's the point you made on the 1j I thought it was fascinating So if you look at the salad actually have the numbers right here If you everyone talks about the June 1st thing where you know, they they're good They want to trade a matter June 1st. It's so much better for the salary cap First of all, we know that's not true because they've reportedly almost traded a multiple Right, and there's been momentum and if it was actually such a deal breaker They would be like let's talk in June because we're not doing it until then right and actually if you're an Eagles fan I think you should want him traded now because if they trade him after June the price tag is going to be lower in my opinion Unless you drag it into training camp and someone gets the draft the draft or the lead up to the draft Is their best So right now like what if the patrons what if the Receiver's supposed to go 20 false 31 they take him it's like like it's just why would you give Well, that's the reason for the Eagles. Yeah, and that's my point Yeah, that's a tough thing for the Eagles too is I think they want to trade AJ
27Yeah, I think they I think they I think they want like are highly highly motivated I think they've decided to trade age. I think they don't want him on the team next year Like yeah, boom and he doesn't want to be on the team next year win-win for both But so if you look at it and I guess props to Howie on this although this offseason I've soured a little bit on how Howie handles the cap like the Goddard things kind of embarrassing to have to continually push back This void date because so much money is going to rush in and the AJ thing Well, I don't think the June first things end of the world think about how many moves we talked about this Law season with the Eagles where it's been well, they have this much dead money and they have this much dead money and Again, I think it's probably still the right way to do it. Howie knows more about the cap than me Obviously, they feel the competitive team. He's super smart But it does feel they're a little like putting a lot on the credit card I just think I well and they have been I think that I feel it's starting to hurt him Yeah, I think it's one of those things where I think that you know Howie's great with the cap. I think this is the smart way to
27Manipulate the cap as it is currently constructed in the NFL But it is a salary cap like you keep it's not magic like you can not just Always beat it like there are going to be things that come back. They're going to be situations where you're a cap strong or whatever Because it's a real thing. Yeah, it's not like there is some if it were a magic way we just get around it Then guess what every GM would get around it always like it's so I think that I think that how he can be great at the cap and be doing things this smart way But still have to adhere to a cap at times. You know what I mean? I also think he is able to do what he does because Jeffrey cuts big checks And it seems like Jeffrey's less single. It's well, no Yeah, which is an interesting thing, but I just feel like how he it feels like the credit card debt is Is adding up it might I mean like Bryce Huff James Bradbury Dallas Goddard They basically brought back because of this 20 and a half million dollar dead cap cap cap hit AJ is likely going to cost 43 million dollars in dead cap and I don't think they care and I don't really care But it is a crazy way to manage. Now here's the thing
30I mean, but you take a one-year hit and then you're kind of Yes, so that's what I was gonna say so that's my question you do you think that and I know how he would never say it's all We're always trying to the super do you think that internally they're looking at this is kind of a Passier almost like a hey, I don't think so for I mean I don't I don't okay just cuz I mean it is an interesting thought No, no, I'm not like hey we're gonna just take some freaking hits right now this year We'll see what happens. We still got talent like we're gonna play we're putting in a new offense We give it a year to figure that out not in the sense that they're like going a About it as like we don't want to win this year, but more so like hey We've got all these kind of things happening at the same time like maybe we just go into this year without Full bore that we're trying to win it all this year. Yeah, do you know what I mean like I'm saying they're like given the year away I'm just saying that how he is not Maybe as willing to make the aggressive move that he might have in other years as a palm I don't know cuz I think they probably look at it realistically and go the Rams are awesome But Stafford's old you could get hurt. I think they definitely look at themselves the best team in the division
30I think rightfully so again I don't think that they are not trying to win. I'm just saying Maybe how he is not going above and beyond in certain ways because they're like we're gonna take a little bit this year Maybe I think I think they definitely are thinking themselves. This is going there's going to be growing pains this year because of the new offense But I also kind of think they'll just chalk the new offense if they start to lose I don't if you're making jail and then you're one and two you're telling me you're gonna be like no I don't know. I don't think it's their choice. I think that how we in Jeffrey are bringing in a new offense. I don't yes Yeah, this is where we disagree. I think they're bringing a new offense and guess what you're running that offense Whether it works or not like you're gonna the point thing you're going to give it time to work I don't think it'll be three games. I think it'll be a minimum of half a season and probably more before they even think about Yeah, but even even if you are correct about that. I think If there's any place in the city where you like we'll get pressured into change If the Eagles start oh and one or like are one and two and are averaging 18 points a game
