The Daily Mess When Is A Good Time To Protest Plus Why Are We Voting

About this episode

I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   Is this a good time to make your voice present?  Is it time to oppose war?  Plus…these elected officials who can’t seem to make up their own mind, why are we even voting if they can’t stop locking things up?    I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

Enjoy your exploration yo yo. It's me that guy that's always asking questions and the recent wise because I find a lot of fun in doing the research. Is it a good time to make your voice present? I mean, is it time to oppose the wars? Plus these elected officials who can't seem to make up their own mind. Why as voters are we even showing up if they can't lock it in my name is arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate. I happen to call it the daily mess, a chronological walk through an everyday world. It is my morning writing as a receiver of thoughts and ideas. We as people tend to throw things to the side, because we're convinced that we're going to deal with it later on. Okay, let me know when you've caught up. Okay, when a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal. But by doing the research, that picture becomes clear. This is the daily mess.

So is this a good time to make your voice present in the community? In the way of opposing whatever war is taking place. Historically, some of the most meaningful civic changes have taken place when ordinary people decide to put their voices out there during times of war. The Vietnam War, as well as the Iraqi War, served as enormous vocal platforms that help shape the nation's conversations, policies, debates, and the way that history would be remembered. But is this the time of a brand new beginning? When should people lift up the volume of their voices? Well, the question is, what is your motivation? Are you speaking out of fear or anger? I mean, clarity is very important. What is the form of your voice? Marching in large groups doesn't always mean opposition. So you've got to use your skills as a writer. Speak at your city council, support humanitarian issues, create respectable conversations. And then you got to ask yourself,

are you physically and mentally prepared for the disagreements? Are you informed enough to make your position known? The time to speak is when the silence in your heart is heavier than everything else that you're carrying. Hey, coming up next, these lawmakers always getting locked up. Why are we even voting? Hey, welcome back to the Daily Mess. When lawmakers endlessly lock up their decisions and votes, where nothing is ever getting done for nearly the past three decades, doesn't it feel like that we're wasting our time at the voting machine? First and foremost, no matter how tight these decision makers tend to be, your vote is endlessly effective. Voting determines what gets discussed. Your vote takes the issues directly to those elected into office. Now, keep in mind, party line voting is a squeaky wheel. A lot of decision making goes unnoticed.

When large groups of people vote, it shows those political leaders that, hey, we are paying attention. Yeah, the real people. Political scientists are quick to point out that government gridlock isn't new to our history books. No matter how dark the cloud might be over the nation, your voting voice still carries the right ingredients to make a difference. Politicians who lock in their voting has become more common over the past 30 years. I mean, every party involved is as pure as all can be. Yum. Most in office vote for the party more than the people. Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm. I'm Aaron, and that's the Daily Mess. Hey, it's Cole Swindell. After I give everything I've got to land a perfect vocal, I usually take five before jumping into the next track. And I've learned exactly how to recharge in that time. Some folks grab coffee. I hit a quick, good luck spin. Next thing you know, the break is just as fun as land down the track.

A better break makes for a better take. Need a break? Less chumbo. No purchase necessary. BGW Group void were prohibited by law. 21 plus TNC supply. Sponsored by Chumbo Casino.
