Teens Arrested in Rotterdam Synagogue Blast

0:00On March 16th, 14agers have been arrested in Rotterdam, Netherlands after an explosion outside a synagogue. Prosecutors suspect them of terror-related crimes, including causing the blast, arson, and attempted arson, all aimed at spreading fear among the Jewish community. The suspects, two 19-year-olds, an 18-year-old, and a 17-year-old, were caught in a car near another synagogue shortly after the incident. An investigating judge ordered them held for two more weeks as the probe goes on. Synagogue's worldwide have boosted security since the Middle East War erupted on February 28th, with U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, leaving Jewish communities on high alert. An Islamist group has claimed responsibility for the Rotterdam attack through an online video, and also for a synagogue incident in Leij, Belgium. Plus an explosion outside a Jewish school in Amsterdam, early Saturday. No arrests have happened yet in the Amsterdam case.