31You're telling me they're gonna stick with it. But I Look yet they should first and foremost. That's an interesting debate because I don't know if they should of course They should prioritize winning you brought a man and you brought this again We're talking about winning long term like you have to uh to the point and just made like I am okay saying Hey, we are doing something now For the long term is in the next five years benefit and it might be a little painful now But you're two three four five is gonna be so valuable that that pain was there. Yeah, they could be looking They could they could until They're one and three and there's rumors. It's Nick's gonna get fired But again that's passing but then it's a question of who's running the show You know, which I've always thought was Jeffrey now. Yeah, so I think I think Nick has more job secure I think Nick has a longer leasing. I agree with that for sure Well, I will say this is unrelated but kind of related like you watch jail and go around on this book tour And you can just see yeah, it's it feels like a superstar Well that but you can just see why Jeffrey Lori is like this dude is
34valuable beyond belief of course. I mean he is going around the city reading books to kids like setting pot like he is You just couldn't ask for a better franchise quarterback off the field and then obviously on the field He's had great success But like I don't know there's something about the book tour. I was just saying it Jeffrey must be like yeah Just cut him another check no one will represent my franchise better than jail. Yeah, um, should I finish my aj point? Sure Okay, so actually you know hold it for one second because there's something that's even more important than a j if that's possible Because Elliott we are in the heart of the pro football season You know and everyone's focus on the roster we're talking about all this stuff in the window to get back to the big game and all that stuff But let's talk about something that actually affects you in your day-to-day life The actual windows in your house if your seals are blown and by the way windy, huh? So I thought if your seals are blown in insulation chat your AC is gonna be gased by half time once the Philly hits You can't win with the league defense and you definitely can't win with windows to let money fly right out of your house I was thinking last night So obviously it was extremely windy. Yes, and I was wondering if I had better windows if I would have fallen asleep quicker
38Because you could definitely hear like But this is why I have windows nation on the roster because I can call them and ask these questions and these guys are like in a offensive line they get in they protect the home and they do it fast and we're talking about Speaking of fast a one-day installation for most homes with zero disrupts and with over 1500 styles. That's a lot. You're getting that custom superstar look for your homes curvil And unlike those player contracts are only have guaranteed when Nations work is protected for the long In best of all they're running the buy more save more event for March So you can get up to 50% off all styles It's the kind of team-friendly deal that lets you upgrade the whole house without blowing your budget So you can get started with zero dollars down and zero or no payments as low as or sorry I've just completely forgive you. It's sorry So you can get started with zero dollars down and payments as low as
38$199 a month head to window nation.com today is schedule your fast free consultation. That's window nation Doxie that's like when a quarterback throws an interception forgets all bad it goes back out there's a touch on the next one I actually might because the wind was wild. I was actually thinking to you because you'd get up like So I didn't okay, we probably fell asleep early. I saw no wind everyone's talking about the wind. Okay, well times you fall asleep I like eight. Yeah, did you sleep through the night? Yeah. Okay, so is that it's worse that like I would say 10 to 12 Okay, I had no idea. I keeping like what are y'all talking about it? It would be any wind So we have one piece of it. They let kids out from school yesterday It's like tornado like what I was thinking about this weather people right Understant you aren't you weather well? I am but like understandably we're all very forgiving when a person That's job is to break the weather is wrong. Oh are we I didn't know that like we are like forgiving I didn't know that the mass populist was that forgiving. I feel I have to you idiot But it's funny because when I get a sports take wrong everyone's like oh, but I was told blah blah blah blah blah I think it's easier to predict the weather than it is to predict sports. Of course it is
40Yeah, I'm like actual science billions of dollars of science. I'm watching a guy run and be like I think he's pretty fat Exactly. Yeah, well, I don't know the quarterbacks better. Yeah, all this thing. I like you guys Meteorology there is a science called meteorology. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, 100% it's easy. I agree Yeah, I feel like people are very make it seem like it's the they're freaking like a fortune teller. Yeah I'm gonna anyone know what the weather is gonna be here's my guess. You're just reading what the screen says you're just meteorology Yeah, this is a science here lots of weather Oh, we've got the European model and then this model and that my yeah, I've got the the Kermit the frog model that telling me it is It's crazy. Those are crazy Kermit the frog pool right there. I had to um, but it is like Kermit I was going to say you want to do it, but it is crazy like The fighting on Twitter yesterday from the weather people like because it was just one tweet at like seven being like Oh, but I was told it's gonna be really bad storm And then 11 so you know it's bad when everyone does the but I was told it's like all right at 11
