The Daily Light — The Daily Light 03-28 AM Devotion. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
0:00Good morning, this is the Daily Light for March 28. Be strong and of a good courage. The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear. The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid. He giveeth power to the faint, and to them that have no mighty increaseeth strength. Even the youth shall faint, and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
1:00They shall mount up with wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint. My flesh and my heart faileth, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. If God before us, who can be against us? The Lord is on my side. I will not fear. What can man do unto me? Through thee, will we push down our enemies. Through thy name, will we tread them under that rise up against us. We are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Arise therefore and be doing, and the Lord be with thee. You've just been listening to the Daily Light, a daily morning and evening devotional of Scripture compiled by Samuel Baxter, and published in 1825. I came up in my victory war.
2:01May I reach heaven's joys, oh bright heaven's sun. Heart of my own heart, what ever before. Still be my vision, oh ruler of God. The will never only burst in my heart. I came up in my treasure the world.
