Teens Charged with ISIS-Inspired Plot at NYC Rally

There, the pair ignited two explosive objects, including one confirmed improvised explosive device. Officials say the men aim to support ISIS through their actions, facing a five-count complaint that includes weapons of mass destruction charges. Both suspects' tow police stay drew inspiration from ISIS propaganda videos on their phones. Balat even wanted an attack bigger than the Boston Marathon bombing, which he dismissed for causing only three deaths. Meanwhile, FBI agents recently searched the storage facility near the suspects' Bucks County homes and found three more explosive devices. Crews safely detonated them on site with controlled blasts.