40So I saw people spiking the football and now the winds really hard. It's like wow, here we go Like they're really good. No one likes to you know Um Taking it take a win that more than people who think whether people are yeah, oh, yeah, you said four inches And it's two inches you frickin moron. It's crazy, but it was very windy. It was extremely windy. Um, all right To my AJ point. Yes, so the long awaited tease AJ point so a lot of people have said You know, they should they can't train before June 1st because there's big cap implications According to over the cap who's unbelievable at this they have 40 million dollars in cap space right now And now it's worth noting when they started this they had 12 million dollars in cap space So I could easily read that as they are adding a ton of cap space to prepare for trading for AJ I can't remember honestly I can't remember the last time their cap space was as high as 40 million dollars. Well, I think Also, I mean, they're gonna pay guys. I mean part of that cap. I think they're done paying guys No, I'm talking that you're talking about next year's cap space. I'm talking about 2026. Oh, oh, oh, oh Like right now today. It's at 40 million dollars. Wow. I can't remember the last time it was this high
42Yeah, it's been a while right so it's got to be for that because because I mean you said next season They got like 70 million right, but a lot of that's Jay-La Carter. There's not whatever so if they If they trade AJ today, we do an emergency pod It will go down to around 20 million dollars, which is still a lot of money They normally go into a year with 10 million dollars So 2026 cap space is currently at 40 million and the 2027 cap space is currently 82 million 82 million is an absurd amount of cap space Which is obviously and it'll go right down to bring exactly in their becony. Yeah, 100 percent But if they trade AJ before June 1st It goes down to 20 million this year, which would be half right, but next year it goes up to 105 million They gain cap space in 2027 if they trade them this year That's why I feel like people don't get I feel like people think if you do it after June 1st There's this magical thing where it's like you don't pay as much you just split it well Yeah, and to my theory if it's the whole like They are not maybe as all in this season as they take the hit this year You want to trade them before June 1st? So if they trade them after June 1st this year they gain seven million dollars in cap space
46Which is obviously no where the although honestly difference between 40 and 47 is essentially nothing But next year they'd be one of my favorite things is and I get it You're right when Ali and I'll say like you know like 3.4 million or whatever these Some's that would be life-changing for oh, yeah, he's like I mean, it's a rounding error. It's a round Yeah, it's a kick out of it I always think about like the cash like I wonder if they like how much cash they've ever had in the Nova Carol one They've ever given be like no, I think because they've right cash, right? Don't you think that should we do direct deposit Sure, but the point is it's all the bang. So yeah, well, let me give you this 10 I wonder if a player's ever been like I want cash. I think I'd probably like you need to handle that I feel like yo bro, you're bang. Yeah, I don't think I'd be like maybe we shouldn't give you this money That would be a big cardor got like a 80 million dollar. It was like I want in cash. I'm like you know what? We're gonna we're gonna think about this. Why do you need it? All right, there's benefits to doing it as all I'm saying There's benefits to doing it now for this hour cap. All right before we get to final thoughts
49One other thing Slay I didn't call you Darious. Yeah slay retiring your thoughts I you know like I think what stands out to most most to me about slay is a he did solve the issue of the number one corner You made this point I'm sure it was was it a sante Samuel like last good number one corner prior prior to I think it was was it prior to slay a sante Samuel. Yeah, because it was a sante Samuel It was very well. Yeah, I'm sure that old thing And then it was no one by our own by our Maxwell and by the way To equal it reminds me a little bit of Kerry Williams personality Well, not and then it's like they had Darby and and mills. Oh Darby and mills, but they weren't number one. I'm just trying to go through the lineage So like honestly in a so a sante was a number one. I think it's a sante Yeah, but I think like Lito was more of a shutdown corner than you want to hear a wildstad that my ganglion told me that blew my mind Yes, this blew my mind. What if I said no, would you just not say it? No, I guess not If Togger said yes, then you'd have to cover your correct Um a sante was your one year less than Darious Slay
51Okay, wow that's surprising in general Darious Slay had nine interceptions as an eagle Asante seem like 23 wow Isn't that unbelievable 23 and set 23 as an eagle. I couldn't believe it. That is not possible That's an absurd amount of it and how many and my angelina could be wrong, which is rare I doubt it with all people, you know Well, yeah, so I think I'll think about Slay like fixing the number one corner issue Which was something they had an issue for for a long time also and living up to the like that was a You know three in the five. Oh getting a corner He lived up to it and see like lived up to that You know, it's how you think of like Brandon Graham and 54 Lachon McCoy in 29. It's crazy to think slay were 24 is first year. Yeah, you're right You know like the covid year. It was like it didn't even happen then he moves to two But the other thing is Slay is someone to me. Oh, it's because of Jalen remember Jalen was number two Yeah, you're right. Yeah, I moved to one. You're right. Yeah, 24 is a bad number for Slay Um, but anyway, so Like he was just so nice to people Well, that's how it's gonna say you always thought like he it just seemed like he was beloved. He's such like a family man like
57I just obviously got a great personality this year. I'm tall. He seems very positive and and fun And I know it annoyed people when he did it. Yeah, when he would go on up like Michael Parsons pod after a loss River, it's like wow or if you would like post a clip of I don't I can't think of who like he did stuff that Travon digs getting an interception. Yeah, it would be like why you doing this yet But like he genuinely like to see other people succeed now all this being said unbelievable player Probably a top five Eagles corner of all time I mean, Eric Allen I mean, it's like Yeah, I mean Eric Taylor Um, it's hard not to do the duos like yeah, Vincent and Taylor I feel like we're missing an old-school guy Tucker isn't there an old-school like Hall of Fame type corner Maybe but if it's not the super layer, I don't care. Yeah, you guys are really. Oh, no, I'm not a super layer maybe Now, I mean old-school school but I'm talking like seven. He's the name something anyway He's probably like in that conversation. Oh, yeah He's in the discussion. I don't I don't think he's you. I don't think he should be in the Eagles Hall of Fame Oh, I don't either so I said there. I think he's like right on the line. He's really close I don't even think he's on the line. The issue is
59Like this. This is what I'm saying like seven to seven from 17 till now I mean, there's like 30 guys Really decide and I'm okay either path, but they're gonna have to decide if it's hard to get in or if it's just like a fun thing Yeah, or if it's a wall of fame, which is fine like if you want to go that route You have a different guy every week at halftime like I'm totally cool with it I'm not I prefer they keep it exclusive. I guess, but it's so hard like honestly You can make an argument for players on the team like almost right now. Oh, I know Well, Jaylon, Jaylon, Sequon, Devonte, AJ is an injured in case Devon Goddard might end up being the best tight-end in franchise. I mean Jalen Carter some day down the road Cooper to Gene Queniam Mitchell the guy's right team right now. Zach Bond is not like if it slays in like how far away is Zach Bond? Brandon Graham is on the screen. Yeah, seriously if slay gets in how far away is Zach Bond? Well, that's the point That's the point. Yeah, so I say no to I just don't think you can do it. I've been turning down interviews all we code a copy
04reached out Oprah George Stephanopolis So I said no. I was booked on the Dij podcast before the Taylor Swift phenomenon I must live up to my responsibility. Listen wherever you get your podcasts All right, let's get to final thoughts. You got a banger. Yeah, so I was gonna tweet this But then I didn't really feel like people being mad at me would be able to understand would handle it. All right So this year I really become an availability is the best ability in mba like I am big now and It matters to me how much a player plays look right here. Welcome aboard. So Right now we do points per game like if you play in 50 games and you average 30 points in those games You average 30 points per game, right? I think we should change it to your point scored is divided by the amount of games that have been played in the mba So if you play in 50 games and you score x amount of points that number is divided by 82 and not 50 Because you're so basically what you're saying is you want the points per game to be based on 82 games no matter
09per player I per player no matter how many games a player plays that's how many points you average out like look I I think it's a fascinating. I don't hate it right. I don't hate it I do think that we get into these situations with these things where You do have to think about the history of the game and talking about the game and records and think it would be a big change It would be a big change you know like for sure and history wise. I get I don't love that from a history perspective But like just in in a vacuum if we forget about all the other just do I like it on its own. I don't hate it I think it makes sense. I don't hate it Like I just think Tyrese maxi averaging x amount of points when it plays every night changes again The way we talk about it in the sense of like oh, he's a 20 point per game score or there's not like Where it's like would you say mbd is up? Oh, yeah, he's like a nine point per game score like you'd never say that You know, but I think what's important to note there is if Tyrese maxi is averaging 30 points in playing 41 to 42 games in joelle's 30 points in playing 15 games. I don't disagree with the
09They're not equal. I don't disagree. I don't and that's why total points are there and all that so yeah And I think I don't think it would ever replace the current win three game I think you could add it as another status and I just think I don't hate the heart of what you're doing Yeah, I think it'd be difficult to actually enact but I I love where you're at and I agree with you that I think that Players not playing is outrageous. I think that The there should be some way to credit players who do flavor. And that was part of it No, you know, not to bring it back. You've already admitted. I won Those were my yoghurt sing forever was this guy plays every single game is out there every night Welcome aboard. I think it's a bigger problem now now you could argue joelle was part of ushering in that problem Yeah, I've always cared about this. This is something matters and I can't talk about it more. Yeah, like I think it's Happy to have I get like it's hard to play any two games and all that I am now in a little bit of like it is crazy. How no one I love it It's one of the biggest problems with the sport. I totally agree with the sport is it's sad But it is in a bad place. I agree. I agree Okay, I got a really good one today. Why do dogs pause? Malice? Yeah
09The amount of the amount of feedback. I've got So many of our arguments certain is yeah, I should have said why do dogs pause smell that way and then it never would have gone there One underrated point from that not to dive back I was joking. I think you're under asking a little bit how good dog smell like in general Like the dog pause smell good, but like I love the way Kingsley's head smells. Yeah, so I don't like I guess it's a personal thing Yeah, I don't dislike it. I don't just like it but I think dogs pretty much it was more than I think dog smell a certain way generally Accept their pause after thing now. I listen back to it, which I very rarely do. It's funny You saying it wafes up is like all time just you walking in a house and being like Yo, you like where's it at? It's around here. I can tell dog walks in there was like those are some Get over here. Yeah, I think you're bastardizing when I said, but I All right, here's my real one Have you ever washed behind your ears? Uh, no, why is that the phrase don't forget to wash behind your ears growing up. That was the whole thing
13Remember don't gotta wash behind your ears I assume it's like a way of saying like wash your whole body and like yeah throw it. It's a thorough thing Why behind your ears of all things like does it get dirty? Why do we do it? So I could probably count on one hand The amount of times I have washed my face over the past 20 years what I never washed my face ever Like I mean like I'll do I'll wash my hair here and it'll come down I get it kind of but like I someone who cares so much about skin care because I have great skin And I don't want to mess with it. I just like don't I don't I don't put anything on my face like I don't like obviously Yeah, I'm waiting watching their faces. I wash my face with the shampoo mostly when I have a beer But if I don't have a beard, I have a used face wash And I have like one of them in the shower, but after anything else. I so I certainly don't do it at my ears Yeah, well, I'm afraid I'll break out if I do it because my my face is not used to do it You're in your mid to late 30s. You're not to relax. I don't think that's true Yeah, I think you break out at any point not to the same lab always been I've always been good
14Like I've never really had like I haven't either much, but still really is biological like I guess yeah It's genetic so again another reason to not worry about washing your face so much it's genetic behind the ear thing is kind of We're that's why that's my whole point is like why did they say and I it's got to be a thoroughness thing But like really behind the ears like no one washes. What are we doing here? I think a lot about Jason Kelsey saying he never washes the feet I think every time I think it's a good point. It's a great point I also if I I should say this to the next time see him I think it's a health hazard I've already talked to him about safety has I talked about it immediately when I'm like I never I was it but now like when I have to like if you'll like you know I follow like Rubin sometimes I'll have an actor you do yeah you step in it or there are times where I actually will have to wash my feet and every time it happens I think of Jason Kelsey wow you ever stepped in and Rubin's poop without shoes Yes, of course never ever done that he's 14 years old so he's like an older dog he has like an I guess you don't see it I would say about once every six weeks a few weeks he has an accent but okay we don't step in that every not every time but I'm saying he always he knows he
17when he when he is actually he walks to the bathroom and goes into that like it's awesome that's what Kingsley does Yeah, but the point is like when I wake up to go like it's not like a term I flashlight every morning and whatever So I have stepped in it. It's not like it happens often but I've stepped in and it's not real It's an all great way to start especially in the morning at three in the morning wherever it's the worst The point being that whenever I have had to then you have to do when I want when I act shift to wash my feet I think of Jason Kelsey every time because it is so rare I'm like oh I'm washing my feet Yeah, Kelsey. Yeah, I mean the soap goes down. I don't know exactly. Yeah, yeah, mostly good. All right So we've learned that Elliott doesn't really wash himself good. Well, I wash everything but my face And your feet and not my ears and not my feet. All right. We got to press conference to do What a thrill? Check out the high ups pop where apparently jack's gonna grow me and interrogate him. Yeah But we will be back sometime soon. Don't miss us too much or until AJ. Yeah, maybe we'll see until then
